Married to Senator Ned Nwoko, she said she got married as a virgin. In fact, Nwoko recently expressed his admiration for her in the presence of her mother, Rita Daniels and some guests.
Senator Nwoko revealed that Regina had many suitors, including pastors, film producers and oil magnates but she ultimately chose him.
“She’s such a gem. She told me there were so many suitors, including reverend pastors, oil bunkers, film producers, and many of them. She gave me the list of her suitors. They were sending her things but she didn’t say ‘yes’ to any of them,” Nwoko said.
The senator also expressed gratitude to Regina’s mother Rita Daniels for raising her well, noting his appreciation for her resolve and virtue.
He said he was “grateful her daughter was a virgin and it’s from her resolve to be strong.”
Nwoko further explained that their union came about with minimal traditional formalities.
According to him, he didn’t have to go through many processes or visit anyone from her father’s side.
“I just went to her mother and everything was sorted out,” he said.
The couple recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on May 28, 2024.
They have two sons together.

For Nollywood actor, Tawa Ajisefini-Alli, life as an actress could get horrendous when you become the talk-of-town in some gossip blogs.
Speaking on a podcast with Biola Bayo, Tawa disclosed her experience in a childless marriage and how some persons tagged her a ‘husband snatcher.’
Married to Mayowa Alli, who is based in the United States, Tawa recalled:
“We got married in February in Nigeria and the next day, people came to my DM on social media and called me a husband snatcher. While some cursed me, others accused me of marrying him after leaving his wife and two kids in the US. How did I snatch him? I met my husband as a single man who had divorced his wife five years before we met. That gave me headache. I saw all the evidence before I married him that he was divorced but he told me he had two children from his previous marriage, even his parents told me too. Then, I travelled to New York, where he lived before I agreed to marry him, I met his friends and I saw that he was single but had two kids. I met his parents and they asked me if I knew that he was divorced with two kids and I responded, yes. I told my mum about him too and she said it’s not bad to marry him as long as he was divorced. After the marriage, I was bullied online that I snatched him..It’s really insane!” she said.

Then, I was in Nigeria for my movie production. It was during the production that I fell sick and had to visit a doctor. I was confirmed pregnant after some tests and I told my husband, who also came to Nigeria with me.
It was an emotional time for me and I cried. I was redeemed my vow to God and rolled on the floor.”

Internet Followers And Insults
Mayowa and I got a lot of insults on social media. I never had issues with my in-laws or my husband on my fertility challenge. Rather, some fans were so toxic and called me barren. There were times, I would share a post on Instagram and some followers would tag me barren with an advice that I should go and look for ways to be pregnant. In fact, two weeks to my expected delivery date, someone commented that I was barren and should seek where to be fertile. Most of these commenters are women. Some would even curse me whenever I posted my photos and that of my husband.”

Prophetess Naomi has divorced the monarch since December 2021 when she announced it in an Instagram post.
The former queen, who has refused to drop the royal surname Ogunwusi, initially put up an affront on social media against the king and ethos of Ile Ife.
Though her Instagram profile still boasts her former position as queen, her exit has created room for the monarch’s former concubines to become queens after Oba Enitan Ogunwusi married them all in quick succession in 2022.

This is good news coming from the Royal Palace of Oodua in Ile-Ife. It is the news of the Arole Oduduwa Olofin Adimula,Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife who has taken a new queen.
She is pretty Olori Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda.
The Ooni is so elated about his new Olori and he has already sent out invites to dignitaries.

The ceremony starts with a traditional entry of the new queen into the ancient Ife Oodua Palace this Thursday.

“The wedding has already taken place last year with other queens. But the king is just ushering her into the palace officially. She’s not a new wife, she came after Queen Mariam Anako-Ogunwusi. Her betrothal took place last September. She was the bride Baba (Ooni) family went to ask the family for her hands in Magodo, Lagos,” palace sources said.
Recall the Ooni, in September 2022, welcomed Queen Mariam nee Anako, into the palace amidst pomp. Then, Olori Elizabeth Opeoluwa Ogunwusi nee Akinmuda was also betrothed to the king a few days later in Magodo, Lagos. On October 9, 2022, he married Queen Tobi Phillips as his third wife. Queen Ashley became his queen on October 16, while Queen Ronke Ademiluyi wedded him on October 20, 2022.
He married princess Temitope Adesegun on October 24, 2022.

This followed the announcement made by a certain blogger in London. The blogger, Abike Jagaban, had a show on facebook and reported that Queen Sekinat Elegushi was dead. Abike even corroborated her claim with a narrative that the queen’s aunt announced the ‘death’ to her amidst tears!
Abike had the ‘show’ on Thursday May 11, 2023, just a few days after social media went agog with the news of the queen Sekinat, a mother of three, falling into a coma in Istanbul, Turkey after undergoing a butt enlargement surgery.
“Queen Sekinat never had a surgery in Turkey. In fact, she has never been to Turkey since 2018 when she and her husband travelled there.
“This is Oloori Sekinat’s iternary since January— she was in the US between February and March 2023. She returned for Ramadhan and she has been in Nigeria since then.
This ‘death’ story making waves all over social media was as a result of the alleged butt surgery a certain journalist wrote about on social media.
Why would Oloori do a butt surgery? She has enough flesh on the backside and that shows in all the dresses she wears. Whoever started this story will soon face the wrath of the law,” palace sources revealed to Kemi Ashefon.
But why is Abike Jagaban after Queen Elegushi’s life?
The London-based blogger who later retracted her ‘show’ and statements made on the death story, is alleged to be one of Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye’s girlfriends.
“She has been declared a persona non grata in all the palaces in Yoruba land especially in Ile Ife.
The Ooni of Ife has been advised to ban Abike Jagaban from his palace if he doesn’t want the gods to be angry with him and his reign,” reliable sources disclosed to Kemi Ashefon.
Since the news emanated from her blog on Facebook, Abike Jagaban has been placed on curses by many Nigerians especially those in Diaspora who love the queen.
Meanwhile, when contacted exclusively on telephone by Kemi Ashefon, the beautiful Queen of Ikateland responded personally and said, “My sister, nothing is wrong with me. I am alive. I am well. I am hale and hearty. Nigerians should ask Abike which queen is dead. Not me, Sekinat Aramide Ajoke Elegushi.”

