Politics / How Ihedioha Spent N78.4b In Seven Months by ositaizu(m): 9:23am On Jul 15, 2020
Owerri Whistle blower petitions Imo Assembly, calls for investigation.

The administration of immediate past governor of Imo State Emeka Ihedioha spent over N78.4 billion in seven months, a whistle blower reveals to the State House of Assembly.

The whistle blower, Arch. Obodozie Ihezue alleged in a petition to the House dated 8th May, 2020 that Ihedioha misappropriated the funds during his seven months administration.

The House learnt in the petition that less than eight months Ihedioha piloted the State, huge amount of money meant for the development of the State could not be accounted for.

According to the petition the broke down of the monies gulped by the past administration include : 2019 fiscal receipts brought forward from governor Rochas Okorocha's tenure which amounted to N48. 5 billion, Federal Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) In addition to Special allocations which the whistle blower said is N54.319 billion, excluding N13.04 billion Value Added Tax (VAT) and N14. 385 billion (IGR).

The Whistle blower further alleged that the Paris Club Refunds was about N4. 85 billion while the Joint Allocation Committee (JAAC) funds for 7 months was put at an average of N3. 86 billion per month totalling about N27.02billion.

State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) fund and the Rural Access Mobility Project (RAMP) he claimed was N17.5 billion and N15 billion respectively.

Similarly, the Whistle blower has also alleged that Ihedioha have some choice properties in Abuja, London and in Imo State.

According to him, Ihedioha own a 5 star hotel under construction at 4, Chulkee street Gazope, Asokoro Abuja valued at N10 billion.

He further alleged that the former governor has 10 houses acquired at Achike Udenwa Estate, Imo State through his front who he alleged is his cousin, Chikere valued at N5 billion.

Another multi million mansion at St. John's Wood NW8, City of West Minister , London the Whistle blower said was owned by Ihedioha.

He also alleged Ihedioha also bought, demolished and rebuild another property he acquired at Charles Amadi Street, Civic Centre , Owerri at the sum of N5 billion as well as the ones he bought at his Mbutu village. He urged the House to investigate the whereabouts of these funds as there was nothing on ground to show that "these funds were judiciously expended."

Contacted, the Imo State House of Assembly has admitted that it has received a petition from the whistle blower.

Speaker of the State assembly, Chiji Collins who admitted the petition is before the house added that the petition would be looked into when the House resumes sitting.

"We have received it in the Assembly, it has come to my table. We supposed to have handled it but because of Covid, that's why. I have not presented it to the House but I have seen it, usually when a petition comes in we take it to executive session, then the Clerk will list it. So, it is still with me, once we resume, we are going to look into it. It is a serious matter."

Politics / Fr. Mbaka Made No Recent Prophecy Of Sack Of Any South- East Governor by ositaizu(m): 8:42am On Jul 15, 2020
The report in a section of the media that I, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka, the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu has prophesied the sack of a South East Governor before the end of this year is a contumacious falsehood.

The allusions made by the mischievous author of the said report to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State is a figment of the writer's imagination.

For the records Adoration Ministry Enugu is yet to resume after I suspended the Ministry's programme since March 2020 following the restrictions that came with the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Since then I have not made any public prophecy of such anywhere but has been immersed in prayers for the healing of the World of the global pandemic and need not be distracted at this point.

It is a thing of concern that mischief makers, impostors and agent of darkness have continued to use my name to achieve their selfish missions in different media inspite of several warnings.

People should be careful of the wrath of God.

The ministry has taken this ugly trend seriously and shall liaise with security agencies to fish out the culprits and make them scapegoats.

Politics / Good Governance Ambassadors Of Nigeria (GOGAN), A Project Beyond 2019 by ositaizu(m): 9:25am On Sep 19, 2018
By Ositadimma Izuchukwu Anslem ©2018

The air of the Nigeria polity is once again stuffed up with the shenanigans and politicking that's associated with the electioneering period. So many people, groups and bodies are positioning for the 'big season', but this time around, things are different. It is different because we now have a shift from the norm. The norm of the days of yore, when half-baked "Support Groups" were floated by irregular characters just to have a chunk out of the pool of consolidated campaign funds. Those were the days of the locust, when the people whom the people hold in trust for their resources, have appropriated same for their personal pockets.

