Denn:Thanks Guys! Will certainly engage them through legal means and the Consumer Complaints Commission. They can't just get away with such explanations. Why sell such a car in Africa if it's not suitable? |
@dlegal, thanks. Will do just that! |
My 5 month old Ford Focus purchased from Coscharis shows "Transmission Overheating" while in traffic. This happened when the car was 2 months old and now in its 5th month, the same problem has crept up. After 2 visits to the Company workshop, the feedback I have is: " it is a function of how you drive...that's the way the car was made, you need to shift gears to Neutral each time you are in traffic beyond 5 minutes." Meanwhile the Ford Edge or Explorer don't have the same issues. I drive my Honda and other cars the same without these transmission issues. Why Ford Focus? Coscharis is not prepared to make any amends. So, have I made a grave mistake buying this car? Anyone out there with the same issues? How can I get compensated for this?? |

;DStory of the day! Great stuff. My sympathies with the injured man though. |
the_ripper: Lastma na good example dem b. Agberos in Uniform.Fashola's Legacy. More to come. |
Eko Atlantic*:With comments like this, I know how big your mind is. And how small your brain is. Good timing for the Seafood festival, you could do with a few more fishbrains. |
digitalnaira: Are powerbikes banned from the highways as well? Cos I'm thinking of acquiring one in january. Please feel free, when you pay 95% taxes on your bike, your eye go clear. |
I only hope the people decide to vote out ACN in the next elections. The overall policy direction of Fashola is too high handed. The Party must suffer collateral damage for his actions since they cannot call him to order. (Am not talking ban on Okada, just to note) |
They will soon need a Special Adviser to come up with Synonyms to describe BH attacks! Rubbish. Govt is CLUELESS. Sad. All talk, No Action. |
Occupational Hazards I agree but PHCN must work to ensure Safety of its staff, issuing and insisting on use of personal protective equipment. A full investigation should be carried out and preventive actions documented and implemented |
I totally disagree. Fashola is the WRONG man for the job. You talk of "innovative", his recent policies ought to convince you of incipient dementia |
My 2 year old loves Golden Morn, no adverse reactions or any health scares. Same for my neighbour's son who was essentially weaned on the product. I see nothing wrong with Golden Morn! |
I absolutely agree with Okija. This topic shd be deleted. Pure crap |
Brother, just shut and walk! |
Misguided laws from a loose cannon.Wrong priorities,wrong execution. |
It is all hypocrisy! Drive one way, heavy penalty. While looters run free..misplaced priorities. The Lagos State Govt should focus on other meaningful ways to cope with traffic issues. |
hi please count me in, i need this maggi e-book, please mail to cmnwodo@gmail.com. |
Hi Missy, please can you mail the ebook to: cmnwodo@gmail.com |
Well, for you, i am very positive that it wouldn't make much of a difference really. Hint: your profile message. |
Not sure if the pros outweigh the cons of having them on the highway. but instinctively it feels like it would be preferable to have them out on duty. Let us see how this plays out, |
This is so so sad! This is not the NIGERIA i knew, |
good riddance!!!! |
i thought most of the candidates were unprepared. Most of them were largely incoherent, Dosunmu was quite different but unconvincing. the APGA candidate was clearly a disaster. the opposition in Lagos are not a match for Fashola. This is a wrap for ACN. |
Irrevalant post. on what basis do you compare cultural dances? ![]() |
You cannot ignore the credibility of the upcoming debate given the profile of the panelists. Any candidate ignoring an invitation to such a platform is certainly not making an informed decision. i think the voice of the people is crystal clear on this. |
I think it was a wrong move on the part of D'banj. Gauging the current scenario of events in the political scene. i think he came off the encounter worse off. My fear is we are "blessed" with such a short memory, in no time, we may just forget what his leanings are. |
Oandoakaa or whatever he calls himself is a big irony! the minister of justice as the chief liar of the federation. the guy stares white at the face and insists its black! |
Nigeria. We hail thee. I never stop to hail thee. ![]() |
Oil or not, we should as a nation be forward looking. We ought to have taken these steps since. I agree its time to get back to agriculture. Our leaders need to demonstrate the will to get this done and not just mouth platitudes. |
Glad to hear something different from the fatalities we are used to having with air crashes. |
My take on this is that this is all cosmetic surgery. A lot of action and motion on things that are the least of our worries. This is what it means to major in minors and minor in majors. There are a lot of desperate, foundational issues affecting Nigeria as a nation, and a helmet is where to begin? Talk about expending efforts in the wrong direction. Doing a right thing at an awfully wrong time. I rest my case. |
