I went through all the postings, I want to conclude that most people are apologetic to OBJ's tyrannical rule. Because Atiku won some thoughts that the court are corrupt. The fact remains that since this nonsense started, Atiku has lost no case, this is a signal that all OBJ is doing is undemocratic and unconstitutional. If OBJ is sure Atiku is a thief and he is not one he should follow the due process. It is not right to fight corruption in a crude way, it may not achieve its aim. Obasanjo is as corrupt as Atiku, both of them should go to jail otherwise OBJ should leave Atiku alone so that next government tries both of them and together they go to jail.

My friends birds of the same feather flock together they say, anyone who enjoys the backing of OBJ must definitely be sinking and drowning in corruption this is not to say some against him are not corrupt.

Also Buhari is not Anti- people or anti-Christians its sad when we can reason beyond religious sentiments, how many times have we listened to Christians fanatics condemning other religions, I am not a moslem but a Christian but I hate it when people judge others based on religious sentiments, Obasanjo is a Christian born again for that matter, he is the most corrupt President Nigeria ever had, we have so many pastors that are swimming in corruption, my point is all these has nothing to do with good governance, Buhari was a former Head of State, he had the opportunity to turn the country to an Islamic state, he didnt do it, Obasanjo allowed Sharia, infact the government got a loan from an Islamic bank and the reason that was given is that it is an interest free loan what a contradiction!

Its better we refuse to compare Buhari with Yaradua let alone Obasanjo. Buhari headed the defunct PTF, PTF collect funds just a little less than than what the whole country was collecting then there was no record of mismanaging the fund, at least OBJ would have sent his dog EFCC after him. so tell me the basis for comparison.

I disagree with the guy who said Adedibu is a non issue who should not be tried by EFCC, haba then who should be tried pls? Adedibu and Akala stole Oyo money plentifully, and they are working the street freely, since they are ready instrument in the hand of the master.

The tread is okay. I am worried when people dont know that OBJ is using EFCC to witchunting his opponents, what do u have to say about the fact that Bode George was involved in stealing 83BILLION Naira NPA fund but yet he is working a free man, what about Gbenga Daniel of Ogun State who we learnt stole public funds to build mansions in England, what of Akala who Ribadu also confessed that hes a criminal are the names of these people on the list of corupt Nigerians, what of Andy Uba who used Presidentila Jet to smuggle illegal funds into the US? Haba dont let any one blind you, EFCC is a good thing that ever happened to Nigeria but OBJ is using it for his sit-tight project. You can even ask about Presidential Library, Transcorp, and other OBJ's interest , infact as far as Iam concerned Obasanjo is the most corrupt Nigeria and should be No1 on the list why is he not? Some one made reference to EU and US, these countries know better, we just read about the fact that US said the disqualification of some candidates is dictatorial and undemocratic.

I went through most of the posts here and concluded that most of my friends are have sympathy for PDP, I dont know why anyone will want Yaradua to be Nigerian President if not as a stooge? Someone should tell me the contributions of Yaradua to national development, in terms of socio-economic development, what has he done in his state to warant his choice as the Presidential Candidate, as far I know the only achivement I know is that he introduced Sharia code in his State, may that will be his frst assignment as the president. I can tell you numerous contributions of Buhari to the nation, I think its unfortunate comapring the two. Buhari any day is better, Buhari will fight corruption according to the rules, OBJ will be covered by Yaradua Presidency you would have noticed that he cant even campaign himself except his master is there too bad for democracy.

Are you sure OBJ has not been taking orders from EU and US? for your information the control of Nigerian armed forces is in the hand of the US Army, Simply pt OBJ is a figure head Commander in Chief, also as regards the topic its bad for them to ask for evidence bt I think they felt EFCC is witchunting and a big liar.

Did Yaradual win his election as Governor? How can a sane mind think he will win, ofcourse the election is planned to be rigged but they wont succeed this time, God will not allow them, Yaradua should never think OBJ likes him that why hes supporting him, if he thinks like that he is the greatest fool of all fools, Obasanjo wants to cover up his looting of the treasury and he wont succeed. I wonder why OBJ talks of Mimiko , may be he knows that Mimiko holds the ace in Ondo, its a pity he ever romanced with PDP, thats what PDP is made up of, why is he saying that si OBJ the spokeman of EFCC, we have said it severally here that OBJ is on vendatta mission. He wont succeed, Ribadu who is th Chairman of EFCC has said that Adedibu and Akala are very corrupt, what did OBJ do to Akala, he annointed him to be their governorship candidate, you can see sense in their fight against enemies, he will surely go back to jail and probably die there. lets wait and see.