Today, the obtainablilities are different. President Muhammadu Buhari has performed so creditably well that he does not need a long list of phoney support groups to validate his performance. The numerous infrastructural projects and reforms all over Nigeria are their to speak for him. Today, we have a leader who is investing so much resources for the next generation instead of the next election. A departure from the norm where humongous sums are voted for the purposes of manipulating elections.

A shift from the usual is the Good Governance Ambassadors of Nigeria (GOGAN), a collection of patriotic and altruistic Nigerians who have volunteered their personal resources for the purpose of championing good governance and preaching the rule of law. GOGAN, which boasts of an organogram of refined men and women with clearcut agenda, have outlined their aims and objectives which includes:

- To promote and rally support towards the enthronement of good governance in Nigeria for peace, unity and prosperity of Nigeria.
- To rally support for the government in a bid 5o engender positive performance and delivery of the dividends of democracy to the entire citizenry.
- To propagate anti-Corruption campaign by promoting and celebrating moral values, integrity, modesty and honesty among Nigerians.
- To evolve workable strategies towards youth empowerment through agriculture and mining, amongst others.
- To promote unity and peace among Nigerians as a panacea to achieving positive development in the nation.
- To promote Unity among religious bodies as an avenue for achieving religious freedom in every part of the country.
- to. Encourage, support and assist the armed forces in its fight against terrorism in the country.
- To periodically draw the attention of the government to the genuine agitations of the citizens to engender people's oriented policies and programs.
- To encourage compliance with genuine policies of the government by the citizens.
- To provide dynamic support for the improved revenue generation and economic development of the country.

With all of the above, it is an uncontestable fact that the Good Governance Ambassadors of Nigeria (GOGAN) is a project beyond 2019.

Politics / Video: Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Gives Reasons why Pres. Buhari Is A Divine Project by ositaizu(m): 10:36am On Sep 09, 2018
Star Nollywood Actor & Enugu State Coordinator of GOGAN, Kenneth Okonkwo extols the President Muhammadu Presidency

- Gives reasons why President Buhari is a "Divine Project", says in Enugu State, "APC has taken over"

Nollywood Frontliner, Kenneth Okonkwo, famously known as "Andy", a role he played in the 1992/93 movie 'Living in bondage', has been fiercely criticised for his ardent support for President Buhari but he's not letting his guards down.

Speaking during the inauguration of the State Cordinators of Good Governance Ambassadors of Nigeria (GOGAN), a Pro-Buhari Support group founded by Business Magnate and Politician, Chief Sir Idiga Felix at Maitama, Abuja, Kenneth Okonkwo, this time, added fuel to the fire of his support for the President.

Here, we bring you snippets from the video inset. While highlighting the enormous endowments and problems of Nigeria, he said:

"It's is not by the making of anyone, but out of his mercy and grace. He gave us an arable land, wide expanse of land. He gave us men and women. We have the largest concentration of intelligent people on earth. God gave us creative people. She we started Nollywood, we started with nothing. Just something out of the brain. God gave us everything and yet, we do not have leaders to plan our greatness. Simple and short. That is why when we see a good leader, we thank God first of all for giving us one, and we will work ascidiously hard to make sure that we get the best of him."

Speaking on the divinity of the President Muhammadu Buhari's Presidency, he had this to say:

" If you have not known that President Muhammadu Buhari is a divine project, let me just give you some:

1. By 2011,when he voluntarily said he's not contesting anymore, but God said, No!, I'm not done with you because I just want to start blessing Nigeria. You're going to come back.

