These states are states that tax their citizens the most.

This is not a measure of growth.

GDP on the other hand is money gotten from goods/services sold..it’s a better measure of development owing to the fact more businesses/more money.

As much as they are trying to reduce poverty, I think all these three months six months scheme is not needed. I see them as waste of resources. My not use the money to establish factories or business in each local government!

Some people will say the money distributed is small for such project. But it's because the govt is good in inflating project cost.
