@saintchux, Ismael, Dranoel

Thanks so much for your contribution I enjoyed your contribution.

@Iyde

You said Buhari should be in Prision by now, may OBJ should have been killed by Abacha, sentiments apart can OBJ honestly and true to his mind say he didnt plan coup in 1996? before Almighty Abacha arrested him? yet he became President, besides dont forget that the opportunity OBJ has to become military head of state was through coup detat, if he was not an active participant he wont be made head of state or second in command to Late Murtala so what are we saying, whats the importance of democracy thats worse than military regime, we have always said that we are in a supposedly democaritic dispensation and not in a democracy, I think that we should evaluate Buhari in terms of contributions to nation development and mindset, the mindset of the present occupiers of aso rock is to transform ota farms to a golden city.

You made a point by saying there is nothing we can do to a siting president, but let the sitting president follow due process of law. Thats all we are saying, ofcourse we all know that prision is OBJ's final home, he will be sent there with Atiku may by then they will resolve their differences.
PoliticsRe: Is It Democratic For Obj To Denies Atiku Presidential Jet? by omofineboy(m): 5:56pm On Dec 22, 2006
In my own opinion its very wrong for the President not to give the Vice President wht belongs to him under a democary, it wrong, its bad, dictatorial and selfish, whtever that is hapening between them, the jets belong to Nigerians and no Obasanjo, he should be manly enough to let Atiku use it until atiku is impeached which is the only way to remove him. until hes removed by the National Assembly he is still the Vice President and should be acorded the respect and honour

PoliticsRe: Does Pdp Has The Constitutional Power To Declare Vp Seat Vacant? by omofineboy(m): 5:46pm On Dec 22, 2006
I disagreed with you mariory, the sections of the constitution you quoted refers to the election of the president and vice president and besides do you know the number of Governors, Senators Honourable memebers that have defected to PDP, what did the PDP do then? were they removed or impeached? definitely no, and you talked about constitional provisional it will be funny to quote from a sacred document that suppose to guide us which the President has abused severally, it will amuse me if the same president will comply with the provision now, OBJ obeys the constitution when it favours him and his cronies and disobey when it disfavour them, This is not to say that Atikus action is right but when Obanikoro defected to PDP from AD what sis the PDP do, the same Obanikoro was imposed on the PDP Lagos now by Obasanjo, what hell are we talking here? thats why we have always be writing here that Obasanjo is a dictator and lets see what happens to him. if I were Atiku I wont contest again and make sure OBJ candidate does not win  the election.
PoliticsRe: What Do U Think Abt Ac Congress In Lagos? by omofineboy(m): 3:05pm On Dec 21, 2006
you are very correct, OBJ Holdings has benefited so much from the treasury looting. They even stole Abachas recovered loot, they should apologise to his wife, anyway I also believe that OBJ is as corrupt as Atiku if not more than Atiku, robber dey catch thief, anyway lets see.

PoliticsRe: Re: Atiku Vs Obj/efcc In The Ptdf Scandal by omofineboy(m): 2:53pm On Dec 21, 2006
No one thought that OBJ is as corrupt as it has been proved by Mr Atiku, no one says Atiku is a saint, what I dislike mostly in we Nigerians is hypocrisy, why was OBJ deceiving us before? I am sure in his hearts he will be regreting ever exposing Atiku, someone says that EFCC has Investigated OBJ friends, if EFCC ever does they are friends like Atiku who fell out in the power game or if u know anyone pls tell me who didnt fall out before EFCC investigated him, Bode George as example readily comes to mind, he is still close to President and investigated by the EFCC, indicted by the EFCC Chairman but was exonerated by the almighty of Aso rock what about that?

Obj is as criminally minded as atiku

Atiku for whatever it takes has proved beyonf doubt that the whole presidency is stinking corruption and fraud, Andy Uba was Obj's aide, convicted for illegal transoprtation of funds into the US, still he is the annointed anambra governor in waiting, what are we talking here, Atkiu said Akin Osuntokun also collected money did he deny it?, he said Obasanjo collected from the fund did he deny it? he said El Rufai benefited did he deny it, what else do we need to conclude that they are all robbers.

For once we were able to know OBJ is not a christian as he proclaim, we were able to know that he has fleet of women friends who were being sponsored by state funds, These people, I have always said will be punished I am very confident, and that tells you why Yaradua whose health is a failure has to be imposed on PDP, so that OBJ will be pardoned, lets wait and see wonders that God has for us in 2007, forget about them. we will rejoice about the intervention of God on this forum soon, mark my word. they are all barawos, oles

PoliticsRe: My Fear About "President" Yar'adua by omofineboy(m): 3:27pm On Dec 20, 2006
I urge us to leave out Religion and ethinicity in our discussions these are issues that separate the existence of the country. No one will Islamise or Christianise Nigeria. Nigeria is a multi religious state as stated in the constitution.
PoliticsRe: Re: Atiku Vs Obj/efcc In The Ptdf Scandal by omofineboy(m): 3:07pm On Dec 20, 2006
@ siantchux, mazaje

You guys are right, for once we are able to know the rot going on in the seat of power, we are able to know how billions that belong to nigerians are stolen, we are able to know the thieves, Obasanjo must pay for this, Atiku is already paying but they must both go to jail, I guess thats why he chose Yaradua as his stooge to cover up the mess, God is all wise He alone will surprise them, Funds that suppose to be used to develop PTI in Delta State are being used to fund elections, who knows where 2007 election funding will come from?

