@Gnature, Thanks for your response to each point I raised. But you do know a leader is responsible for all that happened in his govt, thats why we are calling for IBB's head. 1. No food- whats the meaning of food thats available and people cant buy, this is a simple economics theory, when supply is low, demand is high and prices go up, no food. 2. Employment- we need to take the stattistics of graduates unemployed compared to employed graduates, am sure the jobless will not agree with you, the fact that we have jobs doesnt mean everyone has. 3. What Other prove do we need to say that OBJ is a disappointment as corruption is concerned, just wait you will have plent proves 4. Commercialisation of Education- when I entered University I paid 250 naira as my fees total, how much are they paying now in Federal University, under OBJ,State University? 5. Fuel Price- This is only single determinant of Nigerian Economy becuase all other indices are built around it, am suprised you agreed to increase, I said up lets consider the masses of this country not a few who control the most. 6. Mass Retrenchment- in other countries that are not as rich as Nigeria, there is what they call social security, you have access to food and shelter even if you dont work, so what does that takes out of Nigeria, do u consider the social and economic implication of the retrenchment on Nigerians, for every sacked worker there at least 5 nigerians that will suffer so what about that. 7. Whatever growth OBJ redcorded in his 8 years reign, he has wiped if off by corruption. Meanwhile I like your presentation, you are very objective, just that I hate inept leaders, leaders that are bereft of ideas, capitalists and corrupt ones like OBJ. I am sure hes going to jail, I talk about this becuase am sure not only him but all of them, IBB, ATIKU, all who stole our money just wait and see. Also you wont know about leaders until when they leave position of power anf authority. Thats why he doesnt want to go. You will how interesting post May 29, 2007 will be. God keeps on beyond that time. Thanks anyway. |
hmm you guys are great, but we need to accomodate opposing views, if OBJ can be president for 8 years then IBB can be infact IBB to me is better than OBJ. where did OBJ get money to build his farm in Ota in 1979. Anyway I hate the two. I think we need someone like Prof Pat Utomi, Chief Emeka Anyaoku, Donald Duke is Ok 2 but definitely not IBB or his likes. we need younger and responsible people, the world is changing the average age of World Presidents now is 45, we need a God fearing person from anypart of the country apart from South west. |
@dblock, I went through you posts as I was thinking may be you are not in Nigeria, I discovered that the truth is that you reside in Australia and as such I wont say much, its obvious that you dont stay here, and if you do then it means that you are not kept abreast of events in this country. The only point you made is about foreign reseves, but do u know that OBJ is planning to steal part of it b4 he goes, e.g Millenium Tower that costs 52b naira or so, all other points pls ask people that are here, roads are bad, no employment, just name it, ok you will be suprised this is the worst govt, World bank reports says that corruption is more endemic now, money stolen in this govt is more than all stolen in d past put together, you know why, they made big money from oil like no one had ever made, and they are stealing it like no one ever did. EFCC is not the creation of OBJ, it is the creation of the western countries and Nigeria creditors. I am sure OBJ in his heart of hearts will be regreting to have succumbed to its creation, becuase EFCC will also send him to jail, thats the truth. |
From what I read today they never invited her for questiioning, we can take on example of Mike Adenuga, who was never invited the only time they had anything to do with him was the day they went to his house with equipments which they used to pull down his doors, its not right, thats my worry, rights are trampled upon, you dont go to someone's house in d mid night and say you want to arrest him/her and ofcourse before arrest you should invite the person to hear his/her own side of the story, EFCC is great, but the method to me is crude and undemocratic. I cant hold brief for Kalu and family but I dont even know him, but there are instances I salute his courage, for example Kalu was taken to code of coduct tribunal for operating foreign accounts, he stated that he has always live in the US, his family is there, and pointed out that OBJ too has account and even quoted the account number, that was the end of the story, at least we never heard anything about it again. OBJ to me has no moral right to fight corruption, hes just too corrupt. Let EFCC be independent and follow the law of the land. This is not to say Kalu is not corrupt, but let all of them be dealt with, ofcourse OBJ cant do that. |
@JoshO Try and get a copy of the code of conduct for public officers am sure you will have a change of heart, its unfortunate you are justifying OBJ's corrupt tendencies, anyway its your opinion. |
Sarah Jubril b4 now had my respect, but her conduct since 2003 doesnt show that she is a serious politician, how can she be jumping all over the parties, now she is in the PDP, any serious minded and honest politician wont join such a party, she cant even have my vote, Akunyili as a pharmacist performed creditably well in NAFDAC, but could that transform into a good politician I so much doubt, here is a woman who is too tribal in nature, a serious politician wont be tribal at all, look at employment into NAFDAC you will get what I meant, but she is a very good professional and fearless one but she may not do well in politics, I support women but such women should be good professionals and well grounded in Nigerian Politics, Okonjo I weala will be a better option but she wont be able to win election. she is too straighforward and honest. |

