Maybe we share the same thought. As a yoruba guy, i'd wanted to learn 1 other 9ja major language and here im, Niger came to being.

I think we'll enjoy d peaceful state, though it would have been better if state govt reverse their alawee policy by at least pay us some token.

The Slogan "The Power State" doesn't agree with the electricity situation in all parts of the state.
Minna and Bida for example are under an undefined rationing system since July 2013.
New bussa is the best in terms of electricity. A power plant is located there, I think.
I can't say anything about suleja's, I barely visit there.
In short ba, the electricity supply is average.

How nice
Frankly, Niger state is very peaceful.
Cost of living (accommodation, feeding, transport, and other) is low.
It's however, underdeveloped.
Local governments like Minna, bida(where fed Polytechnic is), kontogora(fed college of edu), new bussa, suleja (vex to abuja), lapai (where ibb University is located) and bosso (where FUT is) are good places. I know for sure.
And it's a state that hosts quite a good number of people from all parts of the nation.
