You cannot use names to judge oga. By the way, those names still sound very much yoruba. If it's true that okun people greet with "okun", then they should have been lumped with Ekiti people, because they greet alike.

I am sure you do not know the meaning of most of those names you listed, just as a yoruba person will probably not know the meaning of ancient yoruba names like sango, ogun, obatala, aole, afonja, ogogonioran, obalufon, oranmiyan, moremi, shoun, timi, gbonka, and so on.

This is just irrational bullshit. There's no difference between "nairaland guys" and guys out there in the real world. It's not like it's only a certain set of people that join nairaland, or coming to nairaland makes them into a new kind of human beings. "Nairaland guys" are random guys of different heritage, from within the general population, residing in different parts of the country, mostly unrelated and unconnected, who decided to become more than guests on the forum, and registered as members of the cyber community.

So I don't get the point of the emboldened at all. It couldn't be more absurd.

Going by the complaints of those that have successfully logged into their accounts, majority seems to have 'payroll exempt' on their accounts, as well as device collection issue, which on most accounts was displayed that devices have been collected since last year February. Some people also have bank account number issues.

There are so many issues at the moment, just hope they get resolved sooner.
