This is mad man that is still salty about losing. Nigerians ain't stupid and can see through the shenanigans! How can someone in an opposition party stop 2 states from accessing the CBN !! His antecedents has always been to burn the bridge when he doesn'tget his way. We all know how his relationshipwith Amaechi unfolded with h8s badgeringinto the national assembly with thugs. A man like this is not fit to rule and it will be a rragedy for Apc or LP to take a man of his ilk into their party. He has no information to share. He just want to hug and maintain the media attention to force ppl to acquiesceto his demands.

There is massive flooding in his state but yet,he saw it fit to go donate 300m to the wives of lagos state officials groups. What the hell is the group for. He could've donated such funds
to the lekki toll memorial.

Sallam hajji M.Thank you for the amoula recommendation.I feel bad for mr QC1.I always try not to be judgemental,but i feel brabus need to go on site and try to sort this out with the client.Giving out suggestions on nairaland isn't going to cut it.This is bad for business.He has had too many issues with different clients on nairaland that will give potential clients pause.I have yet to see any issues with spyder here on nairaland.Brabus is obviously doing something wrong,either by not screening out some jobs with potential for conflicts or just being slick.In fairless to brabus also,this should serve as a lesson to future home owners to heed the recommendation of experts when embarking on future construction.I myself have been quilty of that and there is an inherent lesson in this for me as well.My heart really aches for Mr QC1 and i hope this ends well for you sir

Double W=20cm x L=6m = N1,500 each strip
There is 10 in a bundle multiply by the amount of each strip, plus 5% VAT.

You will need the bundle because it's wider, they both have the same length of 6meters.

mufutau55: NO. It does not include woods for ceiling.. we did the wood for ceilings when we are actually doing the ceilings.
Ceiling wood costs = N51,400 and Carpenter Labor for the ceiling wood=N25,000 Total=N76,400
Look at the photos below, the white/cream woods you see going across four ways is one made for the ceiling.
Also, you can see the ceilings using PVC bought from Amoula Paragon in Alahusa area.

How are you my brother.it has been a while.You are doing great and more grease to your elbow.I need your input on the pvc,i need to do it for one of my project,someone recommended amola but it is bloody expensive and i felt i can make to do with other pvc maker since it is a renter property.I am open to all brand with brand comparable to the amola brand.I don't want the chinese brand though,i tried a sample not too long ago and i literally crunched it with my bare finger.I want something rubbery.i will appreciate your advice and how many pieces or square meter is in a bundle.Thank u

bro,ur engineer must have bribed the police people,wjat u should do is to get the furniture guy arrested,have him sign a surety that he will pay you,make sure u have a copy of it n i honestly hope u have some form of receipt in regard to your initial agreement with him based on the job u had contracted him to do.i will advice you to go to another police station and go straight to the dpo n explain to the man.ofcourse u have to grease his or her hand.That way if trouble should arise from ur quanta with the other station's dpo,ur dpo can always call the other one up.I bet u the engineer must have used his influence to get the capenter out too.Have the carpenter locked up n have them make him sign a surety as well.once u have that documents,make sure u pay ur engineer as little as posible,like say #5,000 every 2 months,stall as much as possible.even though u signed a surety to pay him his money,i am sure their is no stipulation that u have to pay him everything in one shot.Why u stall the engineer on his balance,it gives u enough time to build your case against the carpenter why also reminding both dpo that u r broke as well and that u are waiting for the carpenter to give u your money so you can use that to pay the engineer.this will give u enough time to build ur case n take whatever action u want to take.but most of all i will implore u to go to another nearby police station to make ur own case too.make sure u go 2 d dpo n not some small ones because that one can dissapear n u will be force deal with another one.but once u deal with the head(dpo),the rest of them will have to go by d orders of their boss,u can settle them later too after a job well done.no way no how,you will come out on the losing end but atleast u will recoup about 70% or more of your money.

@caseymoney,in regard to the pvc issue,some of them r fire proof,i was present when one was set on fire in front of me and it never melted,just got dark.i saw it with my own korokoro eye.but i have been told that some of them do crack overtime,i will think those ones might be on d cheaper side and as u know in naija everything has a grade

People pls check out d pics,I am sure u all can see how bare n undeveloped d place look,this is how all their other estate scheme looks like,atleast d one I know off,d one in ogombo is even worst,it is a river with their sign board being in d middle of the river.with all the money we have paid so far n the amount of people that have subscribed,I am appalled at d lack of development here,it is a sharp contrast from d surrounding axis estates,some of this estates were started way after wisdom property estate yet they have seen substancial development as oppose 2 d wisdom property estate, also in d picture is d so call stake holder committee,now can u actually say those limited amount of people represents d collective interest of d vast majority of people that bought this land?I for one know that these people are their stooge,d few that ain't,have probably been promised a waiver on d fees or some form of compensation.I still can't fathom that some sham committee can agree 2 pay 1.2m for developmental levy when surrounding estates in d same axis are charging in d range of #400,000 -#500,000.mind u,this surrounding estates have better infrastructures like perimeter fence,mapout n street layout of d estate,drainage sytem etc, wisdom property have yet 2 do anything but 2 demand some more money for different fraudulent schemes, d proof is in d pudding people,even those of u that are in d diaspora can really search on nairaland for estates around that axis,u will be surprise at d level of development in all d estate around wisdom property,u can also ask d sellers when they started d estate.wisdom property were one of d 1st people that opened up that area yet they lack behind in terms of development n progress, those of u who are in naija can go out there n check it out yourself and share d information out here as well, pls ppl pardon my typo as I am replying aj2012 from my mobile phone
