SA tourist visa is normally issued for 3 months. However, you may be given a multiple or single entry visa subject to the consular's discretion.

Decisions on visitors visa to SA most times are discretionary and as such could go either way.

I intend to pass this message across, I been Informed by my friend brother who plan to study in Ukraine. He has gotten all his processing document to back up his Invitation letter from the ministry of education in UKraine. He book his Interview date through the Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria, Abuja, They never responded to him for three weeks, He decided to go to the embassy in Abuja to know why they havent reply his mail for Interview date, Surprising, They told him to pay a huge fees of 1,500 Dollars for Interview date if he wanted them to respond to his mail Urgently and Guarantee of his Visa. All these happen at the Embassy of Ukraine in Abuja. Its terrible. Can someone confirm this. Its got me laughing so bad.
