No evil deed will last forever I can assure you. The top generals and politicians will be exposed. This country is not stable.

The Ibos are looking beyond this present union.

There is no way we can be who we are with people who do not share our ideology, culture, beliefs, values, faith, views, culture.

They need to let us be, we want to run with supersonic speed but they ain't just ready so let everybody be.
Nairaland General › Re: 5 Reasons Why You’re Not Making Progress In Life by opribo(m): 11:36am On Mar 20, 2018
Ok seen, but how does all these things OP has listed concern bubu's son or the billionaire daughters or the children of the richest men.

I read somewhere in my Bible that 'the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.'

So I concluded that if you like read all the books in the world, or work 24/7. Once baba God does not approve your hustle na lie be all.

I remember one of my friends that applied for visa lottery back then for almost 5 years but he did not win but his brother who didn't even do anything instead my friend just applied for him only once won the lottery. Today he is a happy pharmacist in Yankee and my guy is still here with bubu poo.

All I know is that we must keep hopes alive, everything be is in the hands of Baba God, once he picks our call everything becomes smooth.
Politics › Re: Finally The Abductor Of Dapchi Girls Revealed, Not Boko Haram by opribo(m): 2:34am On Mar 20, 2018
It is a well known fact that when you give in to terrorist they always come back for more, thats simple and short. Kidnapping thrived because people were paying the ransom, similarly militancy in the Niger Delta thrived also because government was negotiating and paying amnesty to militants as well as giving them fat contracts law abiding citizens never got.

This abduction would escalate in so far that our government is ever ready to mix politics with this evil. Truth be told if we bring in foreign mercenaries who have no political, military affiliation here this bullsh1t will stop immediately, but you know what they will never take that option because it is a case of same of same.
They are all insiders to this evil going on. There is no way, Boko haram will be bold to mention a person as their negotiator if they dont know him well enough. Now you say this same boko haram is releasing some of the abducted Chibok girls yet on the other hand they are still bombing people up and down via suicide bombers what kind of negotiation is that.

Simple logic put together tactically shows that there is a contention somewhere along the line. Someone once said dogs and baboon blood will be mixed together should they lose the 2015 election, another said they would form a parallel government if they loose the 2015 election.
I am want to ask with what were they planning to carry out all these threats if not this same militias.
For me the answer to this madness is all around us, we need to really drain the swamp lemme borrow President Trump statement. We need to get real die hard no nonsense people to wipe out all these sh1t and you will see the whole truth laid bear.
This type of nonsense never happened in the history of our nation, the only closeness to it was during the Abacha era when state killings were rife. Ofcourse the the truth was brought to light when OBJ took over and people started confessing.
The entire North will have to live with this evil they brought upon this nation for their complacency and keeping quiet when it mattered the most.

I cannot imagine that all the top arrests of boko fighters of note are Kabiru Sokotos, Ngoche's (mind you they reported that this one was an ex soldier) etc have not yet yielded any meaningful lue to the real backers of this madness.
One army commander went all out to wipe out the terrorist this same people say he should be tried by UN for war crimes, now this ones are bombing everywhere in Sambisa yet boko is still waxing strong so who are they bombing then inside Sambisa and where are the boko located. Gradually its no longer Sambisa but neighboring countries.
I dont even understand the dead silence of all our past military rulers on this matter. They are just not talking on how to end this, I believe they can have the answer to ending this.

Let the north have their own administrator.

Let the south west have their administrator.

Let the south east have their own.

Let south south have their.

Let the middle belt have theirs too.

Let us run the nation like that for 20 years at least 5 different election season.
In this way we can really be know the sector of the nation holding the others back, be it in politics, economy, education, development, socially, spiritually, administratively and other wise.
After this time, we will know how best we want to operate this God given nation.

Politics › Re: Should President Buhari Contest In 2019? Abuja Residents Share Their Opinions (v by opribo(m): 7:04am On Mar 18, 2018
Contest based on what exactly.
Is it that in this great nation of 190 million people we have no better and fit human being to do the work of a presentable president.
Or is it that Nigeria is now at peace from boko and ritualist to justify another term.
Or is it that looting of our treasury has stopped with Al this high profile corruption cases in the government without any accused person.
Or is it that our economy is doing fantastically well yet people are losing jobs daily and the government is helpless in the matter.

In short how many do we count as s plus in this government other than propaganda and blame games.
This is a shambolic adminstration full of tyros and mediocre.

These gang of people have nothing to offer other than have control over tax payers funds to cater for their health challenges and myriad of problems they brought upon this nation in their desperation for power.

Nigerians must eschew trivial partisan issues and send away quacks from our national polity for good.
Politics › Re: Governor Obiano Sworn-In For Second Term (Photos) by opribo(m): 6:49am On Mar 18, 2018
Second terms are solely for looting and nothing more.

One term of five years is enough for any serious minded leader to accomplish his mission and gerraway for good.

