Yes, they are made for cats in a German pharmaceutical company and they are 100% health free.

I stated earlier that other people may use it for ulterior motive to spike people's drinks so that they can take advantage of their short term weakness.

Best way to bathe your cats is to give them drowsy liquid drugs to make them weak like babies and then you bathe them without the fears of being scratched by their claws.

That's the way I bathe my sister's four cats one after the other without wearing any protective clothing.

The drugs can be administered in their water though it is in the form of capsules, just open and pour it in the water and walla, after ten minutes, they will become docile like dodo ( semi weak).

I can't give you the name of the drugs because some people here may want to order it and use for negative reasons...Anyway, we have five packets of it brought from Germany.

Firstly, we need to separate the keywords before merging them and piecing them up to make sense

What is INFINITE?

Infinite is an adjective which means limitless or endless in space, extent, or size; impossible to measure or calculate.

Sentence context

"the infinite mercy of God"...This means that God's mercy on humans cannot be exhausted and continues.

What is infinitely?

It is an adverb meaning to an infinite extent or amount; without limit.

Sentence context

"there are issues here that could be expanded infinitely...This means that more and more issues can always arise endlessly.

What is FULL?

It is an adjective containing or holding as much or as many as possible; having no empty space.

Sentence context

"waste bins full of rubbish"...This means that the waste bins are already full of rubbish without any space for more.

BACK TO YOUR QUESTION

If a car with infinitely many seat is full, can it still take in more people?

The question is quite contradictory with the keywords INFINITELY and FULL but I've already explained both earlier above.

The answer is capital NO...The car is already already FULL irrespective of the fact that it has infinite many seats.

Do not forget that the car is a machine that is like a house with a contracted form and cannot be compared with the sky or celestial body or God's spiritual infinite heart that is always open to forgiveness irrespective of our follies.

Therefore, once a body (car) is filled up, there's virtually no more space to occupy more bodies.
