Hey, why all the anger because GEJ is aiding the movement of stolen assets back to the East? Nna na wa o. Didn't know that parasitism is this addictive. |
dayokanu: We have enough Awolowo, Obasanjo and Adekunles. You remember him? The one that shoots everything that move and those that dont moveIt is my humble opinion that 1960 -66 was the GOLDEN ERA of Nigeria's progress; the only region burning to the ground was wild wild cowardly west that couldn't fill her military quota. All the people you mention only came to limelight because we fell into a treacherous trap. Thank God that we know you now. I personally believe that the North wants Nigeria to return to that era, and I would support that. |
Desola: Slaves who take your money? Who deprive you of your wealth? What a powerful slave that is. I think it would be in your best interest to become a slave if a slave can command even the landlordMy friend say HAIL TO THE CHIEF GOODLUCK JONATHAN! It won't kill you. BTW GEJ is doing a GREAT JOB transplating stolen resources back to the East. Gnash you teeth dude. ![]() |
dayokanu: We know who are the Hausa boy boy. I heard Arewa is currently in Enugu to feed their slaves againYes, they are there to consult on HOW Nigeria can stay one. I trust my people: 1960 - 1966 is guiding the discussion. I wouldn't sleep if I were you. ![]() |
Prof Corruption: Clowns like you make me laugh heartily! Did you just mention world politics? You are too slow to learn. You know what "Prof", it is really not in my interest to educate you to my levels in these things. I would only leave you with a thought. Throughout 1980s and 1990s (I don't know about now), French investments in Nigeria was BY FAR greater than French investments in Cameroun. All I can say is that one day you will come to understand that international politics is much much more than money. I'll wait until folks with real knowledge show up. So, I concede; you are right! ![]() |
dayokanu: Eze Onlytruth is sucking Ijaw balls again? It pains you when I agree and support my Ijaw neighbor, and vote for his son to enjoy an office funded by oil from his own lands. Why are you people so evil? I shudder at this type of evil mindset. So, when I support my Ijaw neigbor (and even brother ), it becomes sucking balls, but when you lick Fulani .a.sscrack, it becomes "smartness and swagger". ![]() Una no dey shame lai lai! Tufiakwa. |
Desola: Of course, he is our commander in chief but we know who commands the chief, don't we?As a matter of fact, you are the problem with Nigeria. You are NOT Nigeria. . . NOT by a loooooooooooooooooooooooooog shot. Take a look at current Nigeria. You control NOTHING. I have a lot to say, but I won't because it is not in my interest to teach you anything. Stay in your cave mindset. The truth is that you have to be forced out of Nigeria for progress to reign. If you don't leave, we will make your life HELL in Nigeria. ![]() |
Desola: Really? How's that working for you, then?Err, we really should keep you out of government until we move all our oil company assets back to the East. ![]() Ijaw is getting more informed and doing a better job of returning all the loots y'all stole from the East. Abeg no die o. ![]() |
Desola: Okay, let's assume that we are indeed leeches and sucking the life out of you peasants. Are the illiterate ijaws that reek with fish stench the only people blessed with oil? How about the itsekiris of Delta? The Ondos of the west? Do they not have oil and far superior in civility and intelligence? Why would we want to have you backward booty scratching illiterates in a country anyway? The only thing you're good for is the oil but you people are too cantankerous and primitive to even live peacefully among sane people, anyway. Everywhere you go, chaos follows you. I don't know how living on stilt palm leaves houses is now something to boast about? You better thank heavens for Obasanjo for stooging your son (the only half educated illiterate in your village)behind the ill Yaradua hence giving you a shot at presidency. But then again, I know that you're only a forking ibo parading as ijaw to drag them into your selfish agenda yet again.Deal with it, Ijaw is your commander in Chief. You have two options: Borrow the rest of the rat poison from your "papa"; or ship out of Nigeria to Benin republic. ![]() |
