Drinking two glasses of water as soon as you wake up is too much, except you are thirsty.

Yes its good to take water when you wake up to boost your body homeostasis but you forgot to do it moderately.

Besides drinking too much water can damage your liver. So when you wake up take 20-30cl of water (thats like one-third or half of pure water sachet) but don't binge on it or drink the whole drum because health experts say so. The widely accepted fact is to drink 8 glass cups of water daily (thats roughly 2 - 3 litres or 200cl - 300cl of water)

Lastly in everything you do be moderate. I know of someone that dies as result of lack of glucose(sugar) in his system. The fact that too much of sugar is not good for the body does not mean you should not take sugar at all atleast 2 teaspoon is ok twice a week. Same goes for other things expert warn you about. For example you can eat red meat twice a week instead of not eating at all or eating it everyday.

Well the fact that you asked her out and she said yes instantly means she is already in love with you. You just have to deal with the anxiety so that you don't mess things up.

The truth is that most men or women at some point or in their first relationship felt this way. But experience is not gathered in a day. The problem lies in you and am glad you know that. First thing is to work on your attitude and anger issues. Read books, visit counsellors or therapist to work on this. Also the issue of money is always a source of squabble among families. You as the head must do everything within your power to provide for your family. Tricks some men use is to empower their wives by opening shops for them or encouraging them to take job so as to increase source of income to the family.

Lastly, never hit or beat your woman. It's better to let go of the relationship than for you to constantly abuse her when she offends you.

The fact that the guy started dating another lady and quickly flaunts her t your friend shows that he is very much interested in her and he is just trying to make her feel jealous. Which infact worked by the way.
