BeautifulMind2: Anambra State Govt begins the distribution of Bags of Rice as promised by Gov Obiano to cushion the effect of the lockdown occassioned by COVID19 pandemic.
Each of the 181 Communities in the State are expected to receive 200 bags of rice to share to all the elderly persons aged 70 years and above.
In addition to the bags of rice, the Governor ordered that each community should also receive bags of salt and cartons of tomatoes.
#SH2SA... Stay Home 2 Stay Alive! Please, there is a development in my town that is a thing of concern to me concerning this distribution. I just learnt from my bro who is part of the town executives but lives in a different state that those living in the town are making arrangements to receive what is due to us from anambra government and have changed the government age policy of the recipients of the rice from 70 to 50years so that they will all collect it with their cronies and the elderly ones these things are meant for will go empty handed. Please, is any town allowed to change this policy? If not, I wouldn't mind bursting them to you so that you stop disbursement to them till when the lockdown is over so that knowledgeable people who are trapped in the cities Nationwide could be part of it and the right thing could be done. Please, I need urgent clarification. |

Mistaicey2288: Hmmm... They will definitely be released today. I believe they've learned their lessons now. I really think people should cut this couple some slacks. Yes, they messed up by violating the order for doing what they did during this period. But at least they were only celebrating his (JJC Skillz) birthday & most importantly, Funke has already acknowledged her mistakes & apologized almost immediately. All these nonsense rants are because everyone know about the party especially because she's a popular figure. What about those ones especially the ordinary citizens that are doing same parties low key in their houses and no one knows about it? Yes, there are still some people havin unnecessary House parties during this Lockdown. Nigerians are just bitter hypocritical in nature. Most od those people who insulted her online yesterday wouldn't mind going to the party if she invited them. This thing goes both ways to be honest. Funke Akindele and her hubby messed up and Nigerians are bitter hypocrites too. Trash as usual. Get your ass wooped by defaulting the law. Nonsense and ingredients |

Femsyn: OP needs to define what he means by "weaker" and "stronger".
Could've responded, but its vague. Look no further. This summarizes OPs assertion Weaker men, do you mean the type of men that are not ready to provide for their families? Do you mean the ones that are cool with their wives being the sole provider financially as well as being homekeepers? Do you mean the ones that are not ready to remain like our forefathers but still want the women to remain like the women of old? I mean the type of men that abandon their wives with kids with the mind that the kids will come looking for them someday after the woman has taken care of them? If you are referring to these men, YES, they are weak and not fit to live among humans. |

Absolutely correct. High rate of divorce is the consequence of this phenomenon. Hello fellow forumites, help me make a decision. I have been selected for N-tech software program of the federal government, waiting for verification and training. Being that i am working in one of the food companies in Lagos but underpaid when my qualification is put into consideration, and that I am working in a very toxic environment, I am considering resignation to take on the software training. I believe it is a necessary skill I need to boost my career and enable me diversify. Few friends I have told about it have diverse opinions, while some are skeptical about leaving the job due to scarcity of jobs in Nigeria, some are encouraging me to go on.
Now, I am confused on what to do, I need your sincere advice on what to do.
Thank you in advance |