I don't think its right to declare someone you know where is he/she wanted, I think thats just politics, there are some things EFCC does that call for worry especially in a democracy, we are witnesses to some people declared wanted who actually were around and they never bothered to know their whereabouts, also the way and manner they treat people who are invited for questioning is worrisome, EFCC always make it look as if , once you are inivited for questioning that means indictment, no its not so, they should do their legitimiate and great job with utmost decorum and due regards for laws of the land. I don't know much about Kalus mother, but I do know that Kalu has been a thong in the flesh of OBJ, if indeed they are corrupt they should be brought to book. As regards her using convoy, in Nigeria all you need to do before using convoy is to have money, Kalu I know for sure was and is still a very rich man , he once said in d national dailies that he gave OBJ 1 million dollars in 1999 for his election, all OBJ can say is that he should produce receipt he gave him for d money, I don't know who gives such receipt for favour done, it will be most disgraceful if his mother is actually involved in money laundering but I doubt EFCC claim, until they produce us facts to prove it, they are just acting a script, we need to be careful at either condemining or commending EFCC on some issues, while they have done wonderfully well their method is crude and undemocratic. But I hope as we go on they will improve. |
@mubowa Thanks so much I said it before that the guy's parents may be rich now i am vindicated. The reasoning that niger guys run after gals overseas becuase of materials things makes me sick, there are very many guys here that are just too comfortable to go out with a gal overseas becuase of her money, lets change our opinions about this pls, this is not to say some are not, but not all. |
@outkast, really, Pls can u help me out of the remaining verses abi what are we friends for? |
its satanic, devilish and culturally criminal, just stop it now |
ok. I still maintain my stand anyway |
repate ces't moi, it doesnt ma.tter what you say i dont love you anymore, I will say just that |
I watched with keen interest Dan Etete on AIT sometimes last 2 weeks, he looked like a frustrated person, making serious allegations against Atiku from left, right, and center. For some minutes you will ponder regret having crooks as leaders of this country but after a second thought I asked myself is Etete anywhere better, was it not just becuase his Oil blocks was taken over from him by superior masters? I never believed him, he may be saying the truth about Atiku as he claimed he has evidences against him, but in whose interests are these evidences? ofcourse Malabu Oil. why did he relocate to America when he suppose to be fighting corruption in high places as he has enough evidences? I saw in him frustration, for all I know he is not better than Atiku and OBJ, going through the press statement he made sometimes 2002, you wonder why on AIT he was praising OBJ, I doubt all he said, if he has any evidences which he can tender he should send it to EFCC instead of boasting in a strange land. I know if Atiku should pick on him, may be Atiku will have more evidences against Chief Malabu Oil, these are jesters at work. God is a just God, People should be happy all these are happening, it is to His glory as I believe He is ready to do greater things in this country, Nigeria will be better for this, they will all go to jail, Chief Malabu limited, Chief Transcorp Limited and Alhaji PTDF limited will all go to jail by the grace of God lets wait and see what happens next. Etete is a nuisance, I hate him for speaking with both sides of the mouth, he should go to hell after castigating OBJ, now hes praising him as if OBJ is better. God will punish all of them. whatelse do they want, many people are on the street without job, food, shelter and all that the crooks are fighting over is our heritage. |
dblock, You did a good job for OBJ, for Christ's sake OBJ has spent almost seven years now, Power is not better, yeah Soludo has tried but has his efforts trnasformed into good living, you talked about NEPA, by the time OBJ leaves you will know NEPA is a siphoining pipe. OBJ wasnt the one that initiated TINAPA it is Donald Duke idea, all I know is that Life under this govt is worse, He should have done what will affect positively the life of Nigerians, instead of pursuing elctricity that will take him 50 years to realize. When you talk of corruption its more endemic and systemic now than ever, no government in the past have realised so much money like this govt, what did they do with it, looting and stealing in the name of projects. |
I am confused about this issue of money laundering, can someone tell me more, my understanding is when u throw around illegal funds which its source is unknown, but tracing money to someone's account may not neccessarily be money laundering except if the source is unknown. Does it mean that someone cant have 1m dollars in his account? pls if you know better tell me. As for Jonathan, the stealing continua, he has always been there what do u expect? steal steal steal until he goes the way of ALAMS |
Da blazer, I am suprised you picked offence in what amaka1 wrote, from my understanding she only gave you a golden advice for your own sake, people from world over access this site, atimes when one writes you need to proof read again, so as to correct mistakes. Even your latest post you made mistakes, no one is above mistake, we all do so its nothing special if someone corrects you. Pls accept corrections. This is an educative site. |
