Femisol:Thank you. |
Femisol:I don't think so. They do not make policies for you, neither do they decide the way you govern your country. Infact, it should have been a huge advantage because if we were doing well as a country they would have been a source of cheap labor and easy brain drain for Nigeria. They would have also been a huge market for us to dump our manufactured products, making us very profitable in production business. They would have been a very easy and cheap source of raw materials for us. We would have mopped up their raw materials and sold to them products manufactured from their raw materials at 4 to 5 times the cost of the raw materials, just like what the West does to us. Egypt and Co are not developing because they have developed nations around them, they are developing because they have leaders that think development and not kleptomaniacs as leaders. Have you been to RWANDA lately or have you looked up the gigantic development strides happening there. Their neighbours are not Russia, China and USA, they just have a leader who thinks country development and not country looting. |
Squirrel1:Family squabbles for properties of the dead happens in all religions. There is nothing religion can do to stop it if the people involved are not matured and responsible enough to manage and handle things properly. Was Late MKO Abiola not a Muslim? |
My only pity is for their African colonies. They will still fix all the destruction with money from their African slave countries that they tax billions of dollars yearly, like Cameroon, Senegal etc. Wicked and Evil lots. |
inoki247:I remember one year back then, there was this negative publicity about the Eleganza Biro, they claimed it sucks the users blood it really had a negative impact on the pen as many students avoided it for fear. ![]() |
mariahAngel:Politics is hugely about INTEREST much more than allegiance. That is why you see Friends today become Enemies tomorrow, this is because they(politicians) are always switching places to where their interest is best protected. Tinubu helping Buhari to become president, you think it was because of allegiance? No dear. It was purely because of his interest (ambition to become president too). |
phorget:How can people wanting to be "buses" be a problem to a nation? It is actually a blessing. Entrepreneurship is the fastest and most effective way for nation development. The millions of unemployed youths roaming the street are enough conductors. Infact Nigeria is in desperate need of more and more "buses" to pack up the millions of helpless conductors in her streets. Right now the country is in severe shortage of "buses" to accommodate her massive population of conductors. One of the major responsibilities of every successful nation is to create an enabling environment to encourage a lot more "buses" to be created yearly to pack up the population of conductors she turns out yearly. |
Wow, very smart guy. He is not actually looking to make any money from within Ghana football activities. He will just use his club as a scouting ground to harness young African talents which he will hire for peanuts, advertise them to European clubs and sell them for mega millions in transfer charge every year. And you know africa is a basket of talents. And you know being an European himself and a very well known and successful footballer, he will not find it difficult getting the attention of clubs in Europe. By buying a club with sporting facilities already, he does not need to start bothering himself with building new structures to do his scouting business. This is exactly the same thing Arsene Wenger did with Arsenal FC for many years that made Arsenal become massively rich. Smart guy. |
Vinnie2000:Not true at all. Infact very very far from the truth. My wife has none of the listed, even though she is not all perfect in everything but atleast she has none of the listed. |
So the security agencies believe it is only a phone someone that really wants to record the proceedings can use? In this 21st century? When there are much more better gadgets smaller in size, well disgused and non detectable that can do a better videoing like Biro, wrist watches, eye glasses, cloth button, cuff links etc etc |
Ever8090:Can you vouch for the next set of people that will start the afresh? |
iSense247:Is the seun you are calling sane himself? He allows all those tribal bigots run rampage on nairaland without banning them, he has mods that are as terrible in doing the right thing as the INEC chairman, allowing people to disturb the sensitivity and mental health of sane people with tribal slurs. |
It is well. |
twilliamx:You are among the very few that understands the hidden truth and abominations of the dark institution called hollywood. Very satanic and occultic institution filled with demons wearing human flesh. |
This your statement is very open ended and subject to a lot of conditions to be an agreeable statement. Infact, I know a lot of establishments that are desperately looking to hire someone with that messiah confidence and charisma to pull the company through (provided the person can prove by results to indeed be the messiah they are desperately looking for) |
Offpoint1:It's actually a spiritual problem that takes hold of the mind. It manifests itself through corruption of the mind. |
Didijiji:You really NAILED that guy to his TRASH... ![]() |
