Change your inverter to Mercury Inverter 1.2kva or 2.4kva.Either has option for 10/20amps charging capacity.Note that the 2.4kva is 24volts

I am in need of 2 used but good inverter batteries(probably those changed due to upgrade).

I can't afford the cost of new ones now

I have 2 6 v 200ah each connected to my inverter to make 12v and 400ah. I ve been using it for the past 3 years and l just bought 12v 200ah from a friend and I want to add it to d one I have already. pls kindly help me.

What you have is a 12v 200ah system not 400ah.The 6v batteries are in parallel.You have to connect the additional 12v in series which I strongly advise against.It is not proper to link batteries of different age.One could end up dragging out the other.

That is it..You've had an issue of overheating before. You need to bleed the system,it's obvious there is air in your radiator.

2 issues could be responsible for this.It is either you have air in the cooling system in which you need to bleed the radiator or the sensor at the base of the expansion tank is bad.Was any work done on the radiator ?

only two Sat is useful in that setup... U will loose some interesting channels setting up that way..it's better to have two dish

Please Nairalanders. My radiator fan does not kick in on time, it works like it has a mind of it's own. I always have to turn my airconditioner on before the fan blows.

The car is overheating, its a 1999 Volvo s80. I have called a mechanic in ladipo, and they said they have to relay the fan to work direct, which means they have to hotwire the fan to the battery, it wouldn't work with the thermostat anymore.

Please i want to know if this proposed method will not have any effect on water flowing into the engine when the thermostat won't be working anymore.

Your fan is working normally as it is.Let your mechanic check your thermostat and radiator.

UPDATE.
A day after the speedometer started working,it stopped again and the 4wd warning light came back on.I then realised the 2 problems are related.I dug into the internet again and realised bad voltage from battery could cause it.Being a new car,I decided to buy a new battery since I would eventually change it sooner or later and alas it began working again.I will keep the house updated.

I asked my mechanic to remove the vehicle speed sensor from the transmission and clean it.This resolved the problem.Speedometer works now, 4wd warning light too has disappeared ,only the abs light still comes on.Thanks all for your input

Some vehicles' speedo is driven by the ABS sensor, but not sure yours is one of them. The first step will be to fix the ABS.

that's part of the problem. Check all your fuses. Once had that problem. Turned out to be abs fuse under the dash having partial contact.

abs fuse is intact.checked it this evening

Scanned the car today and the only error is "Vehicle Speed Sensor A". The abs light remains on even after erasing the message.

Check engine light is not on