Prof Corruption: You are even more foolish than I initially thought.Again, for someone tagging "Prof", you sound so dumb! lol The problem is that you are not a consummate thinker, or even have the most basic understanding of world politics. You think that because other countries refused the ICJs jurisdiction, that Nigeria CAN do same? I will repreat my IGBO proverb again: A WISE MAN WITH SCROTAL ELEPHANTIASIS SHOULD NOT WAIT FOR ANYONE TO TELL HIM NOT TO JUMP OVER A FENCE! lolFor you to even compare Syria and Nigeria is almost asinine. Where is Biafra to start with? All Nigeria needed to do is to adjourn your case till 2050. They don't even need to strike it out. By 2050, another judge will adjourn it till 2100. There is no chance, in absolute sense, for the litigation path to break even in Nigerian courts. How that's difficult for you to grasp is beyond my comprehension. A part of a state can not successfully challenge the sovereignty of a state using the judiciary of the same state. There is no precedent for that. It's delusional, it's daft and is bound to fail.Again, you are assuming that this group BILIE is another MASSOB. You are assuming that they do not have international counsel and sponsorship. You may be right, because I don't know; but if I were you, I wouldn't make that assumption. lol. All they may need to show, is a DOCUMENTED ATTEMPT to follow due process, and DOCUMENTED PROOF that the Nigerian government denied them their basic rights to self determination through the courts. I hope you don't assume that everyone in the international community is a Nigerian. So, hold your horse, don't pop that champaign yet. ![]() |
Desola: You know what, i'd have to give it to you. You could have fooled me with the claim of being ijaw but then I have Awolowo to thank for making it possible for me to be smarter than you.Pride always goes before a fall! This is how you Yoruba online goons have been attacking GEJ since he defeated your master Buhari. Your bitterness that an Ijaw son ascended Nigeria's presidency has almost lynched you. You created all sorts of derogatory names for him: Drunken fisher man; Jonathan; Retardeen: and all sorts of BITTER names. You always assume that only you are smart in Nigeria, but my history teaches me that even now, you are under all the people you denigrate. Keep up the good work. ![]() |
^^ I wonder why it pains you so much that an Ijaw knows the truth about your parasitism. |
Prof Corruption: Eeyah, when the verdict is out, they will blame another Yoruba for their short sightedness. You are so dumb for someone tagging "Prof". Did you see how Cameroun handled Nigeria? For at least 20 years, Nigeria stationed her military in Bakassi, and Cameroun kept cool and took one step after another (I'm sure guided by France). They continued a legal path until Nigeria mumu"ishly went to the World court. Cameroun won, and from there, Nigeria could do NADA. Try anything, and you will face REAL MILITARY ACTION by the REAL powers. BILIE may be towing same lines. Keep laughing, but soon your laughs would turn to crys and gnashing of parasitic teeth. ![]() |
BTW @ALL, over the weekend, a friend of mine from a community in Anambra state, married off his FIRST daughter to a Yoruba man from Osun. His is part of a RUSH for Igbo women by Yoruba men. That got me thinking. How can Yoruba hate Igbo men, but love our women? Are they on a gene theft scheme? Just wondering. How can you love lionesses but hate lions? What da hell is going on here? I will soon issue a "Fatwa" on any Igbo who marries off his daughter to a Yoruba. ![]() |
Desola: You are with a skull devoid of brain. Why are you crying for ijaws when they have their son at the top to do their bidding? Why are you so fixated on their oil? The fishermen know where their bread is buttered and though generally not the brightest of people as attested to by their son at Aso rock, i'm sure that they know how to answer their own name without the help of a biafran longer throat, don't you think so.You are the fool here because the guy you are insulting is Ijaw through and through. I've engaged him in the past. Deal with it. Honestly, I am yet to meet an Ijaw in REAL LIFE that does not regret Biafra's failure. Why won't they, when you have auctioned off their lands and oil fields, and cornered all the money to Lagos. Only the most foolish Ijaw or any SSoutherner for that matter would not join Biafra, because that may be the only opportunity they get to leave. Who wants to stay with parasites? |
Prof Corruption: These guys are jokers! I did not even bother reading the rest of the worthless crap. They have to start somewhere, don't you think? I marvel at how much some of you Yorubas are panicking and threatening hell just because Igbo want to leave Nigeria. What are you gaining from Igbo that you have refused to say? Shouldn't y'all be helping us leave? SMH. ![]() I don't know these BILIE guys, but I suspect that they want to start from Nigeria and move on to international legal action. Not bad if you ask me. ![]() |
ndu_chucks: You people never learn. You killed Sardauna but underestimated how much the man was loved by his people, unfortunately, you are still suffering for the senseless killing. Achebe attacked Awolowo viciously and you, foolish Eze, fail to understand why the Yorubas are angry. Awolowo is as revered in the SW as Sardauna was in the North, your advise to Ndigbo in Lagos is narrow minded, counterproductive and dumb.If you are smart enough, you would have deciphered that the REAL purpose of this thread is to hammer it into Igbo heads that others don't share similar mindset and worldview with us. You have just reiterated this point and bolstered my position. Thank you very much! lol Achebe spoke the truth, BUT we should expect and get ready for any eventualities. As