Some of them hardly understand what four years is short before they finish basking in the euphoria of their new office their tenure is over so they now get the reality by seeking another solely to come and steal.

The electorate must say NO to any second term bid it is for looting only because they know they are never coming back.

So the plant their protege's to carry on so as to cover their tracks.

How a man's utterances are sharpened like a two edged sword baffles me.

I heard someone was a drug addict, his utterances makes me wonder if his brain is still together. No sane man makes unfounded and baseless accusations against a fellow man. Anyway, this is Naija where you can say anything you like and get away with it, but seriously our people have a saying that 'a mad man doesn't feel shame in his eyes but his brothers and relatives are the ones that feel the shame'.

Someone should put a rope on his neck before he enters the market.

This man has just confirmed the saying that "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt. It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt.

Just imagine, to even think that such calibre of people were the type that were called ministers in Nigeria. What a huge mess of person. I used to think he was highly intelligent. Now I know you never really know some people enough until they open their mouth.

In that day seven women will take hold of one man and say, "We will eat our own food and provide our own clothes; only let us be called by your name. Take away our disgrace!"

New Living Translation
In that day so few men will be left that seven women will fight for each man, saying, "Let us all marry you! We will provide our own food and clothing. Only let us take your name so we won't be mocked as old maids."

Mariangeles:
It didn't take him long! smh
It wasn't about the Catholic church holding him back after all, it was all about the flesh.

Why would someone want to marry a man who swore an oath of celibacy then went back on his word...?

Whether you swore as a Catholic priest or not, fact is you swore an oath to GOD, then you went back on your word.
Wow unto the woman that tempted the man of God and made him to turn back.

The man was never called anyway because (Luke 9:62) And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

Just imagine that rather than create new projects or complete abandoned ones at least, they are recommissioning what had already been commissioned for lack of initiatives. Where is that ever done.

I hope one day we will be able to count what Nigeria has lost in terms of development in this shambolic government. Everyday one drama, if it isn't copy and paste budget presentation, it will be stolen Obama speech, or EFCC money show without anybody prosecuted. Yet time for the real work is gone, now time for election preparations. Let us wait for the 'babanla' lies they will tell us they have done with the four years we gave them to warrant another.

Romance › Re: Why Ladies Love Guys Who Have Cars by opribo(m): 9:59am On Mar 13, 2018
This is the kind of talk that pushes some men into various kinds of crime just to belong which is very wrong.

It is just unfortunate that our country lacks an efficient transportation system otherwise who needs to add the burden of maintaining a car to his already huge bills.
Be that as it may, it is not every hustler that ends up winning. Some fall by the way side while others die hustling. Some people in this country who have never worked or known with any business in our nation today drive the finest cars, power bikes, ride horses, play golf, live in mansion houses, fly to Dubai and all the nice cities of the world. Yet it is not as if they done anything to the world to deserve such only just because their parents stole Nigeria commonwealth or did something in the dark.

Regardless, we still know some hardworking and coordinated guys who succeeded through hardwork and God's approval of their hustlings.

Some others who work so hard, tried many businesses yet none came through.

The question ladies should be more interested in is the will to to succeed and the mindset rather than the car. Someone like the notorious billionaire kidnapper, only Heaven knows how many girls would have fallen easily on the bed for him simply because of the outward show of cars and wealth. Ben Johnson was one of the celebrated athlete people talked about and envied until the secret was exposed.

Wise people with deep thinking have come to realize “that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong.” (Eccl. 9:11.).

In Nigeria owning a car may be a necessity but only a weak and spiritually empty lady will base her love for a man on the type of car he drives.

Family › Re: Man Abandons His Young Wife And Kids, Moves In With Another Lady. Photos by opribo(m): 10:58am On Mar 11, 2018
It's not normal for a man to abandon a 'loving' wife and kids boy and girl and move in with another woman. To the extent of wearing the wife dress to pose for pictures.
It's obvious someone is trying to rob it in somehow.

Be that as it may no one can conclude until we hear from the man.

Personally, I know living with some people is like hell fire on earth. So to live a happy life they run for their lives before they die silently while living in bondage.

They won't come again now but make sure you are always ready. Guard against internal saboteurs that will sell out and endanger the gallant men fighting for the safety of their community, by constantly checking and testing the volunteers.

Other states should do same especially the Boko ravaged states.
This is the only language the animals understand. They do not have the monopoly of violence only that some choose to be law abiding citizens.

Give them fire for fire they will flee then their paymasters will have no choice than to sue for peace. There can be no peace without war.

Lies upon lies.

Every woman longs to be a mother that's the supernatural power and gift they have in this world.
Someone gave birth to her why would she say that she can't communicate with children. Who doesn't like children. Instead of her to say she is empty now without her own fruits she is trying to keep up a face. She has wasted her time chasing money and leaving the main thing. What a life no one to carry on from where she stops.

Is it in terms of inefficiency or absconding from duty or to go and balance in another country where their presidents have painstakingly worked hard to fix.
