bashorundon: Bro, you've imported via DHL before. Could you please do me the favor of explaining how they charge? I intend ordering for some pieces of powerbanks but i'm afraid as to using DHL. I've visited their site but then, no detailed explanation was given. You've imported some "battery-comprised" product before. Please, how do they charge? Aside the normal shipping fee I pay, will I be charged for any other thing again? Thanks in advance of your prompt response. Cheers.

What is the quantity and capacity of the power bank you want to buy?

Are you aware that most power banks in china has deceptive capacities? By this, I mean these suppliers will tell you it is 20000mah when actually it is far less. Only when you bring it in you will know the actual capacity.

Considering you intend using DHL, just give KOBOMART a trial. They are well grounded experts on this biz. They have reliable power banks which they have ensured are manufactured with actual capacities. They have 12000mah @ an encouraging price. They don't just buy, they give manufacturers specifications, bring in samples and test before okaying production.

Considering u want to use DHL and you can't vouch for d actual capacity of most PB's, try KBM.

We should concentrate our sales efforts to bulk/wholesales as much as possible. Apllying the 80/20 principles to whole salers and marketers respectively.
I think it will be nice if zones recruits marketers in adherence of coy XYZ corporate marketing strategy which will cascade down to zones. Prospective marketers should be sourced,interrviewed, recruited and inducted/trained by the zonal cordinators. This reminds me to suggest tha coy XYZ should not deal with individual members directly with respect to allocating of goods to sale by members. HQ should deal directly with zones. All activities should be cordinated by the zone. Eg if mr A needs toothpick to sale, while B anc needs pencil and shoe respectively, they liase with their zonal office for supply from HQ. Record keeping/accounting in line with corporate accounting strategy should be adopted and practiced across zones. Lagos as Hq, should equally hav a zone. It doesn't matter if zone and Hq are situated same place for now. This will enable HQ be free and concentrate instead of being bombarded by individuals request