far as I know, the only reason why we fell into a hidden genocidal trap in 1966 and 1967 was because of our naivety in Nigeria; we never saw others as they saw us! I was not there between 1960 and 1966 when we Ndigbo held vantage position in Nigeria; but I can guess, that there was definitely some bad blood and accusations coming our way concerning the incarceration of Awolowo for treason in Calabar; never mind that the North was largely responsible for that. We Ndigbo had no reason whatsoever to be unhappy with Nigeria (even if the west burnt to the ground); we were fine! Yet, a few idealistic young Igbo army officers felt that they could not stand by while evil threatened to destroy Yorubaland; so, they organized other Nigerians (many non-Igbo) to conduct the January 1966 coup. You and I agree that Nzeogwu had no clue the extent to which you deified your Sarduana (no matter how un-Nigerian his political views were). The young officers only knew that he was un-Nigerian and had to go. That is why I am here today warning other Igbo to step into others' shoes in Nigeria and view Nigeria like they do. They Igbo should always view others as they view us. If they do that, I promise them that we shall not only survive, but THRIVE in Nigeria. ![]() So, ndu_chucks, your hatred blinded you to the extent that you were supporting me without knowing! ![]() |
In fact, Ndigbo should resolutely scrutinize the "Awoist opinions" of every Yoruba seeking national office, or needing our political support. I even advise Ndigbo in Lagos to ensure that they NEVER vote for any Awoist in any elections over there. Any gubernatorial candidate over there courting Igbo vote should be subjected to thorough scrutiny. |
Germannig: Hahahaha! Funny how Yorubas have turned AWOLOWO into Yoruba and Achebe into Igbo. This just goes to show how banded they are in their myopic tribalism.I still can't understand it, frankly, except of course that they approve all Awolowo actions during the war. Nevertheless, Awolowo is still not Yoruba tribe. He can NEVER be, because there are at least the Wole Soyinkas in Yorubaland. Our job is to ensure that the Awoists never see the light of day in Nigerian national politics. |
Fashola ceased to be a credible presidential candidate when he deported other Nigerians to their states and regions owing to their poverty status. Fashola would make the most sectional and tribalistic president in Nigeria's history if ever he is elected. He can't help himself though. He may be a good Lagos governor, but he has demonstrated intolerance and cannot be trusted. |
Umunne m, ana m ekele unu nile, Series of events in recent times create an imperative for leadership of opinions which should aid our continued progress/survival in the Nigerian nation. It is specifically at times like these that we most need unity of purpose. So, please read patiently and digest responsibly. So, let me cut to the chase! First, I wish to thank every Nigerian who stands with the truth, and urge the rest to repent. Secondly, I thank the Almighty God for his steadfastness and love towards Ndigbo, and the immense blessings he has showered on us over the years, from January 1970 till now. It is self evident that Ndigbo made giant strides over the past 42 years; only a blind person would think otherwise. We achieved far beyond the expectations of our civil war foes, including those who plotted our outright extermination. As I always say, these successes are not handed to us by anybody; neither are they results of government policy. They are products of sheer doggedness, grit, passion for one’s job, fear of God, fearlessness, discipline, spirit of partnership (onye aghala nwanne ya), education, adventure, and collective repudiation of evil (the Bible says that righteousness exalts a nation). The list is not exhaustive, but if you are Igbo, you know the rest. I have never seen a family progress beyond one generation if that family is evil, or dwells in iniquity (leading a lifestyle of evil). Igboland is what it is today because of the cumulative effects of all the qualities I listed above. Yes we are progressing, and in leaps and bounds! BUT I’m worried now. Why am I worried? I’m worried because our progress will certainly attract the old twin enemy –ENVY and JEALOUSY. Yes, not everyone is happy about our progress. Let me give one example –the “Achebe(ian) truth” chronicled in his latest book THERE WAS A COUNTRY is eliciting disproportionate "indignation" from certain quarters in Nigeria. Quote me anywhere, it would be very difficult to find ONE Igbo who disagrees with Achebe’s version of the civil war events. I am still searching the cyberspace and have come across NONE. Popular proverb says that only the shoe wearer knows where it pinches. It is trite that an unaffected party can never understand the pain! So, why is the book generating so much passion from certain quarters in Nigeria completely unaffected by the impact of the starvation policy during the civil war? Why do certain individuals (particularly Yoruba) blow their fuses, even when some of