However, in a statement released on Monday, May 8, 2023, spokesman of palace, Temitope Oyefeso, reiterated that the rumour was born from the “wicked imaginations of the authors.”

The palace insisted that the senior wife of the king is hale and hearty and going about her responsibilities in the palace.


It also threatened to take legal action against false news peddlers.

“The attention of the media office of HRM Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi has been drawn to the false news circulating about Olori Sekinat Aramide Elegushi, senior wife of his royal majesty,” said the statement.



“Contrary to these reports, which only exist in the wicked imagination of the authors, Olori Sekinat Elegushi is hale and hearty; she is currently at the palace, discharging her royal responsibilities.

“The palace takes serious exception to any unfounded and malicious news regarding the royal family and will not hesitate to bring the full weight of the law on anyone found culpable.”

The palace also thanked concerned friends and family members who reached out for clarification on the rumour.

Oba Elegushi married Sekinat in 2003 and the union has produced three daughters.

She replied, “Yes, they are and apart from that it is one part of my body I cherish most.”

Recall the Nollywood actress once revealed in an interview that getting her bra size in the market has mostly been a herculean task.
According to her, getting brassieres is very difficult. Peradventure she gets one, she revealed that she parts away with not less than N10,000! A normal brassiere costs less than 2500.
She said, “Getting my bra size can be very difficult. It makes it more expensive. I always want to ‘pack’ myself. I wouldn’t want to appear in a movie where I would need to run or walk fast and my boobs would be bouncing. I don’t like it. When you ‘pack’ yourself very well, when anything happens, you are ready. I have to go the extra mile to look for good bras.“I spend at least N10, 000 on a bra. At times, I get my perfect size when I travel abroad especially in the US. If anybody is going to the US, the only favour that person can do for me is to buy bra for me. It is the only gift that I can appreciate from anybody and it would make me happy.”
But large boobs didn’t start as an adult in Ronke’s life. She disclosed that she started wearing bra before her any of her female classmates thought of wearing one. That really earned her mockery from her classmates while growing up.
Ronke said, “While they were still wearing bra top and vest, I was already wearing bra. When we wore our school uniforms, my bra straps would show and they would be making fun of me. I used to feel embarrassed and I would wish I was in their category. I was big and tall then. I used to sit at the back of the class."

Despite harassing and arresting a seasoned female journalist, Kemi Ashefon, over writing a story on their sizzling affair, which they denied, MC Oluomo’s lover, Ehi Ogbeborand MC Oluomo’s son have confirmed that they are lovers and ready to get married.
Since the video went viral last weekend, there have been different reactions from Nigerians.
Kemi Ashefon, a former Assistant Editor at PUNCH , who now runs the website Kemiashefonlovehaven.com was said to have been arrested on December 10, 2020 by four plain-clothes police officers from the Force Headquarters, Zone 2, Onikan Lagos.
She was released to her lawyer and brother after 24-hour detention.
According to sources, the journalist was detained after a petition was written to the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the Force Headquarters, Onikan Lagos. In the petition written by MC Oluomo, Kemi Ashefon’s digital magazine LOVEHAVEN had reported in its November 2020 edition that he was having an affair with Ehi Ogbegbor and that it will lead to marriage.
According to MC Oluomo, the story was not only false, it had generated disaffection and disharmony in his home.
The online publication defames his character as a responsible family man and that it was sponsored by his detractors. He asked the police to prosecute and punish the journalist to serve as a deterrent to others who are defaming him over his alleged affair with Ogbebor.
Meanwhile, Kemi Ashefon and her publication seems to have been vindicated.
Just last Saturday, a video of the sizzling affair between the Lagoss chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Musiliu ‘MC Oluomo’ Akinsanya, and Ehi Ogbebor, an interior decorator went viral on social media.
Last Saturday, Ehi Ogbebor, an interior decorator, went public to reveal her relationship with Musiliu ‘MC Oluomo’ Akinsanya, Lagos chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
She took to her Instastory to put out emoji-laden photos of her spending time with the transport businessman.
Although Oluomo’s face was covered with emojis, Ogbebor is seen giving the transport mogul a kiss on the cheek.
Included in Ogbebor’s photo of Oluomo was an inscription that read “king” alongside a love emoji below his torso.
Ogbebor also shared footage of her spraying naira notes on MC Oluomo as he danced at the 5th coronation anniversary of the Oluwo of Iwo Land, which held on Saturday.
As word of her relationship spread, Ogbebor put out a video refuting claims that her lover bankrolled her business.
“I’m beating my chest to say it. No man spent one dime on my house. If you did and you’re a man and you don’t speak up, God will punish you. I’m betting a $100,000. Come out if you claim to have bankrolled me,” she said.
“Or you spent one Naira in my business or building my house. I built my house myself. I’m on the road at times, four days a week. I do it for myself and my kids. Stop ruing the minds of these little girls.
“You’re making them think they have to be with men for money. Beyonce is with Jay-z. Is he bankrolling her? What are you teaching girls? I will be with a man I care about. He doesn’t need to give me a dime because I don’t need it!
“Come out if you’ve bankrolled me; given me money to go and do business. You better speak. I just bet $100,000.”
Both Kemi Ashefon and MC Oluomo have kept mum on the police case.

