Biko e family for those that chose WES standard delivery, how long did it take to receive the hard copy of your evaluation? Mine was completed since Nov 6 and I'm yet to receive the paper copy.

2. For those that got UK PCC, did you pay additional fee for international tracking or just the £45 pounds? I wan know make the thing no go hang like my WES. Did you get it after 10 working days like they specified?

You do not need to evaluate Secondary School evaluation.

WES received my transcript on the 22nd Nov and I got my ECA on 30th November.

I duff my hat for them. I pray my PPR come with this speed of grace.

My school already sent the verification over a week ago but the status on WES website is showing 'on hold' and awaiting verification. Hi. In mine and wife's case, I sent them emails (via contact-us) immediately I confirmed institutions have replied the verifications. And within 24hrs, status changed to "we received your documents...."

Go to WES website, change from USA to Canada at the top right corner, click on help center, select contact-us, fill the details and type in your message at the space provided.

In a situation whereby MSc certificate is taking like forever to be released after fulfilling all requirements and passing all courses, transcript processed, but no certificate send to WES for ECA, can a letter from the institution suffice?

I had issues with one of my certs. Got an attestation from school addressed to WES in place of Certificate. Now i have my report.

Please what is the advantage of Paying that extra 80USD for courier while paying for WES.

I paid a total of 322usd when I processed mine but my Friend is saying She has no much funds to pay as much as that.

Pls how necessary is that courier stuff so I can weigh a more convenient option for her.

pls check if d no of hours worked per week was filled in correctly,I had a similar issue I observed I was awarded a lesser point der as against d crs tool so I checked n realised I had filled in hours per day instead of per week,I hope this helps

I just entered the pool and after submitting my application, I saw that i have not been awarded any points for skill transferability. I withdrew my application and reapplied but still got the same thing. What could i have done please?

This is over two weeks that my school responded to their verification request but my status has not changed.

You can call their customer care representative. It is easier to call them these days, no more long calls. They acknowledged mine few hours after it was sent.

No, I didn't, only the SOR. The transcript can't be with them yet because I just made payments on Friday to school to mail it to them.

Then they probably took your statement of result for transcripts. These WES people can be problematic at times. I asked if they accept SOR in place of certificate. They replied that SOR is accepted. But they did not acknowledge my SOR.

Instructions: WES requires that this document be sent directly by the academic institution in an official sealed envelope. Please resubmit your academic documents according to the document requirements specified for your country of education.

Do you think I should write them to explain, because my certificate for HND is not ready yet, it's going to take like 2/3 years or so from graduation date. I don't have anything else that will be issued to me in school except the statement of result. Thanks

I faxed my statement of result as well last week monday and they acknowledged that they received it the next day. I went to my school to process my transcript to be sent to them, I made all payments in my school on Friday. Just now, wes sent a message that my transcript is yet to be received and I will need to resubmit my certificates as well or something, and I have this on my dashboard(see attached screenshot). Is this what you were sent?

Did you get a tracking number from school? Did you track your package and you are sure it got to WES? For statement of results, WES is actually insisting on Certificates. In my own case, i had issues with ND certificate because it had to be reissued due to some errors. I faxed my HND Certificate and it was accepted but WES placed my evaluation on hold insisting on Certificate for ND. I got an attestation from school stating my admission and graduation details but they still insist on certificate.

@Onedimple I can confirm to you that WES accept statement of result, notification of result, etc in lieu of certificate in as much as they are genuine. This was confirmed via a phone to WES Canada --- +14169720070 on monday 2nd Oct, 2017. This implies you can use your statement of result...

I did asked them via email too and i got a response that they accepts statement of result. But when i called to ask why they are still awaiting document from me, the guy i spoke with said, the person evaluating might be thinking, since i got certificate for HND, i should be able to get for OND.

Fax statement of results for OND and HND to them.And see what happens afterwards. Basically, if you are the evaluator, you will think in the same way i. e statement /certificate. It contradictory though

Hi everyone. WES has refused to acknowledge my statement of result.
There was an error with OND certificate so I decided to return it to school for a reissue which will take a longer time, but I have my HND cert. I sent the OND statement of result along with my HND Cert only for WES to acknowledge the HND cert and ignored the OND statement of result. I have sent them several messages and even called their customer care line. I called again yesterday but the guy I spoke with said, the evaluator might be thinking, if I could get a cert for HND, I should be able to produce for OND. Now they won't proceed with evaluation until I produce the OND certificate. They have my transcripts already.

My transcript status is showing accepted in WES online. What does this mean. Also my school said they sent acopy of my degree result to WES. But WES status for degree result is "not received" how do I handle this.

I experienced same recently. You are required to send a clear copy of your degree certificate either via fax or courier to WES aside the transcripts to be sent by your school. But in my own case, I sent my statement of result via fax but they did not acknowledge it. I had to call them and explained to them that my certificate is not available. I was asked to send them a mail through their contact and explain why I don't have the certificate. I also tried to ask if a statement of result is accepted and I got a response via email that it is actually accepted after review.

Boss, i was really pressed to call WES again today and request that they check my file thoroughly because my school claimed they sent both transcripts when i contacted them. I got a mail this evening from WES that they have the transcripts now and that they have sent photocopies to my institution for verification.

Yes, they've received your docs and you will still get a mail to that effect.

You are required to send a clear copy of your certificate to WES aside from the official documents your school will send.

I faxed the documents a week before they got the transcripts. I am evaluating OND and HND. I have the HND Cert but there was an error on my OND certificate and they are yet to re-issue. I faxed my OND Statement of result and HND Certificate to WES but they only acknowledge the HND Certificate. On transcripts, my school said they sent both OND and HND academic transcripts in a package but WES emailed me today with my status stating academic transcript "Accepted" for OND but "Not Received" for HND. The thing is really disturbing and confusing. I am planning on asking school to resend Transcript for HND first thing tomorrow morning. I have also faxed the OND Statement of Result again to WES this night. I pray all these would get resolved soon. Thanks