their own kinsmen support Achebe’s version of events? Why is there so much vitriol coming from these corners of Nigeria? Already, you see some of them making threats and promising genocide on our people for sticking with the truth and refusing to be shouted down. Why are certain people from Yoruba land determined to become Awolowoans instead of Yoruba? Achebe never generalized in his book; he singled out Awolowo for censure, yet you see people from Yoruba land talking as if he censured the whole of Yoruba land. The more they try to claim the censure, the more ludicrous the attempts seem. However, that should not be our concern. People are free to choose their own gods and are also free to worship that god whenever and however they choose. My only interest is that we Ndigbo must keep a very close eye on the pronouncements and statements coming out of Yorubaland. If we even as much as blink, it can prove one mistake too many! We may be sitting on a ripe fruit! The amount of chatter going on in cyberspace should warn us Igbo to develop and imbibe a new paradigm of worldview. The clear disjoint between Achebe’s censure of Awolowo and the disproportionate (almost collective) opposing response therefore tells me that the anger and chatter has little, if anything at all, to do with Achebe’s book. It seems to me, that the “controversy” generated by the book is only being manufactured by enemies of Ndigbo to create a pretext for an anti-Igbo paradigm in Nigeria. However, this is precisely when we need to be focused, strong, courageous and united! This is when we need unity within ourselves most! This is actually an opportunity for us to avoid some of the mistakes of pre-1966. Take a cursory look at Nigeria, you would see that God has given us another opportunity; let us not blow it! We only need to be strong, courageous and united. Let us never forget, that our loss in the civil war was initiated by an altruistic nationalistic action led by our sons who couldn't stand by and watch the destruction of Yoruba land. That action backfired seriously and we paid in millions of innocent lives. I wish for us to always remember that, and NEVER forget. In light of the current events, I state as follows: (1) We must support Achebe with every fiber of our beings because he stated the truth! (2) We must step into our opponents’ shoes (whoever they may be and wherever they are) to look at them the way they look at us (very important!). (3) Ndigbo must as a matter of urgency stop assuming that everyone in Nigeria means well for us. (4) We must work with ANYONE to ensure that our future and investments in all parts of Nigeria are secure. (5) We must NOT allow our values to obfuscate our reality (if anyone wishes us death, we must wish him/her death too -that is Mosaic law!) (6) We must be ready to inflict on the enemy 10 times the amount of evil that the enemy plans for us (that is how Israel survives). We must reciprocate good of course. (7) We must NEVER support any person or group politically who does not protect our interest in the Nigerian nation. I am a Christian, but if my survival would be threatened because of my Christian beliefs, I would convert to Judaism, Islam or any other religion that recognizes my right to self defense and military conquest of my enemy (if necessary). We must borrow a big leaf from the Jews because there is no nation on this planet with more similar circumstance with Ndigbo. Umu Igbo, aku di mkpa, mana ndu ka aku! ![]() In the process of making economic advancement, we must make military and political advancements too, else, one day we will lose all. Onye obula muru anya ka azu! Here I stand! Signed, Onlytruth, Ndu di n'eziokwu 1 of Igboland, Eze Ndigbo Nairaland ![]() |
amor4ce: The Igbo people involved in the production, importation, distribution and sale of fake and adulterated drugs should be tried and jailed for committing genocide against Nigerians. So many people have died as a result of kidney failure, liver problems and the likes which are the direct result of using such drugs. Ndigbo should apologize to Nigeria for this crime against humanity.Your IQ is struggling with the issues I raised. Sorry o. If I follow your logic, then, all politicians, 419ers, military coupists, cocaine pushers, and prostitutes who travel to Italy to ply their trade and return with AIDS; all these should apologize to Nigeria irrespective of tribe. Deal? Anu mpama. ![]() |
