Tojued:If I take the risk, what is the worse case scenario? |
Tojued:Thank you, I just sent them a mail. Should I go ahead and create a profile with three years post secondary diploma? |
joo2018:TEECANN, ifeoma77, tojued, ramj, macstan18, Ontarioissagu, joo2018, blackbuddy, Salford1, vickyehi, newmum0615, vcole, dumprep, maternal, thecongo2
|
joo2018:My worry is that the three years is not stated in the report, and according to the linked you post, *the points for post secondary diploma equivalency is different from three years post secondary diploma. |
Hello everyone one, please I need help. My ECA report reads: under program description = three years post secondary diploma Then under comparative levels of achievement in Canada it says: post secondary diploma with a focus is medical laboratory science. Does is qualify for express entry? TEECANN, ifeoma77, tojued, ramj, macstan18, Ontarioissagu, joo2018, blackbuddy, Salford1, vickyehi, newmum0615, vcole, dumprep, maternal, thecongo2 |
IQAS processing time has been reviewed, it now takes 20 weeks after AOR2 to get your ECA. https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-immigration-apply.aspx#toc-6 |

Happy new year! Good job @joo2018 |
Merry Christmas everyone. Cheers to a Canadian Christmas in 2019. #Canada2019 |
shegzee43:I had a problem with concentration before writing my first IELTS. I developed some routines that helped me focus. E.g counting my steps as I walk. I find that it helps me to tune out every other thing. I also listened to classical music and followed a particular instrument. You can try this for a week and see how it goes. I wish you success. |
I will announce my PPR here by God's grace. Amen. |
The prayer of St Joseph of Cupertino This powerful prayer is very effective in examinations. It has to be said before appearing in the examination. There are two variants to this prayer. Both the prayers are equally effective. You can choose any one of these: First Prayer O Great St. Joseph of Cupertino who while on earth did obtain from God the grace to be asked at your examination only the questions you knew, obtain for me a like favour in the examinations for which I am now preparing. In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked. Through Christ our Lord. St. Joseph of Cupertino, Pray for us. Amen. Second Prayer O St. Joseph of Cupertino who by your prayer obtained from God to be asked at your examination, the only preposition you knew. Grant that I may like you succeed in the (here mention the name of Examination eg. History paper I ) examination. In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked. O St. Joseph of Cupertino pray for me O Holy Ghost enlighten me Our Lady of Good Studies pray for me Sacred Head of Jesus, Seat of divine wisdom, enlighten me. Remember, when you succeed in the exams then you should thank St. Joseph of Cupertino in the Newspaper. |
Verily verily I say unto you, there's a God in heaven, and he loves me. Despite my karambulous ways. I wrote my first IELTS in June, and although the result wasn't bad, it wasn't what I needed. I had: L 8.5 R 7.5 W 7.0 S 7.5 Needless to say I was downcast, mainly because I had to max out the scores. I have no extra certificates or any hope of getting one soon due to work schedule couple that with the fact that my next minus5pointsday(formerly known as birthday) is in exactly 9months from today. I refired and wrote again on October 27th. I had just one week to prepare, so I only focused on my writing and reading. Long story short, result don Comot and I had L 8.5 R 9.0 W 7.5 S 8.0 I have never experienced this type of happiness. I always thought people were exaggerating when they say that they were shedding tears of joy. Ladies and genrumen of the high table na so your guy cry him first tears of joy today oo, I couldn't hold myself ni Sha. E be like Africa magic. I saw a post on this thread about the prayer of St Joseph of Cupertino, so I said the prayer before going in for the the exam even though I no be catholic. It's a prayer for exam takers. The condition is that you must tell people about the prayer when you achieve your desired result. So people please pray the prayer of St Joseph of Cupertino oo. For the listening test, practice as much as you can, then Identify your weakness and work on it. For me it was the map reading. I found a resource on YouTube, a guy named nirhav. He posts different sections of the listening test on his page. For reading, just work on your synonyms. Everything you need to pass IELTS reading you already know. For writing, just make your sentences as complex as possible. Make sure you understand what the question requires, that's the first step to getting it right. Speaking: just gist. And lie plenty plenty. Me I just imagined I was toasting the lady because she fine no be small. IELTS has ended in praise, e remain ECA. IQAS sent me AOR2 on 18th Oct. The man who wins is the man who thinks he can. It all starts from your mind oo, If you think you can, then you most definitely can, and if you can't, you definitely can't in short, no jupiter can make you win. I also had a paper cutout in my pocket where I wrote my desired score. I carried everywhere since July. My score was almost what I wrote down except for reading where I surpassed my expectation(8.0) |

If you wrote ielts on the 30th of June and you're still unable to check your results, you might need to go to their office to collect it. I just collected mine, I wrote with MOD. L 8.5 R 7.5 W 7.0 S 7.5 I wish everyone on this journey success |

segzy14:Hi, i think you should go with iqas on this one. I've had a terrible experience with WES, I've been on this journey since April. Despite sending both my School Of Health transcript and Medical Laboratory Science Council transcript, WES still insists that my academic records were not sent by the appropriate body. I'm just waiting for my ielts result so I can start the process with Iqas. Nb. The records were sent by both institutions. Sealed, stamped and signed by as required by WES |
Please help! This suspense is killing me. I've been unable to view my ielts result since it was released. How long does it take for all the results to be released? I wrote with Mod. |
jholarharde:You have just read a book that you found very useful. Write a letter to your friend, tell him/her about the book. In your letter: 1 describe the book. 2 tell him/her why you think the book is helpful 3 describe where he or she can get the book. |
