I am interested in leasing a 3 bedroom flat around Akoka area, Pako,Chemist and Fola Agoro areas specifically. My budget is 500k( 1 Year O-at least na wetin Lagos law talk be that) and i can also do without agent or commission wahala as i have a very tight budget...will prefer a fenced compound with running water.... Yabs are welcome as long( ) because of my budget and long list of conditions ...As long as i get a desired apartment......thank you |
Good Info but Ransomware isnt new in Nigeria....i'm happy someone pointed outthe fact that the virus has been around for a long while.... Truth is i guess we only just started getting info on it in these parts a few years back...it was mainly targeted at corporate bodies who they know will be willing to part with some funds.... Great tips as mentioned will be to always ensure you have your anti-virus updated but also ensure you invest in proven brands..... Have a good day Folks |
one day again......runs to grab pop-corn..... |
Great story...you should consider the person who offered to introduce you to Tunde Kelani of Mainframe o... I can see the setting.....in OAU or UI.....already playing around with possible actors in my mind....e go make sense die.... |

My folks had 3 and i have 2..not planning to meet their target or surpass it.....Even my papa go flog me if i born another pikin now He looked at my daughter's school fees breakdown the other day and wondered if he ever paid that amount from primary school till i graduated....lol We cannot compare the way we lived then with what our generation has to cope with..how many of us can allow our kids go over to the neighbours now a days when we are not home....even when we are nko....I think the idea is to have the number you can adequately take care of..adequately meaning they have all their rights met..Right to good education, Right to Live in a good environment, Right to good Healthcare, Right to good nutrition, Right to develop social ability and skills(interaction with others in a safe and impactful way) etc Like my friend Folarin will say...School fees is enough contraceptive for family planning ![]() |
u can lie.....pushing indeed..... ![]() |
I went to a boarding school and my kids are going to one.....if it didn't teach you independence, confidence, perseverance and the ability to try to live in peace with all men..then you wasted those years My school played a big role in making me the person i have become today....all those vices discussed can be found in both day and boarding schools.... Unless you are truly ready to ensure you are there for the kids 247..stop deceiving yourself.....you will still run off to work..get home late...go to parties...live your own life....so leaving your kids with nannies, househelps or some relative while you are at work is your safer option i guess...think again.... Do a proper investigation of the school first...then decide.... more importantly...what foundation have you given your child...the beginning is very important..train up your child when he is young...he surely wont depart |
They wont collect any dollar note printed before 2013..... |
Hi Guys...i hope this is useful.....the embassy is located in Abuja not too far from the American embassy ...That is the only place you can get a visa...fees are 50 usd for single and 80 usd for multiple(pls note that they only collect the year 2013 notes and above)...admin fees are 3,000 naira only.. You can download the form online...depending on your reasons for travelling...you need apersonal letter of introduction(written by you)..letter from your employer, letter of invitation from the business over there if you are going for a business trip...confirmed reservations(hotel and airline itinerary)...passport pictures also(white background) I went for a business trip in April..so i'm sure some addtional documents would be required if you are going for a personal trip like bank statements etc |
You guys will not kill somebody on nairaland.... ![]() Some people have it lucky....they get the soulmate/bestfriend/greatestlover package... Others are not..... |

nothing like Tales by Moonlight here o.. Some of us have MILs like that o..who are willing to go the extra mile.....if all their plans to seperate the couple doesnt work then they step up their game....i blame her o....me i no dey gree make she come my house(because of her i applied same rule to my own mother too)..Better to be safe than sorry....we dont even relate..... I have a friend whose hubby died while she was pregnant with baby 3....and unfortunately he never changed his next of kin to his wife...can you imagine his mother collecting all the benefits and leaving her out in the cold(this is a person whose son died and left 3 children o),what kind of woman will hate a wife so much and also hate the children she bore...This my friends is reality Make God just dey help person |
Accra is a lovely place and i'm sure you will enjoy yourself once you can get your travel and action plan in place before you leave Nigeria. You can do without the tour guides if you are lucky to stay in a hotel where you can get an in-house taxi service or car rental.. Flights are plenty out of Nigeria now so you can book ahead and get great discounts. Depending on what your plans are i would advice you to stay in an area that you can easily get access to all the places you want to go. Osu is a great place and the Shoprite just opened at the Oxford Mall(so you can always go and buy good food and other necessities at a great price)..also make sure you enjoy the frozen yogurt treats also located in that mall.... Places of interest may include the Makola market(if you are up for some idumota styled market filled with lots to buy, plus you can haggle prices) Bojo Beach(enjoy the boat ride that takes you to this beautiful beach, good grills/cold drinks available on the beach) Accra Mall(cos you may also wanna catch a movie at the Silverbird cinemas) Out of town places( Visit to Elmina and then the Kakum National Park(the canopy walk s a must do) Have Fun...use trip advisor....you can even get bargain home rentals that come with some great amenities for a budget price |
Really not interested in the details......whats the use if he will still go and do it again.... |
