Relating to people about 2019 Election and how everyone should get their voter's card set,
A friend met me about his Pvc registration and point of collection,
Though he said, he is from Rivers state but base in Abia state, Aba because of duty transfer and he is always being transfered not just two states but many places, due to the nature of his job.
Now he got his PVC registered in Aba, Abia state.
And he is expecting them to transfer the voter's card to his own state Rivers state where he will easily vote... How is this possible?