WAXXSTAXX: Bakassi, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River State are not Biafran entities and, no Biafran force or organization can colonize Cross River and Bakassi. The Igbos must stop entertaining foolish thoughts of lumping themselves with the great peoples of Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers, and Bayelsa with whom they have very little in common. Also, the Igbos should try to reconcile with the Yorubas with whom they have linguistical and possibly, cultural ties. It really beats my imagination as to why the Biafrans think they can subdue a people who once ruled, captured, and sold their forefathers into slavery. If not for the British who, due to their cultural and political insensitivities chose to group the old Calabar Province with the Igbos, the people wanted nothing whatsoever to do with the Igbos. Those who equate numerical strength with military power had better think again because they might have very bitter surprises visited upon them for making foolish moves. Be warned. There are too many foolish items in your comment; I don't even know where to start. Newsflash, the Igbo don't "lump" themselves with anybody. You don't choose your ancestral neighbors, or people you have historically lived peacefully with. The Igbo happen to be in the East, and so do other non-Igbo groups. Nobody can ever wish that away. It is like some of the North Eastern tribes trying to wish away the Kanuri, or some of the NW tribes (or even the whole North) trying to wish away the Hausa. In fact, if any part of Northern states is excised to Niger republic or Chad, the truth is that the Hausa will feel insulted more than any other group there. That explains why you see some Igbo making statements here, some of which are stupid in my own opinion (like the guy who talked about colonizing someone). As for Igbo making up with Yoruba, I personally think that Igbo have already done that many years ago, never mind Nairaland. The Igbo make use of Lagos ports (sea and land) for business than any port in Eastern Nigeria. FACT. The Igbo have embraced the west far more than they have the East. FACT. If Igbo were still REALLY interested in Eastern Nigerian affairs, NOBODY WOULD CEDE BAKASSI TO CAMEROUN. FACT! As for the rest of the mombo jumbo about slave trade, maybe you need to go and speak to the real slave catchers in Igboland -the Arochukwu -who made that possible and even built a powerful confederacy around it, snatching people and lands from their neigbors, Igbo and non-Igbo. So, don't be an eediot to talk about things you have little knowledge of. Because we Ndigbo have fought a REAL modern war, and paid with millions of our lives, I doubt that any smart Igbo would engage any tribe in chest beating over military prowess/proclivities in Nigeria. As far as we know, no other tribe in Nigeria has EVER attempted what Ndigbo attempted, and lived to tell the story. So, you should go and get Bakassi back first, with or without Nigeria's support. After that, come back to argue with me. ![]() |
And BTW Mr Ahmed Olayinka Sule, you have repudiated evil, and by so doing exculpated yourself and your family from curses cast out by dying children. Thank you for speaking up. |
Awake9ja: we all know the trutg but ibos should forgive and let go.I appreciate your attempts to support to the truth in these debates, but I will help you to stay in that path of truth by sharing an Igbo proverb with you: Every journey has an origin and destination. Let me explain. If you are in Onitsha, and want to travel to Lagos, you cannot begin your journey at Onitsha, get to Benin, end the journey there, and then say that you have travelled to Lagos. ![]() Nigeria knows, that for the country to stay together for ever, ALL THOSE RESPONSIBLE for the genocide in Biafra (Eastern Nigeria), must be put to trial and jailed. The dead ones should be stripped of national honors, and repudiated posthumously. After that, there should be a period of national mourning, and the e-rection of monuments to the memory of children who starved to death in the East. There should even be an annual event (a national holiday of sorts) to commemorate the victims of the civil war. The final step of course should be payment of compensation (even if tokens) to the East, and to the Igbo. This is not important, but should signal remorse. The arrest and trial of genocide perpetrators would buy Nigeria golden image globally, and forewarn future genociders that it would never be tolerated in Nigeria, ever again. My brother, embrace your journey of truth wholly; go the whole distance! Thank you. ![]() |
nwzaion: Here are the names and tribes of the plotters of January 15, 1966 military coup. 1. Maj. Adewale Ademoyega (Yoruba) author of "Why We Struck". 2. Capt. G. Adeleke (Yoruba). 3. Lt. Fola Oyewole (Yoruba) author of "The Reluctant Rebel". 4. Lt. R. Egbiko (Ishan). 5. Lt. Tijani Kastina (Hausa Fulani). 6. Lt O. Olafemiyan(Yoruba). 7. Capt Gibson Jalo (Bali). 8. Capt. J. Swanton (Middle Belt). 9. Lt. Hope Haris Eghagha (Urhobo). 10. Lt. Dag Warribor (Ijaw). 11. 2nd Lt. Saleh Dambo (Hausa). 12. 2nd Lt. John Atom Kpera (Tiv). 13. Maj. Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu (Delta Igbo). 14. Ifeajuna (Igbo). From the list above how can someone termed the coup Igbo coup.Interesting! |