The news was heralded with much rejoicing especially on all social media platforms:
“To God be the glory great things he has done.
Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Silekunola who today birthed a Prince to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.

With the Ancient Ile-Ife palace announcing the birth of the newborn prince on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, two years after the Arole Oduduwa and Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II married Queen Silekunola Naomi, the wait is definitely over on when the Royal couple would become parents again.
Though the highly revered monarch has a daughter who is in her 20s and studying abroad, his first marriage to Adebisi Adebukola nee Bombata didn’t produce any children. They were married for eight years before the marriage crashed.
His second to Queen Wuraola Otiti, which crashed after 17 months also didn’t produce any either.
With two failed marriages which didn’t produce any heir, the whole of Ile Ife is on a high tempo of rejoicing now that the new queen has made the gods happy.
But the King would not see his prince so soon.
Already named after late Sir Adesoji Tadenikawo Aderemi, who was the 49th Ooni of Ife during his lifetime, by the elated new father as a mark of appreciation to Aderemi for his good works, little Prince Aderemi will wait for almost six months before it will see Daddy.
“That’s the tradition in Ile Ife,” revealed palace sources exclusively to Kemi Ashefon.
“An Ooni must not see a newborn baby and the mother until the hair of the newborn is cut, which could be in six months time. Then, some rites would have been performed and he would now be brought to the palace amidst pomp and pageantry. No Ooni sees newborn babies, they are given birth to outside the palace.”
This must have triggered the exit of Queen Silekunola from the palace.
Recall, a few months before the birth of the Prince, rumours were rife that she had packed out of the palace.
Naysayers further alleged that the beautiful union between the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and Queen Naomi Silekunola had crashed, hence the continuous absence of the queen from the Ile Ife palace.
But before the rumours could fill blogsphere, the young queen took to her Instagram account to debunk any negativity about her almost two-year-old marriage.
She wrote amidst other reasons that she was “busy with ministry off the social media space.”
She also explained that the Coronavirus pandemic and attendant lockdown period wasn’t “a time for social media presence but a time that calls for solemnity.”
“Hence my break from what people now call normal. Finally, as duty will have me do, I have been in and out of the palace doing Gods bidding,” she stated.
Well, a few weeks after, she was rumoured to have been delivered of a baby boy but since there was no official statement from the palace, the news died naturally.
But the king raised eyebrows while speaking at the 40th remembrance programme some months ago. The event was organised by the late Aderemi’s princes, princesses and grandchildren in Ile Ife to celebrate the Ooni who reigned between 1930 to 1980.
At the event which held at his Ile Oduduwa palace, Ooni Ogunwusi described his predecessor as a great icon who would forever be remembered for his immeasurable contributions to the independence, stabilization and growth of Nigeria.
Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi said, “I wish to implore our politicians across the country to look deep into the life, time and accomplishments of Sir Aderemi and learn great lessons of servant leadership. He was selflessly committed to the development of the country.
“Among several tangible virtues to be emulated from the good life of Sir Aderemi is the good name he left behind which still speaks volume till date. Houses, cars and other material gains of life will surely fade away while one’s name remains in the book of history forever.”
With a promise to name his unborn prince after the late Oba Aderemi, he must have hinted at the fact that Queen Naomi was pregnant.
Kemiashefonlovehaven later learnt that as a result of the pregnancy, the queen was later relocated from the palace to a place where her mum was present to help with the new development.
“The whole of Ife is happy now and a royal delegation has been sent to the Queen and newborn prince to deliver blessings and prayers from the Ooni. The queen gave birth this morning (Wednesday) and she is hale and hearty,” palace sources revealed.