2. There is nothing that could have stopped God from allowing him to pass on when he was ill, but God said No!, I'm not done with you because your vision for Nigeria is not yet finished. So who ever is supporting President Muhammadu Buhari is just aligning with a divine project.

"I know a whole log of wishes from people to let him pass on and if you know him very well, if you know President Muhammadu Buhari very well, he does not hold unto anything do or die, including his own life. When he was a Military General, as a youth, he fought Maitasine into the Lake Chad. A lot of people do not know about that and they had to beg him to return.

"So this is a man who has given the Nation all and the only thing that we are praying is to join our hands to get the best from him and I want to thank everybody"

Kenneth Okonkwo spoke further on the popularity of the President Muhammadu Buhari Factor in the Southeast and Enugu State, especially. He said:

"The Enugu State, in the Southeast Nigeria, we have taken over. When we came to Southeast, mentioning APC was difficult. Today, it's Ndigbo for Buhari 2019; Buhari for Ndigbo 2019 and we have no apologies for that. When you say the truth, make sure you're saying the truth. The Bible says if you cannot do against the truth, but for the truth, the truth will later on speak for itself. We're saying the truth. We, the people that are joining President Muhammadu Buhari are saying, "He will win second term. Thank you".

Politics / GOGAN Hails President Buhari On Commitment To Free & Fair Polls by ositaizu(m): 11:42am On Sep 04, 2018
GOGAN's Aims & Objectives Once More Gets Validated As President Muhammadu Buhari Recommits Self To a Credible 2019 Polls

As Mr President says "I'm Not Afraid Of Free, Fair Elections in 2019

- Ositadimma Izuchukwu Anslem

President Muhammadu Buhari, Sunday in Beijing said that as a beneficiary of free and fair elections, he is not afraid of a credible process in 2019. To this effect, the President reaffirmed his commitment to making sure that the 2019 polls, under his watch, will be free, fair and credible.

This has in no small measure, revalidated and rekindled the burning desire for a well-governed Nigeria, the exact brain behind the formation of Good Governance Ambassadors of Nigeria (GOGAN), an Independent support Group founded by Imo State born business Magnate and politician. The message behind GOGAN is: Good Governance! Good Governance!! Good Governance!!!

According Garba Shehu, President Buhari while speaking at an interactive session with members of the Nigerian community in China, the President pledged that Nigerians eligible to vote in the next general elections will be allowed to freely elect candidates of their choice.

Mr. President said ‘‘I have no fear about free and fair elections because that is what brought me to the present position. I know what I went through and very few Nigerians could boast of trying four times.

In tandem with the message of GOGAN, the President said that those interested in participating in the elections must get their PVCs and register in their constituencies and elect anybody of their choice across ethnicity and religion.

‘‘The Nigerian police, law enforcement agencies and INEC must respect the wishes of the people,’’ he said.

Citing recent elections in Bauchi, Katsina and Kogi States, the President said the country had made progress relative to elections conducted in the past years.

The National Coordinator of GOGAN, Chief Sir Idiga Felix, while interacting with newsmen in his Abuja office insisted that a corrupt process cannot birth a good government. He reiterated his choice of supporting President Buhari, saying that he hasn't seen such a man rich in integrity and character as much as the President.

The National Cordinator of GOGAN has said that the President’s speech is a testament of the fact that he's on the right part with the President, for a free, fair and credible 2019 general elections.

Religion / You’re A Scammer & Idiot: Nigerian Man Blasts Pastor Who Destroyed Shrine In Imo by ositaizu(m): 8:48pm On Aug 06, 2018
The story started like this:

A pastor named Bishop Nelson Nnannah wrote on his Facebook page as you can read saying :

“Hahahaha, just fought physically and defeated this devilish shrine at Arondizuogu Ideato Imo state. Any evil power working against you is destroyed now in Jesus name”

Then came Uba Acho, who couldn’t contain his vexation as he took to his own page to blast the “Man of God”. He said:

"Religious Intolerance.

