plaindealer:You are biased. When you want to criticize, be holistic and unbiased about it. How come INEC didn't specify Tinubu' least of qualifications and pointed only BSc? Is that not ratty enough? You were particular about "Degree" which is already known to be "B.A, BSc, B. Agric, BComm and many others". C'mon man, pull your guts down and think of a better way this country can be savaged instead of rotating leaders just for ego. If Obi wins, and underperforms in his 4years; taking him out won't be an issue. The youths want to take charge and not cabals who have milked the country dry. At your quiet time, you know the truth. Try and live by your truth always!. |

plaindealer:I wonder how you guys are these biased, or blinded by the money that has been promised?. Going by the list which is idea... when educational qualifications are asked to be mentioned. They require from the least to the highest level. Atiku mentioned his, from First School Leaving Certificate to his MSc, the same with his Vice. Shettimma who is Vice to Tinubu mention his as well. Obi indicated his own from the least to highest. How come Tinubu didn't mention his least degree? Why is he being hushy about it? Who acquires BSc without O'level, why can't he boldly state it there? Must he be the odd at all times. Honestly, you cannot defend this candidate without sounding and being Stu...p!d. Stop this blame games, and think for a better Nigeria not the tips that won't be sustainable. 1 Like |

Agbada is not an indigenous outfit for Southeasterners (Igbo precisely).  If he likes, he should wear okpu-nze and Ishiagu. He is not our ideal candidate, and continuity of this present Government is a menace to Nigeria' economic growth and development. Soulflai:Where I am from. When a woman is cheating, difficulties are bound to happen to the husband. And when he finds out without approaching her for cleansing which is beyond confession. Worst calamity may likely happen to him, he begins to die slowly. I will advice you separate from her for now, she should take the kids along. Keep your evidence, and as soon as your financials are fair enough. File for custody of the kids and they should be of age by then. If at all, the first child is truly yours. This is painful. This government is bent on making Naira worthless. The hack is way out of proportion. People are starving, and dying at the same time. I cannot eat to my satisfaction anymore either do my dependents because of this hikes. And someone on their right senses still want us to recycle the same team that gave us a clueless Government. To all supporters of this present Government, may your personal pains be the same as the common Nigerians who are passing through this hardship today. TeamLeader:I am a Realtor based in Lagos here. The key things to consider when it comes to document is title of the Land. CofO is most preferred document as it gives you entitlement to the land for over 70years. Ideally, it is 99years but you wouldn't know when the first owners processed the documents. Another document to consider is Excission or Governor's consent. When buying in Lagos, it is best to buy from reputable real estate companies. Dear Mr. Daniel. Kindly use the skills you acquired during this your academic pursuit to build a good and enabling connectivity and network for Heritage Bank. It is quiet downgrading that your bank is still lagging behind when it comes to technology advancement. The services I got yesterday from one of your branch in Osolo way has nothing to write home about. Wasted my time, effort and made me pay extra for my ticket yet didn't attain the purpose. Sadly, it has truly. I have spent over 50,000NGN between Sunday and Today. I am single, I didn't buy any material things, I didn't lounge in any hotel. I didn't pay any utility bill. I just cannot imagine how others who have family survive. This is sadden! They have succeeded in making the country a mess while they are richer because they save in dollars. 10 Likes |

cj1900:Well, there is no remedy to cheating. Sending your cousin out of the house, still won't restrict your wife from cheating assuming she is a cheat. Sending him away is a breach of trust and insecurity from you end. You have mentioned that you trust her to an extent, give her that benefit of doubt. It is certain your cousin isn't comfortable staying under your roof. No man in such age, will be happy either. Discuss with your wife your fears, and get assurance of her love and loyalty. Alternatively, get an additional domestic staff or her relative to stay around as well. Every house needs a man to protect it. The video was so so funny! Even the rich has no decency. It appears Bianca has always hated the fmr First Lady of Anambra. She waited till today to execute her plans. Well, nobody is worth dying for. 12years ago, my elder sister suffered the same faith. Her husband divorced her, and the marriage was nullified. Sadly, she died 2years after. And the husband remarried. This is someone she dated for over 7years before marrying him. In as much as I am a lover of love and sacrifice, this is a risky venture. I would advise they seek alternative donor, and if they insist she must donate. She should divorce the husband, and move on with her life. The husband's family won't allow the son to donate if the reverse was her case. Na Mumu, dey die because of love! 16 Likes |