Queen Ajoke’s last birthday, which was last week, was spent in Dubai where she has been posting photos of her activities over there.
However, the ageing monarch revealed in an interview that he never proposed to all his wives.
Narrating how he ended up having a harem of beautiful young wives, Alaafin said, “I did not propose to any of my wives. They desired to be with me because I sent them to school. After their university education, I told them to leave but they refused and insisted on staying with me here in the palace as my wives. The least educated of them has a Higher National Diploma and is now in the University.
I don’t begrudge or offend women. Marriage is an institution that must be defended. Each partner has a role to play in the marriage. My wives have their individual quarters. The actress, who got married a few months ago to her lover of 14 year, Abdullateef Adegboyega Lawal, is an astute businesswoman. She plies her trade in gold jewellery, real estate, ready-to-wear, fabrics, haor/skincare products, household items and more.
Owambevibes magazine interviewed the pretty actress and asked how she made her money in the movie industry that has rendered some penniless.
Lizzy replied, “I knew there would not be future in Nollywood and I have bills to pay so I opted for business—I sell cement, I sell houses, I sell diesel, I sell clothes, I sell gold. I sew my clothes and spend hours doing the stoning myself—how many celebrities can do that? I don’t do my business like a celebrity. I operate my business like the market woman in Idumota. I know how to carry myself as a celebrity. I produce my own movie and I spend money hugely.”
Was that how she emerged a rich actress and the first to live in Lekki amongst all of them?
“Lets assume everything about me is fake, but how many artistes work like me? When they can get any artiste that works like me, then I can tell them how I make my money. When I opened my shop 10 years ago in Abule Egba and Ogba, Lagos, how many artistes had shops? I do a lot of businesses and as a very hardworking person, I remain the richest,” she said.
Does she have issues with colleagues, especially Toyin Abraham?
She said, “I don’t want to mention names but I don’t have any business with anyone, I am in love with my business. I mind my lane. I am a moving plane. I have friends in the industry. Who is saying I don’t have friends in the industry? I have and I am sure someone is sending the wrong signals to the society.I am facing my business and I need to make money because I have bills to pay. I started social media paparazzi because I started selling clothes. I don’t have knowledge of phone, I just post my wares and move on.”
According to Lizzy, she started her business over 20 years ago as a struggling student.
“My business is almost 20 years, I started from when I was in polytechnic. I was selling boxers, tops, shirts and jewellery. I would collect uniforms from custom officers and go to wash in Lagos and return. I also started selling cheap jewellery and gradually I could sell genuine gold jewellery. There was a time an actor’s son stole all my jewellery while we were on set. I was just struggling then and I cried.”
Talking glowingly about her husband, its obvious marriage is blissful with Lizzy, whose daughter is 23 years old.
She said, “I have a man who is caring, loving. When you are hardworking, good men would want to be your friend. Some will also want to marry you. Initially, I didn’t want to expose my husband but when some forces started making funny noise, I had to reveal his identity. I have always been uncomfortable with exposing my personal life on social media. Fondly called Fatia, she is the wife of popular Fuji maestro, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal aka KWAM 1 De Ultimate. The way she came about her name sounds very interesting though. The only female among her siblings, she recalled how the name came about:
“My name is Faithia Titilola Marshall. The name was given to me by my grandfather, who was the Sheik of Lagos. Before I was born, he gave my parents the name, Al-Fatia. Fatia means, the opener. Its actually the first chapter in the Quoran.
Growing up
It was fun but I had no freedom because my parents were too strict. Then, whenever I wanted to go clubbing with my friends, I would be scared because of my mother’s warnings. I schooled abroad and even when she wasn’t with me in England, I couldn’t do many things my mates did. Though I thought my parents were too harsh, I’ve realized that it was the best for me because I now treat my kids like that. My mum doesn’t suffer fools and I was restricted in many ways.
Studying Abroad
I attended the International School, Lagos and was in London for my higher school. I was in Belabis College for a year for my foundation course. Later, I was at Coventry where I studied Business Law. I spent three years at Coventry University and returned to Nigeria for the National Youth Service scheme.
Foray Into Fabric Business
When I returned to Nigeria I thought I could start a white collar job but my mum, who is a legend in the fabric business, insisted that I take up the mantle of succession in her vast business empire because she didn’t want the business to go into extinction whenever she is no more. To God’s glory, my mum, Alhaja Mosun Masha, is still alive and her name still reverberates in the fabric industry.
We are both doing well in the business and despite my age, my mum still monitors who I mingle with. She cautions me about friends and how to handle business associates. It’s a trans-generational business now. It’s a business I enjoy doing
I started selling fabrics from when I was in secondary school. Whenever I was on holiday I was in my mother’s shop. I started going to shop from age eight. She would tell shop staff to allow me do some chores—measuring, folding and more.
My Mum, My Role Model
My mother is my role model. There is nowhere you get within the Lagos fabric business circle where her name would not be mentioned. Alhaja Mosun Masha is a living legend. She still sells on Broad street, Lagos. My mum loves luxury collections and she was the one who put me through the business— nobody taught me.
Fabric Merchandise
The fabric business is wide. We source for fabrics from many countries of the world but we deal mainly with Swiss fabrics. However, due to the economic downturn, we now get other beautiful fabrics from other parts of the world.
Alfatia Exclusive Fabrics started over 17 years ago and I am one of those who brought HoH and Swiss Gele to the limelight on Instagram.
Though HoH fabric had always been in existence before I was born, I started the ‘noise-making’ on Instagram. Then, so many women didn’t know there was anything like it. Whenever I started posting on Instagram and they asked for the price, they would shout when I tell then it was N350,000 or more! Many women thought it was too expensive then. Of course, the price is much more than that now, women now know that its an occasional fabric and quite elitist.
I will attest to the fact that Instagram shed more light on HoH fabrics. On the Swiss Gele, I was the first fabric merchant to start marketing it on Instagram. I love luxury and that is what the HoH fabric and Swiss Gele stand for. You can’t wear HoH and not stand out. Fortunately, it has retained its uniqueness over the years. The extra money you spent on it, is the durability. Though not affordable to all, we decided bringing in equally beautiful fabrics. Amazingly there are other fabric manufacturers who produce more beautiful fabrics than HoH. There is the HKG, which is as expensive as HoH. Also, there is Filtex and many more.
Delving Into Jewellery Business
I love good jewellery and most of my jewellery are custom-made. I have my manufacturers who design priceless and timeless pieces.
Advice For Young Women In Business
First, if you love to do anything, have a passion for it. Also, stay focused, be humble and uphold honesty. Even if its 500 dollars you have and you want to start, go ahead. Start from your level. That 500 dollars can turn to 5,000 dollars why you are diligent.
Humility starts from not despising anyone who comes to your shop. Some customers aren’t well dressed and would walk into the store and buy goods worth millions of naira/dollars. That means you have to train staff to honour every customer as a king. I recall when I needed to buy a pair of shoe because I was attending a party and was in need of a particular colour. I walked into a shoe store in a highbrow area in Lagos. I was modestly dressed and just wanted to make a quick buy and go get ready for my outing. I found the colour I wanted and asked the shop assistant to bring the shoes so I can try it on. She was nasty and said I couldn’t try it because the price was N350K. I said I knew the price and that’s why I wanted to try it if it was my size. She was quite nasty and as she talked, two celebrities entered the store. Immediately the women saw me, we exchanged pleasantries and they asked after my parents and then, my husband. One of the women now said, ‘Tell Alhaji K1 that I’ve been calling and he hasn’t picked my call.’ I had to explain that Alhaji was busy at that period and rarely picked calls. So, when the shop assistants heard our conversation, one of the shop girls now told the nasty shop assistant that, ‘I told you that she is KWAM1’s wife.’ Then, as I wanted to leave, the women asked why I didn’t buy and I told them what happened. All the shop girls started begging me but I had lost interest. That I didn’t wear damask to that shop shouldn’t make any shop girl behave abnormally. Always, I warn my staff to treat all customers as special—well dressed or not. We have had some not-so-well-dressed customers walk in the shop and buy like four or five HoH worth millions of naira! Even some that are so well dressed might not buy so much. Some customers would come and we would bring out so many fabrics and end up not buying but we don’t get angry. Its what the business entails.
Marrying K1 D’Ultimate
Marrying Alhaji didn’t change anything about me because I’ve always been a home girl. He has always said I am who he had always prayed for—a home girl. Alhaji knows my pedigree, he knows how my parents brought me up and would always vouch for me that I can never misbehave. I am not a socialite and I don’t hop from one party to the other.
Life As Iyawo Alhaji
The first quality my husband saw in me is the fact that I am a home girl. There is nothing you would tell me about my husband or other women that I would believe or refer to it with him at home. I have been able to balance that aspect of my life well. My husband respects me, doesn’t bring a woman home and has never entertained any woman in our home. Moreso, he respects me in public. If he’s performing at any event that I am present, he respects me and showers accolades on me.

