PoliticsRe: Obasanjo The Greatest President Nigeria Has Ever Had by omofineboy(m): 3:00pm On Oct 07, 2006
OBJ is the worst President Nigeria ever had.

Reasons

1.  He is as corrupt as IBB e.g. Presidential Library, Ownership of Transcorp

2.  300 billion budgeted for Roads, no road to show for it

3.  PTDF Money stolen by Atiku and Obasanjo

4.  NNPC missing money

5.  Fertilizer deals to Obasanjo Farms

6.  Commercialization of Education

7.  Killing of Odi people

8.  ZaKI-Biam Killings

9. Religious Riot that killed most Nigerians in Kaduna

10. Increament of Prices of Petroleum Products from 20 naira to 65 naira

11. Mass retrenchment

12. stealing of funds through NEPA

13. COJA Stealing by Atiku and OBJ

14. Life presidency Project

15. No security of Life and Properties

16. Removal of Gov Rashidi Ladoja for no crime

17. No food

18. Highest rate of employment ever

I can give u many reasons why OBJ is worse, as far as I am concerned we have never had it so bad, go what people talked about is macro economics improvement how does that affect my life when i dont have food, go and ask people on d street, they know better.
PoliticsRe: Is Babangida Innocent Of All Allegations? by omofineboy(m): 2:17pm On Oct 07, 2006
Nairalanders,

I want to passionately appeal that we should be more mature when making our contributions or opinions known on any topic. We dont need to insult or abuse ourselves, we should crave for knowledge anytime and allow for oposing views from other people.

As regards Big B1 he is entitled to his opinion on IBB, I remembered when third term issue was on you could see people telling you why OBJ should be given opportunity for life, as if hes the only nigerian who has the pedigree. We should not crucify Big B1 for expressing his views about IBB.

My opinion is that Electoral Process should be reformed so that it will be difficult for people like IBB to come back, I love Prof. Pat Utomi but as things are now he cant win, IBB may win forget about all these noise OBJ didnt win in 1998 but he was and still the President.

so lets educate people on why they should vote or not vote for some people. Remember most of us dont even go to d polling stations.

Pele Big B1 for d bashings I salute your courage.

PoliticsRe: Against Babangida.com Website by omofineboy(m): 2:40pm On Oct 05, 2006
These posts are interesting but I wonder if what IBB did OBJ didnt do worse, and dont forget the he still want to be in office, of recent he closed down AIT for daring to transmit third term debate live. I agreed IBB has done more than evil to us as a people all I can say is that The constitution should be ammended not to allow people like him, otherwise all these talks are just needless and empty barking.

RomanceRe: Boy In Nigeria Wants Me To Be His Girlfriend by omofineboy(m): 1:39pm On Oct 01, 2006
I dont think hes hell bent, its just a normal feeling, you people are talking this way becuase the lady in question is overseas, I dont see any big deal in the issue let the lady know what she wants if the guy meets up then she should go for him, why must she change her number, thats unfair, the lady in question said she is already falling for the guy, let them be pls for whatever reason. Who says the guy is not from a wealthy background, the lady hasnt insinuated that the guy is poor, we have many people here in Nigeria that can go anywhere in d world if they so wish. Lady Just be sure he loves you, if he does then go to any length with him. ok
PoliticsRe: Rate the performance of President Olusegun Obasanjo by omofineboy(m): 1:24pm On Oct 01, 2006
To me OBJ didnt bring the GSM from what I know but executed it, anyway he tried in that area. The only thing OBJ did or has is He has best cabinet ever, a cabinte that has not done much becuase of his interests. Look at the following, we fought military over education privatization he does it freely noone challenged him, Health too bad, Roads terrible, Security worse ever, Food- you wont believe people die of hunger, Economy dwindling, Most corrupt regime ever, Disregard for rule of law, Unemployment worse, Transportation zero,
Aviation highest number of plane crashes ever in d history of Nigeria, I dont know of any basis we will credit him, only on EFCC which has done a good work, thats d only if only the Commission will follow due process, I know soon he will regret ever establishing EFCC becuase he will go back to where he bleongs thats Bauchi Prision. No aplogies pls.
PoliticsRe: How Fayose Looted Ekiti Treasury – Efcc by omofineboy(m): 1:02pm On Oct 01, 2006
I hate the guy not dislike I hate his guts for being too arrogant I don't like seeing him on TV, I doubt that guy went to school as was speculated the other time, but The Poly Ibadan which I respected most came defending him after TELL did a very good report about him, becuase PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PROBLEM threatened the school, anyway I learnt he probably has relocated prison to his town, good for him, good home after looting project. ole, barawo
PoliticsRe: Senator Uche Chukwumerije Lies And Believe In Cheating Other Nigerian , Why? by omofineboy(m): 12:45pm On Oct 01, 2006
You seem to be working for OBJ, may be becuase I am not a politician and always critical of the leadership, As regards Obasanjo and handover which concerns me, The Senator, from political developments is not far from the truth and anyone who is objective and following recent events will attest to that fact, We dont need a prophet to tell us that Obasanjo will try to stay put. Anyway thats your opinion about the Senator, this is not to say the Senator is a saint we were witnesses to his ignoble roles during IBB days, but the cause they fight now is a just one and should be collective.