BetaThings: I don't like Obj but let us be truthful. God expects it of usYes, ICJ judgement was not based on it, but the international guarrantors who knew about Gowon's agreement with Ahijdo ensured that the court's judgement was implemented to the letter by Nigeria. Do you think that Nigeria can get away with international lawlessness? Potentially she can, (if she has international balls), but realistically she can't! Ndigbo say that you do not tell a man with scrotal elephantiasis not to jump over a fence! Nigeria has scrotal leprosy (not even elephantiasis), some of which she inflicted upon herself by conducting the most vicious military campaign ever recorded by a country against internal dissent. So, the seeds of that vicious legacy is holding Nigeria hostage. Until Nigeria expiates of her evil past, she would likely be constantly picked upon and harrassed by international minnows. How I wish that Cross river state people would remember the blood of innocent Biafrans who died trying to free them from Nigerian crucible. Their lament should never forget the price paid in blood by people from Igboland, to keep them free. That is my only concern. ![]() |
It is not too late, YET, for Nigeria, provided the following is done as soon as possible: (1) The federal government of Nigeria MUST tender an unreserved apology to Ndigbo and Eastern Nigerians; pay compensations (even if as tokens) where applicable. (2) The federal government should accept and declare that Eastern Nigerians had the right to secede when they did, and that the response by the federal government was disproportionate and irresponsible. A singular act of removing Ojukwu from his position as governor of the East should not have been turned into a war against the East. (3) The federal government should organize a period of mourning (at its own discretion) for all the innocent children starved to death in Biafra. (4) The federal government should try ALL perpetrators of war crimes during the civil war, even posthumously. Those convicted must be put in jail; stripped of national honors (where applicable). The jailing is VERY IMPORTANT to forestall a repeat in the future. (5) The federal government should organize a SNC to restructure Nigeria ASAP. (6) The federal government should adopt a new constitution which, among other recommendations, must acknowledge the supermacy of Nigerian citizens over any other state power. This means that the citizens must retain the right to demonstrate (even violently) when government is no longer catering to the desires of the citizens. The citizen groups must also retain the right to secede should they follow a certain laid down procedures clearly outlined in the new constitution. The list is adhoc, but all intelligent people in Nigeria would know that if we implement it, Nigeria will have a sure future. Here I stand! Signed, Onlytruth, Ndu di n'eziokwu 1 of Igboland. Eze Ndigbo Nairaland. ![]() |
I have classified this thing called Rossikk a long time ago. lol I'm sure it is folks like him that warps the perception of others concerning Ndigbo. The guy has to latch onto us for stability, else I dare him to reveal his REAL tribe. Personally I think he is just a Lagos rat with no cultural, national, or even anthropological claims to any group in the East. He may even be Ghanaian or Togolese. History teaches us that the most fascist individuals are often immigrants. Adolf Hitler was an Austrian. He become more German than the most nationalistic German. Methinks that someone gave birth to Rossike in Lagos; literally threw him under one of Lagos flyover bridges, and ran away. The guy grew up scavenging the Lagos dirts, and from there started to orient himself. I would be wicked to deny him that chance of self repair; however, I won't allow him to do so at the expense of the greatest tribe in Nigeria -Ndigbo. ![]() |
Katsumoto: You quoted two Igbo men that were on the plane to Abidjan, taking the places of little girls being rescued, and promoting a melee that resulted in the deaths of two other girls. The leader of Biafra and his Chief Commander of Biafran forces ran from Biafra as federal forces closed on them.Exactly my point. A jew and a "Mussolinic" Italian can never really agree on the merits of Nazism/Fascism orchestrated by the Germans. ![]() My heroes fought. Yours turned. You and I know that you are despised by both your "ally" and your "enemy". A bat situation that no sane human should love. You and I are like night and day. ![]() Signing off, Yours truly, Onlytruth. ![]() |
Katsumoto: Wow, afterall that, you could only come up with one name.General Alexander Madiebo General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu General Phillip Effiong and all the soldiers who fought and died to ensure that I (and millions of other Nigerians) am alive today as a Nigerian. If we were wiped out, I would not be in a position to have a hero. Again, you see why I say you and I don't share values? |
Katsumoto: In other words, you can't name those who stood up to fight against injustice? Just name those who put themselves in arms way.I never said that. Okay, let me give you ONE Igbo man who I consider the best of the best in your own understanding of giving your life to Nigeria. His name is Chima Ubani. Mind you, he did not have to fight to save a country that had committed genocide against his people. To many Igbo (myself included), he was a fool. Now, you see why I say that you and I don't share values? |
