wristbangle: Welcome home professor and kindly tear their useless green card.
I just love him as he actually kept to his words.
To the disgruntled IPOB members calling him names earlier, you can see he stood by his words hence not speaking from both side of mouths as you clearly states it represents a typical behaviour of an afonja person.
This is someone that stood for your current agitation and fought for u during Biafra war. Don't you think you people are being ungrateful? Bros Take it easy. Na joke dem dey joor. Just like this trening 'is this how you use to do' picture of Soyinka. I don't think any INFORMED Igbo or Pro-Biafran will seriously malign or insult Prof. Wole. They love him. 1 Like |

I'm tired of all these mischief makers. Oga Victor Attah you have good points there. As a Niger-Deltan myself i really understood what those demands meant and i support them. There is one person among you who visited the President that i don't like though. That person is EK Clark.
Also, our govts. at the state level need to be more transparent responsible in their duties... Just look at what Delta has become under Uduaghan and Okowa.
I'm for a better Niger-Delta, a not just peaceful Nigeria but one that's justice and merit friendly because it's only where there's justice that there will be peace.
God bless Niger-Delta
God bless President Buhari(In his good deeds).

Long overdue.
See how INEC, by the promting of the Abuja faction of APC after playing their cards both within and without their wicked party, are in a hurry to conduct elections in Ondo State because they know time is not on their side. But they're deliberately delaying the Rivers Senatorial elections.

Handsomeemmy: This would be one of the best thing from the House of Representative, developmental project will be evenly spread, the era of using Local government monies to develop only state capital and as pocket money for government officials will be long forgotten, local government will have the ability to meet the yearning and want of their local community and the people at the grassroot will feel the impact of government. You're very correct. kingsmecca: The problem in this country is that, we know where it pains us but we usually allow serious and imperitive matters to linger for long. airsaylongcon: Abeg identify them for me. The last Ovie r'Ughele I knew was one Oharisi. Don't know if they are still the ruling family. The last Orodje I met as a kid was donkey years ago. 1. Orodje of Okpe with Governor Okowa 2. Ovie of Ughelli, Ajuwe Oharisi III 3. Vice-president Yemi Osinbajo nearly directly Orodje The fairly light - skinned one behind looks like the Ovie of Ughelli... I'm not really sure though. FYI : The Kingdom of Ughelli has only one ruling house. We practice promogeniture in Ughelli. No argument. I believe it's clear now. I guess you 're Urhobo...

martineverest: 'orodje' dats similar to 'onojie' titles in edo state Hehehehe. You have a point. But what I know for sure is "Ovie" in Urhobo means the same as 'Ogie' in Edo(Bini) language which is King. The only difference there is the 'v' and 'g'. Variants of this 'Ogie' is what Binis Enogie(lower rulers to the Oba) and Esans call Enojie (rulers of Esanland) This is what I know. Our peoples have strong ancient connections. Thanks. |

SaiNigeria: Why should they
Is Buhari taking it easy on the way he's killing Nigerians Yes Buhari is doing very badly and I'm a strong critic myself. But trust me, my State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa is not doing any better. I'm of the opinion that the "struggle" should be multi-faceted. The youths, Militants in this case should also fight the Govt in the Local level whenever they fail in their duties. The FG alone in not to blame. How well are our state Governors performing? How judiciously do they spend the "Oyel Money" accruing to our States? These are questions begging for answers. |