The first lesson in my marriage to him is obedience—I obey his instructions to the letter. I am very cool with his kids. On my birthday, many of the children called me to wish me well. I don’t have any problem with any of his kids and we are one cool family.

Alhaji would call me and tell me to prepare his favourite meal and any of his Assistants would come and pick it up from home. I might not even know where he would be calling from but I would prepare the food and call him whenever its ready.

Don’t forget that Alhaji is 63 years old. For his age, he is good-looking, a popular musician who is always on the move. I know he has a lot of crushes! Sustaining Power
Prayers have sustained me. Alhaji would tell you that, ‘Ope, my wife is very prayerful.’ I pray a lot. I wake 5am to pray. I pray five times daily. My lifestyle is unique, forget the celebrity profile, I pray five times daily. If anything wants to overwhelm me, I turn to God in prayers.
Friends
I don’t have many friends. I have just five best friends and other people I talk to and relate with but my circle is small. I believe that for longer life span, peace of mind and a lasting marriage, stay away from many friends.

For Waka Queen, Salawa Abeni, this is indeed the pain that accompanies fame.

It must have been a horrendous time for the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi when he got stuck in the elevator of a Lagos in hotel recently.
The monarch was in the elevator with his entourage at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island Lagos when near tragedy occurred.
There was pandemonium as many guests and some concerned Nigerians kept seeking ways to evacuate the monarch and others in the elevator.
But help came almost 30 minutes later when he and others trapped in the elevator were evacuated through the basement of the high rise hotel.

