lagdmark:Dude I am blessed, I'm living comfortably outside Nigeria, getting paid in forex and still have a business in Nigeria that makes me money.if that's lazy to you, then yes I am f**king lazy. I'm speaking for Nigerians going through hell. |
What is the military waiting for? Take over the country now |
jom28gy:Is the country or it's citizens blessed at this moment?? |
Misplaced priorities. Visit Aso Rock instead and discuss the state of insecurity of your own country. Mumu man |
Animal abuse ![]() |
Just imagine. Two Politicians of opposite sex decided to build a pedestrian bridge. One is a member of the house of assembly while the other is a councillor. The future is really female.
|
Don Jazzy for president. I will rather vote for you than that Sowore guy. |
Who has Melinda's email address? ![]() I'm ready to wash her pant ooo |
And the killer is on Nairaland. Be careful who you decide to meet on the internet. |
The first minute was enough evidence, why wait so long, what else did they want? |
The first minute was enough evidence, why waste so long |
Kewtt:I don't think she's lying, my concern is why they left the paedophile alone with the girl for that long or watched him touching the girl for long. |
I respect weed sellers more than Yahoo boys. |
Jazzman01:The first seconds of him touching her is enough evidence |
dominique:The point is she left a child with a pedophile alone in the house. Who does that? Would you leave a child in your care alone in a house with a man who you know abused her in the past? If your answer is yes then you shouldn't be a parent. Claiming to be Mrs Common but you just sound stupid and naive. |
Franzinni:They had to wait until the girl got so uncomfortable and couldn't take it anymore then she stood up and went to the kitchen. Using a child as bait is the highest level of irresponsibility as parents/guardians. To them it's a smart move but it really isn't. The girl and her family need to relocate because I'm certain the whole if their neighborhood already know the story thats for sure and like you said, her identity will sooner or later be all over the place. Of course there are some "media judges" a lot worse that baba ijebu but someone has to be a scale goat to teach others a lesson. |
Franzinni:Baba Ijesha should be locked up no doubt about that but Princess and every adult present or aware of the set up should be charged too for not intervening after a few mins after they had enough evidence. A minute is enough to have evidence. Once he started kissing her ears is enough. That's my point here. |
I have been following the baba Ijesha story and I'm disgusted by everything happening in this case. I have one question for Princess, why did Princess wait for a whole 30 minutes watching baba Ijesha on the CCTV before stopping him? They could have waited for only 4 mins maximum 5 mins. That's how it's done. But letting a child go through that torture of letting her rapist touch her seductively and kiss her is wrong. It's actually aiding and abetting in some way. Nigerians have a weird way of doing this. I really hope baba Ijesha is charged and let the court do it's work. I also hope the victim gets the help she needs. |
I see you are a graduate of Estate management. You should venture into freelance real estate agency on the side. Once you get how it works in Lagos, you will quit your job and focus on that. |
donbachi:Africa in general. Shit like this happens in South Africa on a regular. |
If this is true then that country is just....... Try this with any child related to me and I will make sure the perpetrator gets kidnapped and raped severally too and then see if the police tries to charge me. What nonsense. The poor victim will never have faith in the police or even the country. |
LegalRambles:I plan on fixing my old iPhone 6 then I will send the Redmi for repairs. It's still under guarantee so it should be free. I don't sell any of my old phones just in case yahoo boys or hackers have a way of restoring deleted data on it. |
V7place:I read on the BBC website that in the state of Minnesota which is where the crime occurred, the law is usually lenient to first time offenders. Different states in the US have different laws. In some States like Louisiana, he would be facing life imprisonment. |
V7place:No as a first time offender, he will likely get the minimum sentence and taking into consideration that the family of George got a settlement of over 24m dollars. |
Cut the OP some slack, majority of you people commenting don't even use the brand of phone. I use a Redmi note 8 pro and it had a software issue for the second week. I took it back to the shop I bought it and was told I have to leave it with them for two weeks to fix. I don't have a spare good browsing phone that works so I have been managing it. The issue is the notification banner that pops up stays longer on the screen than necessary. I have attached a screen shot so you guys understand.
|
LegalRambles:I noticed the software issue. I thought it was my mistake downloading music from a dodgy website |
How long were you in the country before you got deported? If you speak the basics of that country's language then go online and make friends with girls from that country, find love among one of them and if you are successful, you can find your way out again |
"Everyone" is saying Cameroon but they do not know that holder's off Cameroon passport are banned from Canada. OP better take the Nigerian passport if you ever want to visit Canada. |
In sane countries, an emergency surgery will be carried out on her to save the unborn child but in naija, na to dey snap photos and saying "eyah". |