They hype their own... They deliberately and aggressively market their own to entice and lure more ignorant ones into the snare... They know their circle... It's not necessarily about talent, it's about the signed deal... Only the wise will understand.. |
coldFLARES1:It applies in all insurance contracts, not just in oil and gas production. |
coldFLARES1:Ok. FORCE MAJEURE is a provision in a contract that frees both parties in the contract from any obligations if an unforseen, unavoidable and extraordinary event beyond their control occurs. Some examples of FORCE MAJEURE are Wars, Pandemic, Labor strike, Civil unrest and some events considered as "act of God". That's just some heads up. You can look it up in the net for more details. |
kingbee90:Most successful businesses in Rivers state are situated in obio-akpor, and they are not all owned by people of obio-akpor alone. Rivers people will suffer huge financial loss if obio-akpor is destroyed, not just obio-akpor LGA alone. |
coldFLARES1:Not at all....it's FORCE MAJEURE. |
theamazonguru:Now you have made him feel alive. You do not respond to the dead. Does that comment look like a comment made by a living being? |
Peritome:He can claim auto correct function caused the mistake. |
chaberry:And imagine the Christian candidate doing that right in Sokoto or Kano. |
Binancian:It does...it does affect everyone, just that the severity may be different. |
Should I ask him what his father did as a governor to incorporate the existence of disabled in his state? Or should I just pretend like that does not matter? With all the influence, connections(both national and international) and finance he has at his beck and call he should have pioneered a strong movement or NGO to push for and sensitise the government to mandate inclusion of accessories for the disabled in public spaces. That is how privileged people use their influence to create change in the society. |
dawnomike:I don't think it's because a section of the country don't eat it. After all, alcohol sales generates billions of naira every year even though a section of the country and a lot of Christians down south don't also accept it. It is actually capital intensive and requires a lot of time and effort to maintain. Returns do not also come back immediately, so it requires some investment patience (which a lot of people may not have). It requires a lot of skill and knowledge to start and to sustain if you are going to be successful in it. It generates a lot of stench (though this is not major because even fish farming generates a lot of stench too). The good news is that the few people into it are making a whole lot of money, some are not even able to meet up with customers orders. |
worry357:Op, take this advice...this is the best thing to do, not only for the sake of your daughter but to also ensure he is properly watched and monitored and prevented from ever doing it again to any other child, because I strongly believe your child is not his first victim and will not be his last victim if he is not exposed and dealt with properly. Please as you carry out medical checks and examination on the child, I also advise you take the child for prayers by a genuine man of God, the act does not have only medical consequences but also spiritual, that boy is definitely possessed and could have transferred his demons to the little baby. As for your wife, you will definitely need a lot of time away from her and her family, take your child with you until you are finally ready and calm enough to make a decision about your union with her. |
I love the way a lot of these politicians and some Nigerians speak boldly of how impossible it is for Peter Obi to win considering the political facts on ground. It will make the victory of Peter Obi point undoubtedly to the power of God and not man. Even Peter Obi himself will fall flat on his face in reverence and total submission to the almighty God after his victory, knowing that it was only the power of the most high that broke every strong hold and granted him victory. |
vinceyinnovation: guy u are funny. |
Athemisia:First of all, I want to believe I am talking with a Christian. This is because I want to lay some biblical foundations for you in other to thoroughly shed light on our discuss. Unlike other creatures ( Animals, birds, fish, trees etc), A human being is a spirit, clothed with a body. God is a spirit and when God wanted to create man, He made man in His image and likeness as a spirit too, and clothed the spirit with clay called flesh or body. Now, Spirits DO NOT DIE. The body covering the spirit (the flesh) may die, but the spirit lives on. Every other creation dies permanently, because they do not have spirit. The question is, how and where will the spirit man live his eternity? The bible has clearly spelt that out in the following scripture verses I will list for you: (1.) Revelation 20:10-15 (2.) Mark 9:43-48 (3.) Mathew 25:31-46 (4.) Revelation 21:8 The above verses are in the Bible and are not fairytales. They are God's word and like you rightly pointed out, God does not do fairytale. The verses above clearly states to you the existence of a place of eternal torture for all sinners called LAKE OF FIRE which is sometimes interchangeably used as HELL FIRE. Yes I agree, HELL is different from Lake of fire, because even HELL itself will be thrown into the lake of fire. |
it really had a negative impact on the pen as many students avoided it for fear.
