Why is Egypt always number one ![]() |
Brothers & sisters, please I have been saving small small since last year to start a small barbing saloon. Please how lucrative is this business or should I look for something else? |
lastpage:Bwahahahahaha. We produced Nigeria's first president and Nigeria's first Head of state. We also produced an exdecutive VP ahead of yorubas i.e Alex Ekwueme, the first VC of the first university in Nigeria was an Igbo man so you can see that yorubas are only following us. Did you say evil plans? Hahaha, it was two Igbo men that stood side by side with your Abiola when he decalred his mandate after all you treacherous people abandoned him. The hausa mallams gave you some example in mile12 recently when they chased yorubas out of their homes for one week. ![]() The minority ijaw militants also dealt with yorubas for months around ikorodu and Ogun states so Igbo really don't have to do anything if we truly meant eveil for you lots. Feed yourselves first before talking about giving others crumbs oga. Have you not heard that yorubas are now stealing boiling pots of amala to survive. ![]() See fayose distributing yams to yorubas so that they will not die of hunger in time of peace.

madridguy:Unity should not be a thing of force but persuasion. Where have you heard people shouting 'One Germany, One Canada or even One Togo?' Something is wrong somewhere which must be corrected. |
I have been observing the way things have taken a turn for the worse since Buhari became president and I have the following advise for him if he will listen to move this nation forward: 1. Buhari should apologise for his 5% speech even if he has to do it in a diplomatic way. 2. He should immediately form an inclusive government; bring qualified people from the eastern axis of this country(i.e SS & SE) into the sensitive parts of government including the oil sector and the military. 3. Find a way of releasing Nnamdi kanu even if it is to arrange a prison break. 4. Take a look at the last confab report, there are many wonderful recommendation there. He may not accept all the recommendations but he could at least implement some. 5. He should personally visit the SE/SS and reassure them that we are all Nigerians and can still work together to make this nation great again. 6. He should make sure that there is a very functional seaport in the SS like Apapa in Lagos and create policies to deliberatly drive traffic to that port. This will greatly impact the economy of the region and will help spread development. Nigeria is too big to rely on Apapa for almost everything, things cannot go on like this. 7. A lot of the tension in the land today is because of struggle for power at the center. We can decide to revert to a regional style of government where your Premier is like your president such that the centre would be considerably weakened and unattractive. All this struggle for who becomes president will cease. Alternatively, we can adopt a system of rotaional presidency recognising the six geopolitical zone structure(experts can work on this and come out with something good). Nigeria can be united and work again if Buhari can be wise. |
Any chance of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to get a referendum of their own has been ruled out by President Muhammadu Buhari. This announcement by the Nigerian president comes barely 24 hours after a stay-at-home protest by the Biafran agitators in the eastern part of the country to express their displeasure with the All Progressives Congress (APC) led administration. The Nigerian president who has just returned back to Nigeria from the United States of America, where he attended the 71st United Nations General Assembly, insisted during a media chat before his departure that the Biafrans are not getting any referendum. The Biafrans are trying to follow the British government’s referendum which all but guaranteed their exit from the European Union with the infamous ‘Brexit’, but President Buhari’s latest announcement may have poured cold water on their aspirations. According to Sahara Reporters, the leader of the nation noted that the separatists have an option, however, and that is for them to form a formidable political party that will advance their interests in Nigeria’s democratic sphere. During the media briefing, Buhari also admitted that he had a very successful outing, as he has signed the Paris climate change treaty. He reviewed all his major and side events during the visit and highlighted the issues on which he sent a clear and direct message to the world leaders. In a press statement released by Femi Adesina, the president’s special adviser, he said: “I highlighted the need for the international community to work together to liberate humanity from poverty, save our planet from the devastation of climate change and rid the world of terrorism for a more peaceful and prosperous future.” President Buhari also stressed that he “mentioned that the plight of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) arising from Boko Haram terrorism is of particular concern to us. “For this reason, we have taken concrete steps to address their humanitarian needs and to ensure that necessary conditions are established to enable the voluntary return of the displaced persons to their homes in safety and dignity.” Read more: https://www.naij.com/981387-must-read-president-buhari-gives-final-verdict-referendum-biafra.html lalasticlala

As an Igbo man, I am just wondering if there are reasons why I should be patroitic and still believe in Nigeria. I honestly want convincing reasons why I should have a change of mind. In Nigeria the core northerners are allowed to bear arms but I cannot. The fulani herdsmen men are armed with AK 47 riffles, the hausas move around with daggers with which they can stab others at the slightest provocation but I cannot. In Nigeria Igbo land is cheated politically because we are the only region with 5 states. Kano state alone has almost the same number of LGAs as the entires SE. In Nigeria soldeirs are sent to kill my brothers who are not armed but the same government has said that the police should be allowed to handle the fulani militia who are armed with military grade riffles. The fulani militia is rated as the fourth deadliest terror group in the world but Nigerian goverment says police can handle them whereas soldiers are sent against Igbo protesters. In Nigeria there is an un-written law that an Igbo man will not be president. We even hear hausa/fulanis and yorubas boasting about this. Please why should I be loyal to this country that treats me like this? God help us. |
Omololu007:No problem, you can take everything if that is what you want. We are ready to start all over again, at least we will be treated like citizens not 5%. At least we can have an Igbo president not like you guys will do anything to make sure Igbo never rules Nigeria. At least we will be classified as 100% not 5%. Thank you. |
Quotasystem & Fulanimafia you can see what is going on and judge for yourselves. |

hundredhunndred:I am not opioku or omenkata simple. |
hundredhunndred:I am not omenkata, I am a different person. |
amtaken:Amen! |
QuotaSystem:What nonsense are you talking about? |
I have said it many times that Buhari should sack all his advisers; they are not helping him. From the way he handled the IPOB agitation to the NDA, something is wrong. Ordinarily by now Buhari would have done much better but the people around him are not helping. omenka/fiizznation, Quotasystem/fulanimafia |
Very good decision. |