Bolarge, quite agree with u |
I dont tell lies if i tell you the truth and u hate my guts so be it, and moreso nowadays ladies prefer honest and truthful men, the fact that she doesnt like the truth doesnt change it, Truth builds up trust and respect. No reason for you to lie. |
Likes 1. kindhearted 2. God fearing 3. Intelligent 4. Neat 5. Humble Dislikes 1. Saucy 2. Mannerless 3. Too dependent 4. Evil Minded and Greedy |
Beauty is of the minds, though we attach great importance to physical ability, but the truth is that the real you is inside. No one is perfect really. I respect people becuase of what they have upstairs but definitely not how they look. I may go on with her if she meets up with my qualities not minding her disabilities. |
Buy everywoman and read it, there are very many books on that topic, I know Ovulation runs for 3 days in a lay man term it is called unsafe period,I wont say your case is abnormal, it occurs between the 12th day and 15th day after menses. There are many factors that contribute to this may be you should see an expert, buy books and read them. |
Atiku doesnt need to go to courts it is an abuse of court process, police cant arrest him while hes still the VP, except he is impeached, I felt so sorry for Atiku more for OBJ, becuase whatever you do to someone will be done back to you. Let them follow due process of the law of the land. Atiku wont be so foolish to resign he has to follow the rule of the game to the letter otherwise so sorry for him, you dont fight from outside, if he resigned then he lost out. Both of them should be impeached but I know the NASS wont do that, instead they are out to get their campaign fund from the crisis. May we help ourselves. |
For you to know the worth of OBJ's shares in Transorp check how much is a share of trancorp then multiply it by 200m, it is not 200m naira worth but 200m shares if I get it right, if not pls correct me. Also I want to say that what OBJ did in my own opinion is not plausible at all. The code of conduct for public Officers forbids him from buying such, you cant set up an organization to buy up govt corporations while you are presiding, its never done. Also who says OBJ has no oil block? I will be the last person to think like that, it is not just possible, see these, people deals in bunkering and thats why NIger Delta meant nothing to them. OBJ is corrupt and no image mending for him, I am sure he will go back to jail, lets wait and see wonders of God. |
North West, North East, North Central, South East and South-South |
I disagree with you. May be you confuse Abuja with Federal Capital Territory? FCT covers a great land mass. The city is just phase 1 of the development, it extends to ABAJI towards Kogi, I think its about 5-7 phases, its not overcrowded at all, infact the inhuman activities of El Rufai confirm this, so many houses have been demolished, thereby rendering thousands homeless in the city. Also the center of Nigeria per se is around Lokoja not too far from Abaji and I know FCT is a good concept. Moving it from her present location to me as is another venture to steal money, instead they should use any funds for such frivolous project to develop NigerDelta. |
He stole the billions, bully the villagers by use of state apparatus and also he got cheap labour.I am disappointed it's not the best, mind you he has about three others, One day he will account for all if not here definitely THERE. |
Moneybags, Thanks for your comments I can understand how you feel, but that do not change the truth, I view things objectively while facing the reality. I gave a very kind and honest advice. Taking to consideration the following premises 1. You still love your husband 2. You need happiness and joy in your home 3. You want peace 4. You want your husband to change his bad ways 5. You want a more committed and lovely partner. The above were some premises I considered before giving you my opinion, Its painful to have a dishonest partner, but that doesnt remove from him all the good qualities you saw in him before u married him, except if that has been his ways? I believe we should be able to forgive our spouses whenever they go wrong, we should correct them with love and in love, I am convinced that if you do if not all of my advice you will get a better result and response from your spouse. Its not a joking matter, this is what affects you as you said pls I gave you a candid advice. God help us all |
baysonpreen, send ur particulars to omodeleye@yahoo.com. pls do that fast. |
Well its painful to hear the poor woman now, but all I know is that coup planing has a price, and the price must be paid by whoever thats involved, either good or bad. The issue of roping in of vatsa, is between IBB and his God if he has any, but we must be careful at making comments on this except we are very sure of what we are saying, becuase we will all give account of ALL we do, think or say while here some day. If truly Vatsa was roped then that is added to many ignoble acts of IBB while in power and I am sure he will pay dearly for it, if otherwise then no case. God is the greatest Judge and he will do justice to all withour fear or favour. Olorun lo mo ejo da |
Niger Delta Problems is another failure on OBJ we never had it bad. |
I disagree with you, pls dont link Ladoja to corruption, Ladoja's case was purely victimzation from the grand master- OBJ, nothing suggested he was impeached for corruption, EFCC has not said so, Oyo case is another minus for OBJ, it is purely undemocractic, may be one day we will get there. |
