You are right but i also I think we need to start producing young talents. Most clubs nowadays prefer young players for future financial gain. Look at Osimhen, for example, Napoli paid a big transfer fee to Lille when he was still unproven but younger with great potential. Lookman will be 28 years old this year, paying €60m might be difficult by some clubs
