Please, I have a question about transcript.

I am having difficulty in getting a copy from my school. When it was about to be sent to Wes early this year, the director in charge of transmitting it to Wes declined an appeal forme to get a copy saying it was against the school rules.

Now I need a copy when to submit my application.

My ECA is out since October. Can I apply for the course by course report from Wes and then use it in place of my transcript.

If the above is not the solution, please, what is the way forward?

there is marriage certifiate and birth certificate for the child . non accompanying spouse still has to do medicals and proof of funds provided . so it cannot done behind his back

this is how people get 5 years ban. If you/she don't want the husband in the application get a divorce. He also must give consent for the child to travel. Change of name after marriage is also.not compulsory

does this reflect same family since she is not changing name but she can claim unaccompanying spouse.

Good afternoon my family on the journey. Please I am asking for a friend. Below is what happened.

She was offered admission for Masters in NB but the student permit was refused, I think because she applied also for her 4 years son who is an American citizen as an accompanying dependant.

She is now considering the PR option since she has another foreign masters from Scotland.

The issue is now on her surname, since she married she has not done change of name to her husband's surname. For some reasons, she is no more comfortable doing change of name which she has my sympathy on the unfolding situation. She would have claimed single but in the student visa application, she indicated married because of her son.

The big question: How will she claim the son is hers since she do not not want to do change of name and not ready to put her husband name in the application?

Veterans, this is a serious issue because I have been trying to wrap my head around the idea to use on this matter.

Now my question, how will she convince visa officer that the boy is hers because the husband cannot surface on the PR application for any reason.

not the same case. Disclose all info in personal history or else one risks 5 year ban. I will find the case. So nothing like minor side hustle. Any details found online about you not in personal history equals misrepresentation

Can one declare if he is part of board of trustees of registered NGOs, limited liabilities company, other registed companies.

Personally, am on board of some NGOs and they can searched with Google search. Though i dont collect and pay, i rather contribute financially. Should i say am a volunteer. My name is on the face of the cac certificate also.

Finally, how do one claim point as self employed because i have a friend that has never worked for anyone except during nysc
