Politics › Re: PDP Rally In Minjibir, Kano (Photos) by omenka(m):
Now, just a little thing to stair up some deep thoughts:

There are some people who jubilated over news today about BH killing some 30 Fulani herdsmen. They lost all sense of decency as the literally prayed that all Northerners be wiped off the face of the earth. One even says he is willing to contribute in cash and kind to see more of such incidences occur.

Now, these same people are fervent PDP supporters whose utmost desire is to have the party return to the centre. If these pics are authentic, that is surely no mean crowd- something that is common in the North when politicians organise events.

These same PDP supporters would be the ones to come here and post messages excitedly about the size of this crowd and what dangers such massive gathering of party loyalists portend for the ruling party.

One then wonders, where would they get such crowds from to put thumbprints on ballots to ensure PDP gets back in Aso Rock if these people are exterminated as you desire to have them??

Reminisce on that for a second fellas.

bro I don't really know how you see it..but to me I don't think there's any crime/sin worse than killing a fellow human for no reason
Of course!!

There isn't a worse crime than that, and you know what- tagging an entire people as killers because some of them allegedly killed some people, exposes their entire population to attacks, some of which might be fatal.

That is the reason I insist it is WRONG saying "ALL FULANIS" are murderers. It exposes innocent Fulanis to the act you consider the "worst crime/sin".

I don't know if you follow my drift..

Such igbo man is within the southern region, it is understandable.
Are you kidding me?? Can you people see what hatred has done to your mode of thinking?? So the criminality of one's act depends on where on carries out such act and not on our laws/constitution.

Na wa oo!! This is unbelievable.

Modath, are you seeing what I'm seeing at all??

have you seen Yoruba or Igbo herdsmen moving from place to place with cattle's b4?
Are Yorubas and Igbos the only tribes in Nigeria?? shockedshocked

I have seen Tivs moving cattle from place to place. Come on guy, Naija is bigger than what you think- you need to travel more.

That said, there are several posers I posted- I wish we could deal with a few (if not all) of them.

Why are our friends avoiding the thread?? Isn't Fayose their greatest hero?? Shouldn't they be the ones at the forefront of the campaign to lift him up to that pedestal??

I don get it.

You're all correct. He's obviously the best and most courageous PDP governor at the moment. Others are empty cowards. That's why he's the oshokomole himself.

You believe this story? I am still undecided about it.

This might be propaganda to make us sympathetic to the fulani herdsmen whom most Nigerians now see as vampires.
Okay, let us argue this:

Why do most (according to you) Nigerians now see them as vampires??

Are these alleged "herdsmen" attacks new to us? Haven't they been happening in the past?? Didn't the worst happen in Benue state in 2013 with thousands displaced from several rural communities that border Nasarawa and Taraba??

Why didn't "most Nigerians" see them then as vampires??

Why do you not believe the story whereas you (I presume) would believe a similar story from thesame source, without pics or videos, where it is alleged that herdsmen attacked a community??

Don't we have black-sheep in every tribe?? Do we ever generalise when we make reference to crimes committed by some natives of a particular tribe?? Why don't we have "Igbo drug pushers"?? "Yoruba ritualists"?? "Ijaw economic saboteurs"?? "Edo prostitutes"?? Etc. Why do we have "Fulani herdsmen" (making it appear as though being a herdsman is a crime)?? Whose interest does painting all Fulanis with the same brush promote??

What makes us so sure "all such attacks" carried out in remote areas are done by "Fulanis" or "Herdsmen"? Are all attacks carried out on oil installations done by Ijaws?? Are all ritualists Yorubas?? Are all drugs related offences carried out by Igbos??

Are all herdsmen Fulanis??

Hausa/Fulani man claiming Benue...
You only surface to defend the Fulani herders and Northern terrorists and their sympathisers, but never have you condemned their atrocities. You form patriotism only when the interest of the North is at stake.
Shame on you!
Eyaaa... Who did this to you?? This is what ethnic and religious bigotry does to one's head. According to such people, once you aren't from the same tribe as someone else, you can't defend them anywhere.

What am I even saying? Even Okorocha is being called a Hausa man by Igbos, so what the heck! Of course I'm a Fulani man.

Watch as some beasts come celebrate over this as long as the victims bear the tags "Fulani" and "herdsmen"- doesn't matter whether they are guilty or not.

When you call them Boko Haram sympathisers or terrorists by proxy, they'd get mad.

Modath, you really disappoint me sometimes- how could you stoop so low as to join issues with a thing that believes some particular parts of this country are a "birthright" of a particular political party?? How could you discuss politics and democracy with such a thing??

The kind of opinions we get from these people are ominous clues as to what a society their fabled Utopia would look like should they be granted it- a totalitarian, suppressive, oppressive, abusive, un-livable society.

Opinions and positions held by a people whose obduracy could anger even Mahatma's corpse in its old grave.

Anyone with any allegation of wrongdoing anywhere knows the right quarters to lodge their complaints- nairaland is neither a court of law nor a law enforcement establishment.
