What a gut displayed by PUNCH.
History will remember you right for being the first media outfit to stand up against this tyranny and call it by it's name.
I hope Sun, Vanguard, Thisday, Leadership, Premium Times, Channels, AIT, and all media outfit will follow suit.
But as regards Sowore, he is on his own. He's a big fool being punished by Karma. He worked against GEJ for Buhari. Let him enjoy the saviour he heralded.
Now, you would wanna question why I can't get past 2015, it's simple. GEJ ran a government of vision with short, medium and long term visions backed by measurable policies.
I never benefitted from his govt nor do I have anyone who did but Nigeria was moving in the right direction. All indices were pointing positive.
But Sowore chose to amplify little pitfalls and made look gigantic. Let him enjoy.
On another note however, I really wanna understand the God or whatever GEJ is serving...
Dude moved from lecturing to Deputy Governor.
Something happened to the Governor, he became Governor.
Then he became Vice president.
Something happened to the president and he became president.
Now, all those who worked against him have tested a pill of their own..

Good eyesight is one of the most valuable gifts from nature and we must do everything we can to protect it. Unfortunately, with time and due to other reasons, your eyesight can become weaker over time. Find out how to know if you need glasses without visiting a doctor.
1. Computer Reading If you are looking at a text on a computer screen and have difficulty reading it from a normal distance, you may be experiencing the first symptoms of farsightedness. When working on a computer, always use the 20-20-20 rule, where you need to look 20 meters away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes to preserve your eyesight.
2. Headaches When you suffer from farsightedness or astigmatism, you need to know that both of these conditions cause your eyes to feel the strain and fatigue much of the time. If this condition persists, you may start experiencing headaches after a day of reading, working, and generally using your eyesight.
3. Double Vision We are used to thinking of double vision as a symptom of drinking too much, but it can also indicate serious problems with your eyesight. If you often see double when there is only one object, the possible reasons for that are cataracts or eye muscle problems, both of which are a reason to see an eye doctor.
4. Night Vision If you are noticing you are no longer seeing things as sharply and vividly at night as you used to, it is best to seek treatment as soon as possible. Difficulties with night vision are a telling early sign of cataracts, which can be treated successfully if diagnosed early.
5. Itchy Eyes In case you cannot go for an hour without rubbing your eyes, there is a big possibility that you experience eye strain or eye fatigue and a pair of correctly prescribed glasses can help in this situation. Other reasons for frequent eye rubbing include conjunctivitis or allergies, which also need to be treated by a professional.
6. Slow Adjustment If you walk into a dark room from a brightly lit area and it takes a while for your eyesight to adjust to new lighting conditions, it is very likely that the muscles in your eyes are weakening. This commonly happens due to older age, but it’s better to get an eye checkup.
7. Blurry Vision Blurry vision is one of the most common eye symptoms that results in a patient wearing eyeglasses. The two most likely reasons for this problem are farsightedness and nearsightedness, but you can also see in a blur due to eye strain, dry eyes, or even simply being tired.
8. Halo Vision Similar to blurry vision, halo vision doesn’t allow you to see objects perfectly clearly. However, halo vision is usually experienced around light fixtures and other bright objects. Besides the usual reasons for experiencing halo vision, it can also be an early sign of cataracts.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How To Reply When Interviewers Ask About Your Previous Salary by oonix(f): 3:50pm On Aug 10, 2019 |
alBHAGDADI: One thing Nigerian HRs and recruiters need to respect is the privacy of job seekers. It's intrusive to ask or compel a job seeker to state the salary his previous company paid him monthly. They ask this question just so they can know how to price you down below what the vacant role is offering. Or perhaps to know if you will be demanding far more than the role offers.
The best way to beat that stupid question is by telling those who ask tje question that such is confidential, which is why you won't want to disclose it.
If they press further, tell them that the reason why it is confidential is because your previous company kicks against present and ex-employees of theirs revealing their salary structure.
If they press further, tell them it won't be fair on your previous company if you reveal the salary structure just as this prospective company won't like to see an employee or ex-employees of theirs exposing their salary structure to others or on social media. Make sure you say all of these with an innocent face and watch how the nosy people will change subject.
Nonsense. They can't state the amount they want to offer you because they believe it should be private for now, yet they want to know about your previous salary. wow! exactly what I told an interview board sometime ago. when I wouldn't budge, the head interviewer said I was going to be insubordinate staff and asked me to leave. clefstone: This Muric man will destroy the peaceful coexistence that exists between the Yorubas across religious divides. The Yorubas are an almost perfect specimen of how people in Nigeria should take religion, live and let's live. But with the way this Ishaku is always trying to patronize the North, I fear for the coming years. I don't have a problem with him fighting for the right of the Yoruba muslim girl to wear hijab to school, but for heaven sake, what's his concern with headsmen? Is the headsmen issue a religious one for him to delve in? Is he a Fulani man? The Yorubas are afraid of travelling on their highways because of this very issue of headsmen attack, I witnessed d fear first hand in Oshogbo last week, and it's all because of the headsmen headache, yet this gullible Yorubaman speaks for them(the headsmen) . What a shame, what a shame. The stupid old prof. did not for once condemn the heinous crimes perpetrated by these vampires. He never wrote to buhari or the FG to find a lasting solution to the menace. But he suddenly finds his voice when the rest of the country rejects RUGA. Well, he's just acting the script of his paymasters. |

OfficialNB: Newsbroadcastnaija: A Nigerian Lady has taken to social media to explain how she employs First Class graduates to work for her while she pays them handsomely, stating clearly that she is a Third Class graduate and how her certificate is useless and she doesn't need it and had never used it. She said, “I graduated with 3rd class. I employ people with 1st class and pay salaries. I earn what people with 1st class can't even imagine earning. I have influence that 1st class people leverage on to help facilitate their wants. I've never used the 3rd class cert for anything above”. She advices students; “Apparently some people are triggered by this tweet bcs they couldn't comprehend the English. To break it down, your class of degree or certificate doesn't determine your success in life. You can graduate with 1st class and be the most successful person on earth or vice versa. I used to think 3rd class was the end of the world but look where I'm at in life. My class of degree motivated me to be better. I graduated top of my class in software development and again, the certificate didn't do anything with respect to getting a job”.
