@omotem Send the employment letter for financial firm. It doesn’t matter the salary written on it. What’s important is that you were working. Also do not worry about your employer’s cac status as you have left the place since 2019. Then send evidence you have for the remaining years. Goodluck

I submitted my CV and also My CAC certificate for study gap during application. I started running my own business in from 2019.
I just got a mail That I should provide official , verifiable documents to demonstrate what i have been doing since graduation again.

2014 till 2019, i was working with a financial firm, I still have my employment letter but the letter has my salary on it and also the company is not active on CAC, I also have a letter from the company acknowledging my resignation but the letter was addressed to my pension company to get my benefit.
2019 till date : i have my business name registered and its active on CAC till date. ( I sell thrift wears)

I dont know how best to respond to this . kindly advice as Ineed to treat this as a matter of urgency. PLS HELP ME

I want us to go same day, and I am scared he might not get the same day when he submits his application.

In my application, I stated I rent the house my husband and I live, That I have been living there for 2 years and my husband lives with me.
we got legally married in June. Prior our wedding, He comes home weekends and sometimes ones in a month because of his Job.
1) Will he use the same option 'I rent it' in his application as we are now legally married?

2) I have submitted my application (MA) and I have uploaded our marriage certificate and pictures. Now on his application form there is this question under MAIN APPLICANTS RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE that states 'Have you previously provided evidence of your marriage to (my name) in a successful application as a dependant?'. I do not understand the question to be able to answer YES or NO.

I just finished filling my application now to proceed to pay IHS. I am the main applicant. I was asked if anyone is depending on me for financial help, I declared my husband as yes and we will be traveling together , when i got to summary ,it states i do not have a defendant.

secondly, I started the application all over and declared i do not have anyone including those travelling with me who are depending on me for financial help, but I declared I will be travelling with my husband. Getting to summary to pay for Ihs again, it states i do not have a dependant.

please help, I feel something isn't right pls.

1) while filling my form, I was asked if I have any visa refusal for uk or any other country, I answered Yes( AMERICA). They only provide one column to fill the date. My concern is I have two refusals from US embassy , one 2016 and the other 2017. I am able to declare 2017 in the column provided, How do I declare the second one.

2) Travel History: I traveled to ghana by road 2016, and I have stamps of border pass on my passport. Can I declare it as one?

I do not have a reference letter from my teaching job, but I have a resignation acknowledgement letter given to me from my last job , The letter was written in my favour to be able to get my entitlement from leadway, so it was addressed to lead way.

1.Your dependant's Maintenance should be £1023*9months *2

2.It should be in your previous evidence you submitted,that is the statement the ECo will request if needed. If it is same bank the ECO may request statement with dates that should cover what you had submitted previously

3. The address should be fine, however ensure you make proper arrangements before your children arrive if they are granted the visa. So you don't have issues with the landlord and possibly council regarding overcrowding

Since you did not indicate if you studying within or outside London, let me assume outside in my calculation.

11,000 + 9207+ 6150 = 26,357 pounds

26,357 * 1200 =31,628,400 naira.

you will need Approximately 32m.

Your last degree is your Masters degree at Unilag in 2017, you have your letters since 2018