The actress, who is becoming calmer on social media lately, is definitely not having it as rosy as she tries very hard to portray on Instagram.
Now with the return of her ‘best friend’, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, to Nigeria a few days ago, its obvious the hyper active actress is stuck in Dubai.
Arrested and detained in a Dubai prison five weeks ago when she was supposed to have attended the One Africa Music Fest and BamTeddy wedding, Tonto Dikeh was also charged to court but was later rescued from deportation/imprisonment by paying a fine.
Meanwhile, prior to the payment of fine in a Dubai court, Tonto who was granted bail, could not travel to Nigeria because her passport was seized and she had to report daily to the police in Dubai.
But the concern now is her son, King Andre.
The four-year-old son, a product of her marriage to businessman, Olakunle Churchill, not only lacked motherly care, King Andre is with a nanny that even his father cannot access.
“Tonto, who has the custody of the innocent boy, has stopped his father from seeing him and the estranged couple has been in court over the child’s custody since 2017,” a source revealed exclusively to Kemi Ashefon.
“She has changed the child’s name from King Andre Igo Oladunni Churchill to her maiden name, Dikeh. That is an abnominable act! He is the father, he foots the bill and you now changed his son’s name to your father’s name. The father, who has been giving a monthly allowance of N200,000 and paying school fees has been denied access to the boy despite court order.”
Though Tonto claimed the bride price was paid with her money, there have been several denials from the ex husband, who claimed he paid the dowry with his money and even got a refund from her family in Port-Harcourt when she packed out of his house and refused to be his wife again.
Confusion lingers as Tonto stays back in Dubai to clear her name in the court and get her passport back.
Her passport back?
“Yes, the current passport is with the Dubai police. Tonto Dikeh still has an ongoing case in court and would not return to Nigeria for sometimes. The passport she showed off on Instagram to spite blogger, Stella Dimoko-Korkus, who broke the story of her arrest, was her old passport.
Now that she has been in Dubai for over five weeks and the innocent boy left with a nanny in Abuja, what should her family and that of her ex hubby do?”
“Even if the father wants to take the child to her in Dubai, where is the child’s passport? Already, it has been deposited in a bank agreed on by the couple as instructed by the court. He can’t even withdraw it alone!,” sources said.
Tonto, who has tried to liven up herself in Dubai, is an old image of herself. She not only has lost weight, she was complaining in an Instastory that she wants her fats back. She wrote that she is losing weight.
Now trying to be part of a female football group in Dubai, with the help of her current male friend over there, its obvious Tonto is stuck in that country!
“She caused it. Tonto is too temperamental whenever she is high. The concern now is how to get her son from that nanny in Abuja because she could run short of money and food for herself and King Andre. What if she runs away and leaves the boy alone?” sources said.

“Churchill is going back to court over the custody of the child since Tonto is stuck in Dubai. Shina Peller Arrest: How Quilox Boss Invaded Police Station Wielding Guns…Speaker, Gbajabiamila, Mamora Pressure Police For His Release
More facts have emerged on the arrest and detention of House of Representatives member, Shina Peller.
The member of the House of Representatives representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency, was arrested and detained at Moroko Police station, Lagos State on Monday.
According to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, Peller’s club, Quilox, was fond of obstructing free flow of traffic.

The police intervened by towing three of his customers’ vehicles causing gridlock on Monday.
Bala claimed that Peller mobilised thugs, invaded the station and forcefully removed the vehicles.
But facts have emerged on how Hon Shina Peller invaded the police station with his thugs and the Quilox boss was said to also have a gun with him! Some policemen were said to have been injured in the process.
“Shina Peller was present and he had a gun with him. He invaded Maroko police station with his thugs. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, a woman in charge of Panti, Yaba, had to request for reinforcement.
“Peller was physically present and had a gun with him. Where did a politician get a gun to invade a police station?” a source disclosed exclusively to Kemi Ashefon.
Shina Peller and his thugs have been moved to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, where they are being investigated.
Meanwhile, sources disclosed that some influential politicians have been inundating the police with calls urging for Peller’s release.
“Why should the likes of Senator Olorunimbe Mamora, Adeniyi Adebayo, Femi Gbajabiamila and some traditional rulers be calling the police for his release? A honourable member of the House of Representatives wielding a gun? Is he a policemen or a politician? Why should a politician be having a gun? He is a criminal,” sources said.
Also reacting to the arrest, another politician, Akin Alabi alleged that the commissioner of police has a score to settle with Shina Peller, thus propelling the arrest.
“That is a lie. Akin Alabi and Shina Peller are birds of same feathers flocking together. The Lagos State Commissioner of Police does not have any score to settle with Peller. The Assistant Commissioner of Police Zone 2,the DCP and Commissioner of Police have been doing a thorough job in the state since their appointment and even the governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu can attest to that. Akin Alabi’s claim is seeking cheap blackmail and only fools will believe him,” sources told Kemi Ashefon.

Since the former queen of Iwo kingdom, Chanel Chin was pushed out of the palace, her story has turned from grace-to-grass!
The Jamaican queen, who was the apple of the eyes of the Oluwo of Iwo kingdom, Oba Abdurrosheed Adewale Akanbi Telu 1, was sent packing from the palace over the weekend with her child, a toddler and no provision was made for what they would eat, drink or money to spend!

“She left the palace with her child and boarded a public transport to Lagos without a dime! Both mum and daughter are hungry and stranded. Trouble still looms for the former queen of Oluwo of Iwo kingdom, Ms Chanel Chin.
Formerly married to the Oluwo of Iwo kingdom, Oba Abdurrosheed Adewale Akanbi Telu 1, she was officially declared an ex queen by the monarch on Sunday December 15, 2019.
This declaration by the monarch has elicited reactions from Nigerians especially culture enthusiasts.
When the Ooni of Ife’s former queen, Olori Wuraola divorced the king in 2017, a popular Ifa traditionalist, playwright, actor and author, Yemi Elebuibon disclosed in an interview that there are consequences trailing any queen who divorces a king.
The Ifa priest, however, warned that any queen in such a situation must undergo appropriate traditional cleansing processes to enable her regain normal life.
While noting that some Obas have been separated from their wives even in ancient times, Elebuibon stressed that marriage breakup is not very common among Yoruba Obas.
He said, “The wife of the Oba will be asked to consult Ifa(deity) and Ifa will give directions on how she will make the necessary atonement for her cleansing. In Yoruba tradition, a woman who has been married to a king cannot lay with any other man even if the marriage breaks up. But when the right atonements have been made, there won’t be problem.”
On the kind of problems which an Oba’s ex-wife might encounter if she refuses to undergo the traditional cleansing rites, Elebuibon said: “For the woman, she might not really have a problem but for any man who sleeps with a queen or marries an ex-queen without the appropriate cleansing, the man may die prematurely, he may be struck with sickness or there might be retrogression in his life.”
He explained that if an ex-queen wants to remarry, she will have to do the cleansing with her new husband. Both of them have to take part in the atonement procedures so that they won’t have any future problem.
“Any marriage she would be going into must not be elaborate. They should go far away and avoid any flamboyant wedding,” Elebuibon warned.