I went through almost all the post here but I must say I am greatly disappointed in some of the comments here. To make a comment about a person like Professor Wole Soyinka, one need to read about him and his works, you need to understand his phylosophy and his contributions to political development of Nigeria. some comments betrayed what I just said, some of us dont even know about Woles work at all, I thought the learned among us should be able to educate the ingnorant ones.

To start with Prof Wole Soyinka after his 70th Birthday has declared that he would have wanted to contest if he was younger than his present age, the inference is that hes old to contest for elective position. so there is no iota of truth in this thread.

Also some are ignorant of his contributions to political development from the time time of civil war to date. pls read one of his works- The Man Died.

Prof Soyinka than anyother person in this country was the force that chase out Abacha, though with other progressive forces, he with others established the famous Radio Kudirat, he mounted intensive campaign against the regime of Sanni Abacha and he used funds he got from lectures he delivered in world renowed Universities to fund that project.

He may not be a good President but I think some comments we made here are unfair to him. I urge us to try and listen to him whenever he speaks. Lets celebrate intelligence, I wonder how many of us have the reading culture so its easy to destroy others.

I dont think it will be right to disclose Bamidele Aturu's contact info here though he's a notable human right lawyer dated back to his days in the university, what I will advise you to do is to ask for his office add from lagos branch of Nigerian Bar Asso, disclosing his contact here will be dangerous in this era of politcal killings.

It is not in my habit to abuse I dont do it go, through my previous posts even when a guy with OBJ as id abused me I didnt abuse him becuase its very crude, you convince people by presentation of facts and figures but not by abusing them, I went through my posts the only phrase that I felt you may call an abuse is " you will keep your mouth sealed" what this means is that you will be suprised and you will not want to support OBJ again. Try and read the constitution again as regards senators decamping and the Vice Presidents, The Bible here is the Constitution pls, the constitution is clear on the legislator, there is no provision that the Vice President should leave his Office when he decamps, anyway let us wait for the courts, the matter is before the courts.

The 3(c) you mentioned is being quoted wrongly, " any other reason" means any of the listed reasons in the above sections of the Constitution, if you are still in doubt lets wait for the Court to adjudicate.

I agreed absolutely with you guys, I feel that OBJ killed more people than Sadam Hussein, he was probably hounded and killed because he is anti west, not becuase he killed his people the only difference is that OBJ is Pro west he has virtually sold the Nigerian Military to the Americans, hadly is any formation without the presence of an American in the name of training. even though he has more than enough money to do it, I ask a question pls answer it, sentimenmts apart, it took Abacha 1 year or so to use excess profit to repair, Nigerian roads, hospitals with drugs and beddings, higher institutions with books and buses how many years ? it may interest you that the facilties provided by abacha ptf then are still being used in most of the public hospitals as criminally minded as Abacha was then, so how may years will it take you OBJ to do something that will better the life of Nigerians, may be you campaing for 5th term for him.

I went through your posts I have a different opinion, I am person who believe in social services by the government, how many of us are from rich homes? we talk as if we are all from rich homes, compare the ratio, ho many Nigerian fathers can afford 300,000 naira per child for a session? lets not look into our own cases lets be considerate and think about the larger percentage that is poor, poverty level is high in this country, our discussion on this topic tends to support total neglect of the poor masses, and experience have shown that most of the people from humble background are more intelligent and brilliant, if only government have been living to its expectations there may not be need to talk about this private uni, and I am not one of those who supports privatization, all I know is that it furthers widens the gap between the rich and the poor and it encourages thieves to steal more.

I think you also need to read the constitution well, we should preach constitutionalism here, the Nigerian constitution does not give the President power to remove his Vice, only the National Assembly can, even he commits the most heinous crime, I hope you agree to that, also

You said you will support any means by which Atiku is removed, I want to believe you are in no way better than Obasanjo, no one says Atiku should not be removed, but follow due process and the constitution,no sentiments and it should not be personal,but to me the underlining factor is greed, corruption and malice, no one can say that OBJ has the interest of the country at heart by doing all these, otherwise he has his interest at heart anyway I hope OBJ I pray he succeeds in this nonsense so that he can also reapwhat he's sowing fully and with interests
