I'm sorry El Rufai but forget about fertilizer. You have a population that won't work, won't educate, and constantly breed young girls like cattle to produces unproductive kids they can't feed. Why not get to the real issues as opposed to trivialities. Why not pull the weeds instead of clipping their leaves. People will be angry, but honestly the north is extremely hopeless because even the progressive leaders think the place is becoming poorer (-2 economic growth annually, faster growing population in west africa) by the day because of bad policies instead of a dead and counter productive anti human culture. Like it or not, in 40 years the north will look worst than it does today. What will he do in Kaduna that won't be destroyed in next summers religious blood bath?