Friends Abandon Tonto In Dubai…Actress Still In Dubai Police Net
The Dubai trip embarked upon by some Nigerian celebrities is over and a handful of them are returning home.
Already, music acts such as Innocent Idibia aka Tuface, Teckno, Wizkid, some DJs and actresses are back to Nigeria.
But Tonto Dikeh isn’t back.
Recall Tonto was arrested last weekend when she attended an event in Dubai. At the venue, she was denied entry by security personnel but she responded by calling them untoward names.

As a matter of fact, Tonto, who was in Dubai to attend the One Africa Music Fest and the wedding of ex BBNaija housemates, Bambam and TeddyA, could no longer attend these events since she was in detention.
Currently, as at the time of filing this report, there is the probability that she has hasn’t been released.
Kemiashefonlovehaven broke the story on Wednesday that Tonto is still in Dubai police cell. Wondering what went wrong with Tonto and Dubai security personnel?
“After her arrest and her hotel room was searched, they found out that she came to Dubai with hard drugs which she must have been taking,” sources exclusively told kemiashefonlovehaven.

It also reported that the damage control embarked upon by the actress and her best friend, Bobrisky isn’t adding up.
Again, this Thursday, Tonto has attempted again to cover up her predicament in Dubai by sending a chat she had with Kemi Olunloyo. She portrayed that she wasn’t imprisoned but had a spat with Dubai police.
That’s not adding up either.
“Since the story broke out on Wednesday that Tonto was still in Dubai prison, everyone expected her to debunk it either with a video or a post on Instagram,” a source close to the actress disclosed exclusively to Kemi Ashefon.
“Tonto doesn’t suffer fools gladly and would have turned the whole of Instagram upside down if the story wasn’t true and if she wasn’t in a cell in Dubai.
Even Bobrisky, who claims to be her best friend, has not said anything on the story. What has the screenshot of a chat got to do with Tonto Dikeh showing herself to the public as she always does?
Anytime she wanted to debunk any story about her, its instant and with fire. Don’t forget her social media fight with Churchill and some other celebrities. Tonto was unleashed!
Tonto is too fierce in conduct to just release a chat to prove that she is still holidaying in Dubai,” sources said.
But the worry now is the fact that celebrities such as Ubi Franklin and even the project Manager of One Africa Music Fest, Mojisola Adewale, would leave Dubai without making attempts to secure onto Dikeh’s relapse.
Even Wizkid, who once dated Tonto, left her behind.
“Tuface can’t intervene; remember Tonto has called out Tuface and his wife, Annie on her IG page.
We don’t know about Teckno and Ubi Franklin. Ubi could have made an attempt but we cannot ascertain went happened behind closed doors,” sources who plead anonymity told Kemi Ashefon.
But Timi Frank could have intervened since he is a ‘friend.’
“What was found on Tonto was too strong an evidence to stick one’s neck out for her. We are sure Timi Frank is also protecting his reputation in Dubai. Recall his reaction to the ‘fake gift’ Tonto posted on social media. That announcement by Tonto of a wrist watch and apartment gift almost landed him in trouble with his godfathers. Timi isn’t in a position to help her too.
So, who would help Tonto out of Dubai detention?

“First, Tonto is not the type to use that kind of video to debunk allegations of detention and deportation.
She would have used a more beautiful background wearing gorgeous clothes and displaying affluence. That was a damage control video she shared through Bobrisky. Tonto was looking like a tart! She wasn’t wearing make-up and looking like a prisoner in one small room! Anyways, in the video, there was no address about or her arrest. The Tonto we knew would have tore whoever wrote that story into shreds.
“Moreover, the attempts by Bobrisky to prove that Tonto Dikeh is still in Dubai and vacationing are not adding up.
Imagine the sudden disappearance of Tonto’s phone! Tonto’s phone lost its password and she opened another new page @king_wigocharity, on Instagram! Sharing a video to that effect, Tonto, who was not gorgeously dressed like her usual old self wears a funny make-up and explains what went wrong with her old IG account.
Who is fooling who? She said she is still in Dubai but her password is still in Africa! In this IT age? The video looks so stupid! Meanwhile, before the new page, she had posted many photos from Dubai on the old page @tontolet which has over 5million followers. It was on her old page she posted her ‘fake gift’ from Timi Frank. She even bought a new phone to run the new page! As a matter of fact, she removed the nylon seal from the cover of the phone!”

A model/beautician, Yolanda married Emeka after his bitter divorce from Emma.
Emma divorced Emeka and left the four kids in his care.

Recall that Emeka was formally divorced from Emma, his wife of 17 years in March 2017 after much drama.

Emma refused him and seems not ready for reconciliation. “The marriage is over. I have moved on with my life. I am not willing to talk about it again. Not even Nigerian sex therapist, Jaruma, who got a N3m PUSH gift from Mompha in September has commented on the arrest.
Recall the Gombe-born sex therapist shared a new video which she and her aunt were sseen counting wads of dollars after Nigerian Dubai-based big boy, Mompha sent herr newborn babies N3 million.
Sharing the good news in appreciation, Jaruma declared the amount.
Already, many beneficiaries of Mompha’s large heart have withdrawn into their shells and are afraid they could be trailed by the EFCC.

