if you are based oversea, let me tell you what i do. when i buy my yam, i peel it right away, wash, cut them in cookable size (like you want to cook them), and put them in clean storage bag. Then put them in the freezer. to cook frozen yam, just put them in a pot and add little water. that's how i keep my yam from spoiling. My mom don't froze hers (that is because we wack it all straight away) Also try it this way. wrap your half yam with lynon/storage bag and put it in the fridge. i have done something like this. But don't keep your yam for like two weeks. |

Warfy Boy:good for you. hope her family koms first before you in anything too. |
Hopefully time will come when women will make their father/mother come first Next their husband. she can always remarry. if i have a man whose mom comes first, then i'd REALLY make my mom and dad come first before him (he will take the second place outright). it's only baby boys (not men) who will say their mom comes first, grow up bouncing baby boy. |

tuwo shinkafa -Chinese Rice (that's what i use) or there is one call white rice -Water. Cook the rice (no salt) like you normally boil rice till very done and soft. Once done, turn it with your wooden eba turner till smooth. you are ready. |
Tuwon Masara got two easy ways to make it. 2 ways to make Tuwo as in Tuwo masara or Semo. -- Pour a small amount of water into your clean pot and put on fire -- Pour some Tuwo powder in a bowl and add either cold or lukewarm water to it and stir till smooth (not too watery or thick). -- Pour this into your boiling water and stir with your wooden (spatula)? the turning wood you use to turn eba ![]() -- If too soft, add some more powder and turn till hardened. It is cooked/ready when it is hard. Another method using measuring cup: -Pour 2 cups of water in a pot -Add 1 cup of semo or tuwo powder and stir with your wooden eba turner till smooth -Place on a medium heat stove and keep turning it (As it cooks, it becomes harden. . . if not harden to how you want it, add more tuwo powder). your tuwo is ready when it is hardened (not like stone o) Enjoy. |

People should just stop using others as domesticated human!!! If anyone has a family using others, pls ask them to STOP!! no one should support the use of others pounding yam, cleaning and doing your bed for you. when i look around me, am glad i see no one using others as slaves to clean and pack your shyte. Do It Yourself. |