RomanceRe: Advice Needed Please by omofineboy(m): 9:48am On Oct 01, 2006
hmmm, am sorry for that, you are wrong from the start and wrong throughout. from what you said I can deduce the following:

1. You are not really familiar with the family
2. You only did the court wedding which may have just few of your friends in attendance
3. You dont really know the guy
4. Cant see why the marriage took place in d first place

listen, the best wedding is court wedding, it is easy to go into and easy to come out. This guy doesnt love u a bit, one really need to know circustances that surrounded your marriage, Its either he married you to gain something or you did for same reason.

solution

Go back to his family, join hands with them to locate him if its true they dont know his whereabout, if u have the money go to UK as people suggested, if u cant get him file in divorce in the court stating those reasons and his family as your witness but I must add you need his family, they will help you out.
RomanceRe: Would You Date An Older Girl? by omofineboy(m): 9:28am On Oct 01, 2006
if shes not married why not? what makes her different from younger babes is marriage, if thats not there I will, also I want to correct the impression that an older person is more experienced its not always true, from my experience very many youger people are also experienced I meant Life experiences, in a relationship you learn from eachother, and all babes including older ones like a very intelligent person, good listener, caring and attentive.

RomanceRe: Is It Wrong To For A Guy To Marry Girl Of Same Age? by omofineboy(m): 9:14am On Oct 01, 2006
Age has no specific place in a true and committed relationship, infact I came to conclude that there is no success that's attributed to age i.e becuase I was so so age that was why I was able to suceed not at all, it just about maturity and maturity is of the mind, so i dont succumb to that. I have seen husbands who are more older but the home is not settled, and vice versa, I think what matters is the state of mind and total submission to the will of God as regards marriage and surely not age.
RomanceRe: Is It Okay If I Date My Friend's Ex Boyfriend? by omofineboy(m): 9:06am On Oct 01, 2006
There is a theorem I think societal values has postulated for us now and it is " old abnormal acts are very normal now and old normal acts are very abnormal now"

Going by the above theorem, I can prove that there is nothng wrong in it. Try and check all our old values most of them if not all are abnormal now. Apply the above theorem, and go and marry him. No law says you shouldnt, just that our fore fathers wont do it they will consder it as a taboo, no more taboo in our dictionary, have u not heard of father to daughter, cousins to cousins and all that. I am not saying its right, but its okay.
RomanceRe: Four girls at a time what should i do by omofineboy(m): 8:54am On Oct 01, 2006
bunking:
Who told you it's the money they want?
How much is your bursary? huh huh huh
i am sure it can't buy them a good facial powder or lip gloss sef.
If you share your bursary with them, whats bad about that.
I don't blame you, i blame the four girls going after a 'student'' with all the big boys like me in town. grin
Small boys turn to big boys later with the help of Almighty.

How much is this your busary? if actually they are after that then 2 bad for them, they must be living in abject poverty, but it may not be becuase of that. My advice is that you should try and know why they want you then you decide whether to run at 200km/hr or park.
RomanceRe: Slept With 2 Sisters by omofineboy(m): 8:45am On Oct 01, 2006
Da Junta,

