Abagworo made a valid point. I think those figures are doctored so that much of the nations resources go the northern states and less and less to the south where the resources come from. Those Awusa people are very deceptive. Thieves! They lie about everything just to steal from the south blood suckers! There's poverty everywhere. Come to over rail Aba and Yenegoa and see poverty Every state should get equal share except the states where the oil is gotten from. They ought to get more oloshi aboki ndi oshi who could forget the false census figures? Infact thread closed. no more responses please |

dont know what exactly I'm mixed with, though my Yoruba side is straight out Yoruba, I think.
My other side from Delta is also mixed and some of my ancestors are still unaccounted for- one of my great grandmas for instance. I dont know where she was from although I guess the link is too far away to matter.
Most of my siblings tend to look like any tribe in Nigeria, so if they dont talk they're easily mistaken for other tribes. Is delta now a tribe ? Like how Rivers state people feel ashamed to mention their tribes and they say "I'm Rivers" LOL |

debosky: Correction: Kebbi did come from Sokoto, but Jigawa was carved out of Kano State
Zamfara was carved out of Sokoto state, while Taraba and Adamawa made up the old Gongola State. Thanks so there's no more Gongola state This is so confusing. I crammed 21 states, their capitals and governors in elementary school. I can't catch up with all these divisions and they're thinking of creating more. I even met an Igbo girl that had no clue there was a place known as Ebonyi. I learnt of Bayelsa just the other day from Nairaland Osun, Ekiti etc,I have no clue where these were formally. why all these confusions? |

I just wanted you all to know that I learned a whole lot from you. I had some bad times here at Nairaland and some good times. Probably more bad times than good but when the good was good, it was good enough to makes me laugh at the bad.
Where are you all, are you still around?
I have come in from time to time to play and then leave but due to some recent events, I decided to come around more often, LOL. I can't wait to hear the backlash on that one.
Any way, I always had fun here and like I said, I learned a whole lot from you all. Can't wait to find out if you all are still around.
Seun, I promise to be on my very best behavior from here on out.
