But in Gunmi's American example, no American military dictators from one region ever divided the larger American states in a region of larger land mass or population, into many new states each, but divided American states with smaller land mass and population, into smaller number of states, and supervised a Constitution to legitimize the undemocratic state creation, imposed an electoral law stipulating that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of America's number of states, before the candidate can be proclaimed winner of America's presidential election.

That's like what northern military dictators did in Nigeria's states creation exercises that arrogated excess political advantages to the northern region of Nigeria.

Since my iPhone battery burnt while the phone was on charge, I stopped using iphone or any thing related to iPhone.
