Lastly, how exactly are Yoruba targeting the igbos? Is it that we are killing them, stoning them, or making life unbearable for them? Same Igbo that kill people on their own land at will, slaughter people and eat them as food here complaining they are being targeted.

He probably is referring to the baby factories busted recently being run by his sister's. Otherwise I can't think of anything else.

1. It is not his duty to "teach Buhari" how to solve the problems.

2. His solutions might not be Buhari's choice of solutions.

3. Buhari isn't duty bound to heed his advice. It is the presidency's prerogative whether or not to accept people's advice as to how to resolve the myriad issues bedevilling the country.

So, I suppose he knows the audience his message is meant for- those who can't think for themselves and act like one directional zombies- the Zombiedients.
