blacnewton: Bro, if you yourself haven’t signed up for that thing, please don’t try it. And if you have done it, well you are officially f&*ked! I’ll tell you what you don’t know. Well I hope you are still in college and haven’t dropped out of status yet. That amazon side gig will reflect on your SSN and someday when you want to neutralize to US residency, it will pop up in your record and how would you respond to that when asked “why did you violate the F1 rules while you were still a student?” Whatever answer you give to that question is unforgivable and you would NEVER get the residency! They don’t even forgive when it comes to that! All the best bro 4 Likes 1 Share |

Lamzee: Listen, I once asked you why you were speaking for that person in such a sensitive issue. I asked for a prove to be uploaded and all you can say to me is “please kindly help the bro”. Well this don’t feel right to me anymore. I give up without proves! I won’t be subjected to emotional blackmail. I just want to be sure I’m doing the right thing, but this doesn’t feel right to me anymore. I wish him the best ( or if you are the one behind the moniker). Hopefully other nairalanders would help him. Nah... I ain’t doing this 4 Likes |

Larox: I’m sure you were the guy we were all advising sometime about applying for an associate degree in a community college sometime while you are being adamant about it. Now you had to open a new moniker to seek for advise after reality has dawned on you. Like an adamant and careless person that you are, you are still arguing with someone who is giving you a tangible advise talking about you seeing phd holders going for bachelors and he should give you other points. Let me tell you something, you need to go and work on yourself really! You have a lot of sh&ts to get right about your attitude and approach towards life. I know you would come for me, but Someday, somehow, you’ll remember someone told you this. All the best 6 Likes

If I can find a way to verify all of this, I’m pledging 50k and I’m sure other meaningful peeps on here would do better, but I’m not transferring a dime until my mind feels right about it. Lamexx: Yes most applicants don’t understand that the schools usually add up your OPT period to the I-20 which inflates the courseworks duration, but usually; you are done with your masters within a year or 18 months at the maximum before proceeding to OPT. 1 Like |

Fatezee: Some VOs are lenient while some are super strict with the answers applicants give. That VO you met with was really on top of her game and ain’t letting go of any criteria in considering you even though your interview sounded well, but 28 credit hours in a duration of 24 months done make sense. As a student on F1, minimum you can take per semester is 9 credit hours. Now let’s do the maths, in 3 semesters you’ll be done with 27 credit hours. The total credit hours you mentioned doesn’t tally with any masters corriculum. You either do a 30 credit hours or 33 credit hours. There is nothing like 28 credit hours for masters so apparently she came to the conclusion that you don’t know what you are saying. Sorry about your denial. Try to refire 1 Like 1 Share |

This is a typical example of the skeletal codes I posted above for better understanding of what access specifier and datatypes are Ask Questions if you don’t understand any part using System; namespace BoxApplication { class Box { public double length; // Length of a box public double breadth; // Breadth of a box public double height; // Height of a box } class Boxtester { static void Main(string[] args) { Box Box1 = new Box(); // Declare Box1 of type Box Box Box2 = new Box(); // Declare Box2 of type Box double volume = 0.0; // Store the volume of a box here // box 1 specification Box1.height = 5.0; Box1.length = 6.0; Box1.breadth = 7.0; // box 2 specification Box2.height = 10.0; Box2.length = 12.0; Box2.breadth = 13.0; // volume of box 1 volume = Box1.height * Box1.length * Box1.breadth; Console.WriteLine("Volume of Box1 : {0}", volume); // volume of box 2 volume = Box2.height * Box2.length * Box2.breadth; Console.WriteLine("Volume of Box2 : {0}", volume); Console.ReadKey(); } } } 1 Like |

Access specifiers specify the access rules for the members as well as the class itself. If not mentioned, then the default access specifier for a class type is internal. Default access for the members is private. Data type specifies the type of variable, and return type specifies the data type of the data the method returns, if any. To access the class members, you use the dot (.) operator. The dot operator links the name of an object with the name of a member. |
Programming / Re: Application Development Using Csharp (C#) by omoluabiguy: 9:01pm On Dec 21, 2017 |
This is what a class would look like. Access specifier would determine the kind of access you want to assign to the object either private, public, protected and so on. (We’ll get to that part too) Class name of course is the name of the class Datatypes are the keywords used in declaring variable e.g int, float, double, string and so on. This is a typical example of what a class look like. I’ll be open to entertain questions on your curiosities <access specifier> class class_name { // member variables <access specifier> <data type> variable1; <access specifier> <data type> variable2; ... <access specifier> <data type> variableN; // member methods <access specifier> <return type> method1(parameter_list) { // method body } <access specifier> <return type> method2(parameter_list) { // method body } ... <access specifier> <return type> methodN(parameter_list) { // method body } } |
Programming / Re: Application Development Using Csharp (C#) by omoluabiguy: 8:56pm On Dec 21, 2017 |
When you define a class, you define a blueprint for a data type. This does not actually define any data, but it does define what the class name means. That is, what an object of the class consists of and what operations can be performed on that object. Objects are instances of a class. The methods and variables that constitute a class are called members of the class. Defining a Class A class definition starts with the keyword class followed by the class name; and the class body enclosed by a pair of curly braces. |
Programming / Re: Application Development Using Csharp (C#) by omoluabiguy: 8:56pm On Dec 21, 2017 |
Sorry for the wait.... First, one thing we need to understand is the fact that object oriented programming in general is designed in such a way that the programmer has to create objects and assign a function/method to the objects. More like creating an object and writing codes to tell what you want the object to to. For example, I create an object called “Mr. Driver” and I have to write a code to tell Mr. Driver to drive and/or where to drive to and where to stop. That is what methods and functions would do. Before all of these starts to sound complicating, I’ll like to reverse us back to understanding the concepts behind that. And that is why we would be talking about classes and objects before we move on to methods and constructors. |