So this con artist Nelson Nnana went to destroy a traditional shrine in Arondizuogu in Imo State Nigeria.

To all my believe in your own and let us believe in our own preachers on my wall, your voices have taken a compulsory leave.

He posted it on his Facebook page, of the comments were Amen, ride on man of god, burn them all, evil demons. None remembered to remind him about freedom of religion. None bothered to call him to other.

Just imagine if I go on to burn your church ⛪ (your shrine) because to me your Jesus is equally evil, the outrage that will ensue.

This idiot, yes he is an asshole, drove past the mosque in owerri, and all the shabbat temples for Judaism in Imo State, only to go destroy his African and Igbo practice. He has respect for the Arabic practice, he has respect for Jewish practice, he Carries the Roman cross on his neck boldly as his mark of slavery, but no iota and atom of respect for his own heritage. Typical Blackman mentality.

If you refuse to condemn this act now, never you come at me anytime anywhere to complain about my critical religious write ups. Or else Ala/ Ani ga akogbu gi.

The funny thing is, I know this con man, Nelson Nnana personally, he’s a dying con man, he’s desperate to do anything possible to remain relevant, because he has faded away. After all,any popularity is a good popularity, unfortunately I had to help him achieve his purpose.

African Traditional spirituality/ religion is the world most abused practice. Because we the owners got no respect for it.

I really hope my information somehow proves to be wrong. Because at the due time we will remember everyone of them.

"

Politics / Fr. Mbaka Endorses Gov. Ugwuanyi Of Enugu, Tells Other Aspirants To Rest by ositaizu(m): 3:15pm On Aug 06, 2018
Says No Vacancy in Enugu Government House
... Reiterates support for Ugwuanyi's re-election
... Extols gov's leadership virtues

The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN), Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka on Sunday declared that there is no vacancy in the Enugu State Government House in 2019, stressing that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has done excellently well in office and deserves a second term.

Fr. Mbaka poured encomiums on Gov. Ugwuanyi, describing him as "a good, kindhearted, humble, peace-loving and God-fearing leader", who has judiciously managed the lean resources of the state for the benefit of the people.

The Catholic priest also described Ugwuanyi as "the best Governor so far in Enugu State", adding that he is "an epitome of peace; a sanctuary of conflict resolution and model for rural and urban development".

The cleric, who spoke at the Adoration Arena in Enugu during the Thanksgiving Mass for the governor’s recent victory at the Supreme Court, thanked God for giving the people of the state such an outstanding leader, saying this is the first time since he became a priest, that the state is experiencing peace.

He maintained that Gov. Ugwuanyi is prayer answered, appreciating the people of the state for their unflinching support and prayers for the governor, especially while the protracted legal battle lasted, emphasizing that "it is a Mass of Thanksgiving to God".

Mbaka further stated that Ugwuanyi was "the only governor that pays workers' salaries before the 25th of every month", disclosing that when most states could not pay salaries as a result of the recent federal allocation sharing deadlock, the governor paid, accordingly.

Commending Gov. Ugwuanyi for the security in Enugu State, Fr. Mbaka stated the feat was achieved because of "the reign of peace" in the state and the governor's faithful role as "a good shepherd".

While applauding the governor "for managing the public wealth judiciously and Godly" for the equitable development of the entire state, the outspoken priest prayed against any plot over the governor's re-election in 2019, saying: "I pray to God that this good man with intimidating humility will continue to govern Enugu State till 2023.

"Our governor, God has opened doors for you, no man can close it. Those who are following him should continue to follow him, he is a good man. We have one candidate for the governorship seat in 2019 in Enugu State in the name of Gburugburu (Ugwuanyi). We are begging him to come and complete the good works he has started in Enugu State. Enugu State is behind him. The church, students, teachers, traditional rulers, Adoration Ministry, many others are also behind him.

"I therefore, advise those who want to contest against him to please consider other elective positions", he said, while commending the governor for constructing "for the first time" the road that leads to the Church in Emene, Enugu.