PoliticsRe: Yar'Adua: President In Waiting? by omofineboy(m): 4:06pm On Dec 15, 2006
@JoshO

I dont know the criteria you used at chosing your own candidate but as regards yaradua you are on your own as far as i am concerned, you condemned Buhari just like that who among the contenders can stand him, though his opponent used religion against him, may be you dont know Buhari is more credible than OBJ and all his stooges/cronies put together but that doesnt mean I will vote, besides we seem to agree that any PDP candidate is the winner, that notion or opinion is a slap on our collective integrity, what it means is that no PDP no president too bad for a developing nation like ours.
PoliticsRe: President Obasanjo Enrols As Theology Student Of National Open University by omofineboy(m): 2:05pm On Dec 12, 2006
NOUN is an acronym for National Open University of Nigeria, it is a programme designed by the government to encourage people who dont have opportunity while working to earn a university degree. NOUN offers many courses of study and it has centers all over the country. The Headquarters if am not mistaking is in Lagos.

PoliticsRe: Who Is The Worst Nigerian President To Date? by omofineboy(m): 2:13pm On Dec 09, 2006
@wendydoks

We see things differently, how many years will it take obasanjo to build schools and hospitals for the common man, instead himself and Atiku built most expensive schools for themselves,

2. How any years will it take OBJ to repair our refineries instead they continue importation of fuel becuase it pays their cronies and elction sponsors

3. How many years will it take OBJ to repair roads having spent 7 years already instead they allocated 300 billion naira for road construction sometimes and they stole the funds

4. The worst regime people lay claim to is Abacha remember Abacha as wicked as people thought he was gave out buses to all institutions through the PTF, go to hospitals I meant govt owned they are still using what the PTF provided then, visit school lobraries you will see Abacha's traces how many years did it take Abacha to do this? OBJ and his apologists are the fact that things were already in bad shape before they came to justify their looting. why were they put there in the first place?

@ndipe

Thanks for your contributions, people complained about other regimes becuase they stole and carried out assasinations, OBJ did worst. my reasoning is that if was OBJ better in 1976 and why did he come back in 1999 to inflict pains on us? one of the pains I have in my heart is that credible and honest people that can deliver this country will never be allowed to rule but I know at God's time we will be liberated. God will raise an army that will build this country. just wait and see.
PoliticsRe: Who Is The Worst Nigerian President To Date? by omofineboy(m): 5:12pm On Dec 03, 2006
@wendydoks

Really when we talk about the best or worst president there should be some indicators or parameters to measure each of them and my own main indices are the impact on Nigerians and of course the economy. So many people have said so many things about the military and all that but I think we must examine life under each of the past presidents we had, Nigeria and Nigerians never had it so bad.

1. Nigeria made so much money from crude oil than all made before put together, Poverty is more pronounced in almost every home than ever yet we said OBJ is the best

2. Education never had it so bad, I remembered when I was in the University the highest fees paid was N250 and most of my colleagues paid N90 for accomodation lets check what is being paid now yet we had so much money, it is now we talked about reforms and how to privatise the education sector as if the private sector are imported people from the moon. I wonder why institutions of govt can not be so discipline enough to run govt affairs, instead of inflicting pains and sorrow on poor nigerians in the name of reforms, even in the public schools you must have at least 50,000 to get your ward enrolled, some may say how much is that but lets compare the percentage of the population that can afford that.

3. Obasanjo increased fuel prices more than any other president Nigeria ever had, this had a great impact on our economy which is petrol driven, I am not aware of a serious crisis in the Niger Delta before now, yet govt behaves as if she is not concerned. Bunkering continues unabated and thats was one of the reasons, we were given for increament. OBJ is the best

4. Unemployment we have Millions of Nigerian Graduates roaming about the street, some say gsm provided jobs I wonder the percentage of the jobs, if you are part of this you will know what I am saying. Govt has the opportunity of designing a social security plan for the graduates and implement it but they prefer stealing the public funds, which has been the hallmark of this administration yet OBJ is the best

5. Food Security, so many people have no food to eat even the UN agencies have been saying that, people are so poor that they can feed, why not when they are not involved in the economy of the country, just imagine able and willing young men that suppose to hold the economy wasting away .

5. NEPA is worst now I wont know how they were doing it before, but NEPA is worst now, apologists of this govt will want us to believe that its becuase of the repairs being carried out, or vandalization of gas pipeline by Niger delta forces of liberation, such arguements to me are too shallow, sometimes the minister of power and steel actually said power will be stable in 50 years time, OBJ is the best for carrying out repair works?

6. Privatisation- Obasanjo sold out all public companies to himself and his cronies am not yet aware of selling public corporations to self by any other president before him, we do know the past presidents stole and stealing is more now becuase they actually have more funds to steal examples abound all over

I will continue from this next time, to me OBJ is worst and no apology for that opinion.
PoliticsRe: Governor Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State, for President? by omofineboy(m): 5:27pm On Dec 02, 2006

I refused to take you up for insulting me, you displayed absolute lack of manners, I dont abuse people not at all, you sound to me a teenager who is bereft of ideas, Nairaland made it possible for your kind to make comment, my father you mentioned in your comment?, it is evident from that, that you have no father if you have you one you will respect other peoples fathers, its most unfortunate you chose the name OBJ as your id, most unfortunate, for your information I am already a success let alone my dad, he is among few honest Nigerians who are successful in all facets of life, hes not among the thief like OBJ. A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE
