Only SHELL has boreholes that produce good water in the area and this is only for SHELL facilities not open to the public, yet GEJ could not solve this single life changing and health saving challenge of his people by building something of these nature in the state.
Nothing was done by GEJ for the entire south south region where he hails from, not even a common road to his village.

That contractor was brought in as a front for one big oga to avoid trace, his cut in the deal was the #151mill paid to him and he goes home with it without doing shit, the rest will be paid to the big oga and case closed, while the terrible road will still remain in that deplorable condition waiting to be used again to syphon more money after a few years.
That's how things work in this shit hole.