Ismaila Mustapha, (aka Mompha), a self-acclaimed bureau de change operator whose posh lifestyle has made him a darling of Instagram users, was arrested by anti-graft operatives.
At the point of arrest, five wristwatches with a total value of over N20m was claimed to have been recovered from him. The anti-graft agency said the suspect was arrested on Friday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on his way to Dubai, United Arab Emirate, following series of intelligence reports said to be linking him to organised transnational cyber fraud and money laundering.
The arrest was reportedly a joint operation between Interpol and the EFCC.
News of the arrest of Mr Mustapha, widely known by his business moniker ‘Mompha’, spread quickly as a rumour across Nigerian social media Monday evening.
Mr Mustapha has cut a personality of one of Nigeria’s wealthiest socialites on social media, using Instagram to post pictures of his family’s wealth.
In some of his most recent posts on his verified Instagram page, which has nearly 650,00 followers, Mr Mustapha featured a yellow Ferrari and a 2020 Rolls Royce Wraith Eagle VIII he claimed to have purchased for N180 million.
He said he was the first African to own the Rolls Royce and it was only one out of 50 exotic vehicles he owned across the world. Celebrity bloggers claimed the Ferrari was bought earlier this year for N155 million.
Those who knew Mr Mustapha said he has been into bureau de change business for many years and lives in Dubai with his young family, photos of whom he also frequently posted on his page.

Mr Mustapha was described by those who have met him in Dubai as one of the wealthiest Nigerians in the Emirate’s commercial capital.
Still, anti-graft operatives remained concerned by Mr Mustapha’s opulence and continued to follow his financial trail, an official said.
It was unclear whether the suspect had contacted his legal representatives and when he would be charged to court.
The arrest comes as EFCC ramps up its collaboration with international crime-busting bodies like the Interpol and United States Federal Bureau of Investigation to check Internet fraud and other white-collar crimes linked to Nigerians.
Since August, hundreds of Nigerians have been arrested in a sweeping crackdown on suspected Internet fraudsters and money laundering gangs in the U.S. and Nigeria. Some of those arrested during that time have convicted and sentenced to prison by Nigerian courts

Style Icon and respected billionaire business mogul, Hajia Bola Shagaya has hosted a wondrous prayer session to mark her 60th birthday.

The ever graceful society lady who has never hidden her penchant for prayers turned her Osun Crescent, Maitama, Abuja into a mecca of sorts as many Islamic clerics took turns to pray and deliver words of exhortation.

The array of scholars included Chief Missioner of Ansar-ud-deen Society of Nigeria, Sheikh Abdur-Rahman Ahmad, Sheikh Habeebullai Adam and Sheikh Farouq Onikijipa.

Proceedings took off with the arrival of Hajia Shagaya, she shone like a billion stars in a spectacular outfit accompanied by his sons, their wives and grand children.

Beaming with joy, she went round greeting a few of the guests before settling to her seat as the prayer session ensued.

In his remarks, Sheikh Ahmad showered praise on the celebrator for training her children to be respectful and disciplined, he urged her to formalize her great philanthropic gestures by establishing a charity organisation.

He noted that the charity will afford her the opportunity to touch more lives and also enable her children continue the legacy.

The prayers dovetailed into a reception and the special marquee mounted for the event was filled to capacity.

In the course of the event she cut a lovely cake just after Hajiya Aisha Babangida had proposed a moving toast.

Hauwa, the beautiful widow of former Taraba governor, Danbaba Suntai, is set to remarry.
Her late husband died on June 28, 2017 in Houston, Florida, in the United States.
Mr. Suntai, 56, suffered injuries while piloting a small plane when he crashed near Yola Airport in Adamawa State.
After a brief stay at the National Hospital, Abuja, the injured governor was flown to a hospital in Germany.
He was later transferred to Johns Hopkins Hospital in the State of Maryland, the United States. After spending a few months there, he was admitted at a rehabilitation centre for trauma patients in Staten Island, New York.
He was flown back to Nigeria on August 25, 2013 after 10 months of medical treatment overseas following claims by his supporters that he was fit to govern.
But in all these battles, Hauwa remained solidly by his side.
Following the controversial return of her husband, she was at the centre of unfolding drama in the theatrics of Taraba politics where she was euphemistically referred to Turai Yar'adua.
She later declared her husband as medically and mentally unfit to govern.
Before the ill-fated air crash involving her husband near Yola on October 25, 2012, 48-year-old Hauwa was the proverbial woman behind Suntai's political success story. A Muslim from Borno State, married to a Christian from Taraba State, she was undoubtedly an influence towards her husband's electoral victory.
The 1996 graduate of Botany with a Bachelor of Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Yola, was then trapped in a political crisis that dovetailed her husband's accident.
Hauwa, in February 2017 before her hsuband’s death, celebrated Valentine with him in the United States where he was receiving proper medical attention.
The photos were shared online.
Nothing was heard from her since her husband’s death and burial until Saturday June 8, 2019 when some blogs shared some pre-wedding photos on Instagram where Hauwa and her very young fiancé looked so happy together.
Not a few people have expressed joy at this development.
Wedding date hasn’t been announced.
