Objectivist04:Grandson of Penkelemesi |
Penkelemess has messed up power supply in the country. Why is Tinubu not acting? |
Tranquillity360:So, you think soldiers would be killed just like that by some miscreants without any consequence? The heads of those villages and the governor of the state should fish out the criminal elements who killed the soldiers and hand them over to the military if they don't want innocent people (which might include them) to die. With the presidential order, those villages involved won't see or hear voice of human beings for decades to come. |
chisomkachy:Is Peter also trading currency? Any organization that profits from nigerians hardship should be raided - filling stations, banks, PoS operators, etc |
Ibrahimcoomasie:How about the crooks in banks. How many MDs and directors of the corruption cesspool called banks have been arrested and locked up? |
To say that power supply situation in the country is getting worse is an understatement. The situation is, to say the least, pathetic. What we face today has clearly eroded whatever investment has gone into power supply over the years. With Tinubu in Aso Rock, we had hoped that power supply situation in the country would improve given his antecedent as the brain behind EAS/Egbin project which was originally midwifed to address the power needs of Lagosians. We had hoped a visionary leader like him would be able to build quickly on whatever was on ground and improve power supply for economic prosperity. Tinubu came in and announced Adelabu as the minister of power. Within weeks, power supply nose-dived, and it has been one trouble per week since then. If it is not gas supply shortage, it would be gas pipeline leakage. If not pipeline leakage, it would be a problem with a major transformer. First, his appointment as the minister of power was a rude shock to many of us who had expected a tested hand. We couldn't understand the basis for his appointment as the minister of power. This man has only been a deputy governor in the corruption ridden CBN where he made money for himself and enjoyed his days inside air-conditioned office. The AC I doubt he knows how it works. Now he is our power minister. Someone said he is a first-class accounting graduate. The question is, how has he brought that to bear on power ministry? Shouldn't even this be an embarrassment to other first-class graduates? Ordinary policy direction, he hasn't shared with Nigerians. Today, we don't know what is going on in that ministry. All we see daily is epileptic power supply and Adelabu frequently flying in and out of Ibadan where he is nursing a governorship ambition. Anyway, the "penkele-mess" in the ministry needs to be cleaned. The president needs to step in and do the needful. Power supply is the lifeblood of any country and therefore, its management shouldn't be handed to just any politician.

Thonyboy:Not only that. The CAC certificate of that fraudulent company should be withdrawn. Any company used to syphon the commonwealth of Nigerians should be closed down and all their directors arrested. |
Is04970:Which corruption was she fighting? Is she the EFCC or ICPC chairperson? She should be able to prove the illegal movement of 44B if truly it happened. And the question is, who did she report this movement to? To the president or EFCC? |
martin123:When last did I hear good news like this in Nigeria? Keep it up, Pre Tinubu... We may not have made a wrong choice after all |
Biden and his cohorts seem to have lost their voices after seeing the anger on the streets of the world's capital cities (in the west, asia, middle east, and even Africa) against the ongoing holocaust ironically spearheaded by Israel in Gaza. Biden must not abandon Natanyahu in the middle of battle with babies, childrens, women, etc. More bombs should be shipped to Natanyahu |
OZIOGU1:Still paining him... |
AdamuKD:Obi was on the only one described as a "joker" by SC ![]() |
Why are social media platforms so quiet? What happened to Obidients? ![]() |
flokii:Obi is already on his way to the HAGUE for redress ![]() |

The Lagos State government has sealed off Alaba International market in Ojo over its filthy environment. The state’s commissioner for environment, Tokunbo Wahab, made this known on Monday via his X account. “Alaba International Market, Ojo has been sealed up for poor waste disposal practices, failure to pay their waste bills and gross environmental sanitation offences. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/636140-lagos-government-seals-off-alaba-market-others.html |
KillIgbohoN0W:How many of the immigration officials have you apprehended and sacked? Almost all of your officers are involved and you need to make some scape goats. You think they will let go easily? |
dre11: ![]() Obidients, oya... say congratulations |
dre11:Passport doesn't take 6 months. The irredeemably corrupt immigration officials are the ones complicating it and making it look like a rocket science. If the minister wants result, he needs to start sacking those heading the departments within immigration responsible for passport printing. ICPC should also be brought in to investigate them... their bank accounts, relatives accounts, properties they have, etc. Until we start jailing those crooks, nothing much will change... I hate seeing anybody in that immigration uniform. |
Beremx:All the documents provided by the University Tinubu attended showed he was a brilliant student. Unlike Obi, who couldn't even meet the basic requirements for admission into any serious University. Obi and his dumb followers should be ashamed of themslves |
Beremx:It is unfortunate that our leaders are the worst of us intellectually. How on earth is someone with this poor result contesting for presidency in my country with the intention to think for me and tell me what to do? A man that couldn't get credit in English and mathematics even after two sittings. If WAEC results or university grades are what we want to use, Obi shouldn't even open his mouth where I am. Is that one result or ordinary paper to certify that he attended secondary school. |
flokii: ![]() |
Obviously, Obi didn't meet admission requirements for his acclaimed degree from UNN. Since you can't build something on nothing as the lawyers would say, Obi's degree is null and void. Whatever other certificates he is claiming to have acquired using this degree are also invalid.
|
politicoNG:Obi olodo... and this was his second sitting ooo. The first one was so so poor - F9 everywhere you look. And a university admitted him. This is the major cause of the problem we are facing today. When rules are bent and people without requisite qualifications are parading themselves as graduates |
2Radii:But CSU/Richard Darley College can't make mistake? Obidients are oponus |

Walahi you're not lying... Obi is a crude religious crusader who should never be allowed near the sit of power in Abuja |
treesun: ![]() What is the sense in this? What is the relationship between reintroduction of subsidy (if any) and filling stations shutting down? These are the subsidy thieves who are have been part of the shameless looting. Now, there is no way to get free money, they started crying. |
omohayek: ![]() obi supporters, over to you |