Let me tell the truth it happened to me sometimes just similar case the only difference is that the younger sister knew when i was going out with her elder one, infact the whole house knew, they equally knew it was their sister's fault for us to have parted ways, so what I will advice is that pls the basis of a true and lasting relationship is TRUTH, it is difficult to tell but if u do always you will have minimal problems, always tell your partner d truth, though some of us dont like it, but i have come to realiase that it helps a great deal. Tell your current omoge the truth and dont lie about it, ignore the elder sister what does she want again, na by force, above all issues of marriage and relationship cannt be handled with intellect, you need God's wisdom, pray and know the will of God if you do all these I am sure you will be happy all day. Dont forget Conscience is an Open wound only TRUTH can heal it.
RomanceRe: Boy In Nigeria Wants Me To Be His Girlfriend by omofineboy(m): 8:34am On Oct 01, 2006
The boy may honestly like you, treat him as you will treat anyother person. A subordinate in my former office actually met an american black lady like that and with true and total love full of commitment and passion, they are happily married now, the lady initially felt the way you left, but she was later convinced that it was a true love, the guy convinced her beyond reasonable doubt that he loves her, they live like brother and sister, their home is filled of love and affection. One thing you should know is that a committed african man is more caring than his american counterpart we have a rich culture that put smile on women, mind you I said a committed african man. I strongly advice that if you see that committment in him and he meets up your standard and you like him pls go ahead. God bless both of u
RomanceRe: Asking Your Boyfriend For Money by omofineboy(m): 8:21am On Oct 01, 2006
As for me the intent, purpose and relationship are very important, I have discovered that if youare too nice with your money, they term you to be 'mugun', if I have and my girl geniuely need the money for something rewarding I will give but mind you the mindset matters definitely if you are after my money Iam sure to the high heavens that you wont get it. Also a girl you claim to love mustnt ask before you give, if she is asking and not a gold digger then you are not caring.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Name Missing Among Names Of Countries Fighting Corruption by omofineboy(m): 11:35pm On Sep 30, 2006
That is to tell you that World bank knows that we are not fighting any corruption but witch hunting, Bostwana is the first African Country fighting corruption its a serious country, check their economy ten times better than the empty giant of africa, just as Hong Kong is the most serious country fighting corruption. May be later we will fight it with all seriousness and with vigour
PoliticsRe: Phantom Coup Alert By Atiku! by omofineboy(m): 6:32pm On Sep 30, 2006
Afam i disagree with you totally, I have never been a supporter of Atiku and wont be, but we have to face the fact, Obj has no right under the constitution to remove him, only the national assembly, or if he resigns, the choice to resign lies solely with him, dont forget the problem is just Obj wont go next year, he is on revenge mission becuase people scutled his life presidency project and atiku is among the actors, what hes experiencing can happen to anyone, i am not talking about the corrupt charges, even at that he has defended himself by way of attack, and OBJ has not denied all he said, the who should resign according to your post, I answer both of them, if Obj wont then Atiku shouldnt.

Also if he has resigned the public will be denied the other side of story as no one will believe him even if he tendered his defence as some of dont now, also the case of South African President is quite different, the President has the power to remove his deputy there, and moreso the allegation wasnt politically motivated as Atiku made us to believe.
PoliticsRe: Gov Akala And Adedibu, I Feel Very Concerned by omofineboy(m): 9:59am On Sep 29, 2006
Big B1,

You dont need to be annoyed, as you rightly said you need to know whats happening before you can give a near accurate assessment or analysis, from what I know that happened in Oyo State, no lover of democracy and democratic norms will clap for OBJ, he uses state power as he likes just like Abacha, History tells us people like him (OBJ) regret their existence at the close end of their existence. same definitely will be for him, I know good people of Oyo state wont vote for them in 2007 elections, but if he rigs it he will dearly pay for it. Just watch things.

NYSCRe: Corpers' Lodge: Ask Questions & Share Your NYSC Experience by omofineboy(m): 6:29am On Sep 29, 2006
If only Government officials are not corrupt NYSC is a good programme. If funds allocated for ur food and other s are well spent you wont complain about water, food and all that. Mind you NYSC is not to give you comfort, but training, adaptation to other cultures and weather. When I was in in camp I hated it especially when they woke you up around 5am, you know early moring sleep is sweet esepcially during harmattan period, but with all that, with no accomodation for us I did enjoy it. I must quickly add that most of us will be craving to serve in urban cities especially lag, abuja, ph the truth is that corp members are not well taken care of in d urban cities, go to d villages people care about you especially if your services are needed there, villagers are caring and very accomodating especially in the south and some part of north at least my friends told me so.

I served in Abuja some years back, the first problem is accomodation, infact most corp memebers were sleeping in uncompleted buildings that time, which is one of the reasons I said urban cities are bad for corp memebers you only assume you may be employed after which may not be, above all the demerits of the programme prepare you for life challenges especially the aje butters.
EducationRe: National Youth Summit 2006 by omofineboy(m): 5:55am On Sep 29, 2006
This is great, but u shouldnt have tagged it 'National Youth Summit' I initially thought that, its one of these gatherings for 2007 (Jegudu Jera for President campaign)I am sure if majority know that its an empowerment programme so many will attend, meanwhile you didnt put the venue Try and do that, I commend the organizers' efforts.
