There is a spiritual law that is in place that effects everyone regardless if they follow Christ or not. Its called reaping and sowing. Every day we are all just like farmers working in the fields as we plow the soil and prepare it for seeding in hopes of a great harvest.

Yes, its true whatever you do each day good or bad is sowing seeds and one day you will reap a harvest whether you want to or not. It's how God designed this world with a sense of order even if we choose to go against it. We have been given freedom but there are consequences for those choices.

So we must be mindful of how we conduct our selves and our daily affairs. Gods law has been set in place and you can not get around it no matter how hard you try. This may seem very harsh to some but its actually done out of a heart of great love for us. Tough love in some cases. It challenges us to treat others as we would want to be treated.

You might say that there are some people who don't deserve to be treated properly and have done nothing good at all to merit it. In the bigger picture unfortunately none of us have according to Gods decrees . But the great news is when we place our trust in him and his work of regeneration and salvation we get a bountiful harvest we did not earn or deserve because he loves us so much.

So as you live out your daily life be aware of how you treat others and know you are not labouring alone or in vain. But you are working with the creator of everything who wants everyone to know and understand how much you are loved and valued regardless of your circumstances.

We can have that and more if we are willing to trust him and his master plan. But remember that all things happen according to his timing. So hang in there when times get tough and it seems he is no where to be found. For in reality he is closer than you think.

Like any business, the beginning is hard but you need to be persistent. Firstly, go around your neighbourhood and take photos of houses for rent or sale. Speak to the agent in charge of the house (the banner with for sale on the house comes with a number). Then upload those photos on real estate websites describing the house. Nairaland is good too, I sold my first land to a client on this website but there are more websites that deal more on property sales. Use Google to find them. Speak to responsible agents and not desperate ones. Be nice, honest and patient to those who call looking for a house. Don't try to convince them to take a house they don't like, very important. Once you start, you will learn as you progress. The location is also key, if you live where houses are not expensive then your commission will be not much.

As a barber, you can earn nothing like 8-10k per day if you know what you are doing

I have a profession barber friend who is now in the U.K he cuts footballers, actors, musicians hair and my guy is seriously balling with barbing money.


2) Fitness Trainer: Lot of people now are days wants to lose weight in other to live healthy. As a fitness trainer, you could organize probably a weekend session at probably #1000 person.
If you can gather at least 20 people, that is 20k just in one day.

You can also become people personal trainer at your own price. Start a vlog about fitness and all too... that’s an extra income.


3) Cab services: this is The easiest and the fastest way to make money. Everybody moves from one place to another making transportation really important.

In a day, cab (included likes of keke, okada) can make a some of 5-10k per day depending on how long they work.

4) Photography: back in those days during my primary Sch party, I always thought photographers were poor.... but trust me that’s is the biggest lie of the century. As a professional photographer, you can make at least 30k per shoot. I know of a photographer that shot one of the commissioners in Lagos state..... he was paid 150k (just for portraits and framing O)

6) lesson teacher: No parent wants a child with a burnt brain . You can meet with kids parents and tell them abou the lesson. You can gathered at least 10-20people for the lesson and maybe charge 3-5k in a month per head probably just for 2-3hrs.

You can also take gce lessons, waec lessons etc

7) Poultry business: trust me poultry is lucrative tho. With the right feeds for your animals you can make a huge profit of the lil investment you made on them.

I remember in jss3 when we had agric practicals, we had about 10chicken(layers) and in a week we could pick like 10-15 eggs.

So I was gisting with a friend who gave me the 411 about how this little dog was caught.

So some boys in Lagos brought a deal to Hushpuppi and $35m got credited to Hushpuppis account but hushpuppi said it was only $10m got credited to his account. The boys argued that it wasn't possible and even showed hushpuppi the debit alert the client sent.

Hushpuppi held his ground sha that only 10m was credited so the boys asked hushpuppi to send half of the 10m as that's "how they share it in the streets".
Anyway when hushpuppi sent money, he only sent $1m to the boys in Lagos. The boys got angry that how greedy could hushpuppi be and then decided to snitch on him. That's when they got in touch with Interpol to give them Intel about the transaction and even sent proof of transactions and chats.

That's how hushpuppi was arrested.
