106 female adults, That's huge! And also risky involving children and infants in attempt to cross over to Europe via Libya. The money used in embarking on such adventurous journey should have been enough to start and manage a petty business, learn a trade or acquire a skill and live well in Nigeria cos no government gives a damn how you survive.
You can imagine the ones that have died on their way thru' the Sahara to Libya a journey they could not complete, why then embark on such horrible adventure. It's either you travel out of the country Legally or stay put and do legit biz, struggle for the limited number of jobs available.

On the part of govt. integrating them back to the society should also come with something tangible to start up a living, Send those children back to school.
