So Sad! Photos Of A New Born Baby Who Was Dumped Along Orji Road, Owerri Imo State

It was a sad news this Sunday morning, as the people of Orji in Owerri, Imo state woke up to this sad news of a new born baby dumped along the road.

According to reports, the baby was said to have been dumped by an unknown whose reasons for doing such is yet to be revealed. This is barbaric and at such in-human for doing such, why not take the baby to a motherless home??

I just wonder what this baby might have gone through, despite the harsh weather through out last night and this morning before passing on.

Man Assaults And Hacks His Baby Mama Over Food In Imo State - Images Are Very Graphical

A 27-year-old businessman, Emmanuel Chukwuma Igwe, has been accused of brutalizing his baby mama, Porcia Achonu, and cutting her with a cutlass, in Owerri, Imo State.

According to the mother of two, the incident occurred on Saturday, January 2, at about 1am, shortly after they had returned from a trip to the village.

“My baby daddy’s younger sister served him food and I asked her about mine. She eyed me and hissed. So I stood up from where I was and went to her room to collect a piece of chicken, she grabbed the chicken from me and asked me if I was mad.

So we started fighting and my baby daddy came in and descended on me. He beat me up so badly that his father came out and was holding me. They locked me inside the house and said I wouldn’t go anywhere. Even when my brother came, they refused to let him in.

Later, my baby daddy asked his father to open the gate so he can leave, but instead, he went to his car and brought out a cutlass which he used to chopped me repeatedly in the presence of his father. At a point, I pretended as if I was dead so he could leave me alone. He fell for it and that was when he drove off with his car.

He’s currently on the run, but his father has been arrested,” she said... So sad!

At this point I think it's high time we voice out concerning the way things seems to be going in terms of governance.

I had am amazing time with my friends today, but honestly people are suffering here...

So according eye witness, some unarmed protesters walked to Orji Police station and while they made moves to free detainees at the station, the police shot at them, but the bullets never hurt them.

When the shooting wasn't working out, the officers took to their heels.

The guys freed everyone detained at the police station and set it ablaze.

So far, it seems nothing will be recovered from that police station.

A police van carrying about 7 mobile police officers arrived a while ago and everyone watching the flames took to their heels.

People living as far as Akwakuma can see the flames while others living in other parts of Orji could hear the gunshots as if it was at their backyards. By Igbotic Hardy

Mr Chidiebere Of Imo State Returns A Cartoon Of Indomie With N1.8M

A Man Of Integrity...

A man identified as Mr Chidiebere Ogbonna has returned 1.8 million naira which he found in a carton of indomie noodles he purchased in Owerri, Imo State.

According to the Story, the carton was partially filled with noodles coupled with some bundles of N1000 notes.

When asked why he returned the cash despite the hardship affecting the country at the moment, he said the money was not his, so there was no reason for him to keep it.

The owner of the business who could not hold back his joy, thanked him and told him to come back and collect a carton of indomie whenever he needs it till December.

The Imo state DSS yesterday invited and detained the Director general of the Imo PDP new media Ambrose Nwaogwugwu.

This is coming after some of his posts targeting the new government of Gov. Hope Uzodinma of the APC. Ambrose who spent the night the DSS custody is yet to be released, which has lead to campaigns on social media with the #freeambrose.

According to reports this morning, the DSS in a near fisticuffs with leaders of Imo PDP who went there to secure the release of Comrade Ambrose Nwaogwugwu, Director General of New Media, Imo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party who was detained yesterday, allegedly on the orders of Imo State Goverment, led by Sen. Hope Uzodinma.

Mr B, Popularly known as "Fake Oyibo" a business man in Owerri who has made a name for himself and has also been a supporter of Entertainment. Reports reaching us at orjisblog has it that he was kidnapped to Rivers state yesterday and luckily for him was rescued by the Nigerian police operatives.

"They kidnapped Mr B from Owerri to Rivers state yesterday. He is so lucky to be rescued.
The guys invited him for a business and then kidnapped him for money.

They told him they were looking for a white man to play a role in their new movie. He drove from Owerri to meet his kidnappers in Rivers state.
