and government might just have like 30k in the whole 200k

govt will assign an area to a political appointee and state how much commission he'll be returning monthly or any agreed duration let's say 60k monthly.
then the political appointee will appoint his own loyalist in the area (mostly igwes) and tell them how much they'll be accounting with same period and tell him how much he'll be returning then he'll add some amount to the 60k let's say 30k making it 90k

ok igwe will now appoint his boys (mostly PGs) then they'll add the final amount which is like 110k making it 200k
from that 110k
igwe's share will be given to him, PG will collect his own including the one to settle boys wey harass you.
so here the government don't care as far as they're getting their own stated share, likewise the political appointee and the rest

so you see the government is fully aware.

There was a third plot I acquired less than a kilometer close to these. After paying 70k for settlement, a month later I invited drillers to make a borehole on the plot for me.

These same youths still mobilised themselves to site demanding that they be settled by the drilling company. The company insisted they wouldn't and that government has advised they never pay no one to do any sort of work on sites.

Na so work no fit proceed o. Until I gave them 30k for booze. It is a pandemic on its own honestly.

Police themselves advised the developer to settle the youths, and more than 5 youth groups came to site, none of which was willing to receive less than 50k!!!

Elders and other groups were yet to come for their share.

The guy was trying to build a hotel close to the Local Government secretariat. I felt so disgusted by the attitude of the youths and pity for the man. Heard he was related to G-Agofure. Wonder why Agofure couldnt wade in.
