I plan to send in my student application next week. But a bit afraid as I have been denied 4 times.

I am 18 years now, and been applying since I was 16 years. My last GCMS note is attached.

I was admitted to a 18months certificate course in in Sask polytechnic

Omonoba1981,

Sorry for the outcome of his application. It's obvious that there are different offices handling the visa processing.

Quickly, Order for his GCMS NOTE using this medium: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
To be eligible to make a request under the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada.

Seem you have to be a PR to request GCMS

I am planning to send in my student application, but got bad news from a friend who got his reject in 3 weeks. He seems to have put in a good application, but was rejected based on purpose of visit.

And he applied online and did his biometric in Abuja. The decision was made in
Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
Cinnah Caddesi 58
06690 Cankaya
Ankara
Turkey

Any reason why decision was made in turkey?

I got some rumours that one can get a work permit directly from Nigeria.

There are agency that can help one secure work permit.

Any success story?

Hello Sir/Ma,

Your GCMS Note is talking about your HOME TIES and not dangons(as you refer it). Your app was refused based on HOME TIES.
Also you have to check to your refusal letter too.
*What was on your letter?
*On what ground were you denied based on your refusal letter.

Put more effort constructing a convincing SOP, that will portary you as a genuine student that will complete a course of study in Canada and depart.

Below are possible ways to tackle home ties as a reason for refusal of study permit.

1-)Do you have any family landed property in your name, this can serve as a hometies.
I dont have. Just left secondary school
2-)Are you married with kids. Your spouse can serve as your hometie.
Single
3-)Do you have any job offer awaiting you in Nigeria after completion of your studies in Canada
Nope
4-)Do you have any registered operating business back home(it also a home tie)
Nope
5-)Your family members.
Got Mother, Father and sibling in Nigeria. However immediate sister studying in Canada and elder brother who relocated from Canada to Europe.

I hope this helps.

All the best!

@Frankrobbn1

Thanks for your response. I am just 17 years . Completed my secondary school two years ago when I was 15 years and since then have secured 3 admission and refuse 3 times/ 4. After my secondary school I traveled to Canada for visit. Tried converting my visiting permit to Student, got refused and was told it has to be outside canada. Went to US twice to apply from LA got refused. Then Someone Advice I should applied from Nigeria. Came in Nigeria May 9th 2017 to apply after 6months got the last refusal. I am presently back in US with a Visiting Visa and still have 3 year left on my Canadian vising permit.

I just secure admission for BSc in Regina and also 1 year course in Sask poly. But I need to know, what I am doing wrong before applying for the 5th time. More so I have never stayed beyond 6months when ever I visit Canada, I am still valid visitor to US and I plan to apply from US this time. I also have been to Europe and left when I needed. So I said Jangon, because I have never stayed beyond my stay in any coutry I visit.

I presently secure admission also to US community college and got my F-I 20 but I still prefer studying in Canada

So please I need advice!!!

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
