Did Dangote not listen to the representatives of International Observer groups on the election?
Three Reps of International Observer team on the election stated as follows:
The one wearing hunter jacket stated that the election was NOT LEGITIMATELY conducted.
The 2nd, a woman of African or Asian origin stated that what happens after this flawed election will determine the course of Africa's largest democracy (unarguably, insinuating thar the courts should cancel the results of the election).
The 3rd, a man wearing black suit, said the vote transmission was not done through the BIVAS machine direct to INEC iREV, as promised, hence voter trust on INEC was betrayed.

I still maintain that only political neophytes will support Obi because he is the worst among them when it comes to management and he would have lead us all to doom!

Obi knows he is not doing it the right way, he is an opportunist just using you all his victims when he saw what you are capable of doing during #endsars. How can a man just come within 8 months and wants to be the president of the whole Nigeria?

Its absurd to some of us because we haven't seen any experience or influence(no friends) of his whatsoever!

Let's support and encourage our leaders who has experience more than us, its the only way!

The 3rd man in black suit said that the non use of BVAS to transmit vote results directly to INEC's iREV made the election fail short of expectations

INEC HAD EARLIER DECLARED PUBLICLY THAT ELECTION RESULTS WOULD BE TRANSMITTED TO INEC PORTAL FROM THE POLLING UNITS IN REAL TIME THE POLLING CLOSED.
THEREFORE, THE ELECTION AS CONDUCTED BY INEC, IS ILLEGAL

illegal my foot. Keep dreaming. So long as what has been done does not violate the electoral act, then it cannot be termed illegal. The electoral act backs INEC to use whatever means possible to transmit result so long as the act is not violated. Or are you tell me that if there are technical breaches that INEC cannot resolve in a reasonable time frame, elections should be postponed? Is that what you are saying? The electoral act envisaged this, that was why it gave INEC the powers to choose. No one, not even the shut down of all telecommunication services can stop INEC from not conducting elections. No one or issue can hold the country to ransom. We move.
Your excuse of technical glitches is not acceptable in law.
Since you now resort to excuse of technical glitches on INEC's equipment that day, you have, unknown to you perhaps, called the election an illegality.

Tareq1105:
Can you remind us the Section of the Constitution where it is written that election results should be transmitted electronically?

For your information, INEC talked about uploading / transfer / manual collation in its guidelines and not online real time.

Guidelines is purely Administrative procedure for convenience which can change to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Remember, Nigeria Constitution is the basis and anything done that is inconsistent with it becomes inconsistent to the level of its inconsistency.
Constitution?
Is there any part of the Constitution that stipulates that the method of collation of votes in an election should never be changed?
What does the new Electoral Act stand for? For garbage bin?

FYI, and for the umpteenth time, the new Electoral Act permits INEC to adopt a method suitable to conduct election. INEC chose the method of transfer of vote tallies from the BIVAS to INEC portal immediately after voting closes; invested billions of Naira on that, and trained Presiding Officers and poll clerks on use of BVAS to transmit vote results directly and immediately after vote closes, to INEC portal, not long after.
See INEC memo on that issued late last year.
There was no other memo issued by INEC to counter its earlier memo. In other words, INEC manual collation of votes long after elections ended, is illegal.

Read what you wrote again, you are contradicting yourself. If you say the electoral act permits INEC to choose whatever method it deems suitable, then you cannot say manual collation is illegal.
Do you even understand what you read?

I explained to you clearly that INEC prescribed transmission of vote results from its BVAS directly and immediately after vote closes.
But after the public voted, INEC used manual system to collate the votes many hours after voting closed.
Inec even shot itself on the feet later by announcing that it used manual system to collate votes.
Don't you see INEC's late use of manual collation as a breach of public trust in INEC, therfore, the election as conducted by INEC is illegal?

INEC is an independent body. It has the right to operate as it sees fit so long as it is within the electoral act. INEC can choose between electronic transmission and manual transmission
INEC chose immediate transmission of election results direct from the BVAS to its portal at the close of poll, not after.
It's breach of trust in the public if after voting, INEC chose manual collation of votes. That's illegal in law.
Electoral Act permits INEC to choose any election method it deems suitable.

If Tinubu had not been proclaimed winner, by now, your Oduduwa Republic agitators, sponsored by Tinubu to blackmail Arewa to hand power over to him after PMB, would have escalated their clamour for Yoruba Nation.

South Africans wouldn't know that it's a fraudulent and lopsided political structure of Nigeria created by northern soldiers between 1967-1996 that throws up horrible presidents for Nigeria.
The political structure ensures that votes of Almajiris in the far north of Nigeria who don't know the meaning of Stock Exchange, greatly decide who becomes president in Nigeria, due to the undue large number of (states and representative constituencies) proliferated in the far north of Nigeria where the Almajiris dominate. They don't vote a presidential candidate who does not profess Islam.

That’s, exactly, what INEC has done. It only did it in jpeg format.
I created account on iREV and was monitoring the results as they were being uploaded from each Polling Unit.

May be you don’t know the meaning of transmission. It means sending something from somewhere to somewhere through a means.
Election results were sent through BVAS to iREV portal by means of internet.

If the election results were carried manually, sone states’ electoral officers would just be arriving Abuja from yesterday Wednesday.
At state levels, they did manual collation of the results to compact it. Although rigging of all sorts could have happened there, but INEC followed the constitution.
There’s no way INEC will send CSV file directly to a server and such file won’t get compromised also. In fact, it will be worst than this manual collation because INEC does not have robust cybersecurity system in place.
That’s why it used the the jpeg format.

Please try and get over it. Tinubu will rule. He may not clear up to10% of Nigeria’s problems throughout his 8-year rule (God willing), but he would try than Obi. Obi cannot clear up to 2% of Nigeria’s problems, if he rules for 8 years. That’s the truth. He is only full of empty promises and cheap talks. He lacks what it takes to persuade, lobby and lead.

Our state governors have made ruling Nigeria a difficult task. They do nothing tangible than stealing while they pass the bulk to the federal government. Gullible Nigerians too don’t check it. They believe our state governors.
In bold: if you swear with Ogun or Amadioha that you monitored election results uploaded DIRECTLY from the BVAS on to the iREV IMMEDIATELY after the close of votes, you will die shortly after.
You didn't make much sense in rest of your ranting up there.
