ryloy:Senior civil servants among them should be sacked. You came late to work and still have the gut to protest |
A delegation from Anambra is currently in Lagos (LAMATA) learning how to organize their cities. The same Anambra Obi ruled about 20 years ago. What did he do when he was governor in Anambra? What legacy did he leave behind? Someone should please tell me. LAMATA is Tinubu's legacy that Anambra has now come to learn from. |
plaindealer:Now they know who the master is... Other igbos states should learn from this and enroll for training in governance. |
iSense247:Yes, if we can get Obi to bring the funds in his off-shore secret accounts back to the country, do we really need foreign investors? |
Supremos:I can only see beer parlors here. Are these the businesses you're talking about? ![]() No wonder they keep relocating to Lagos. When you harbor terrorists, you should also know the consequences of such. |
fergie001:This Gbajue again? ![]() |
ogododo:I keep asking what do Nigerian politicians mean by juicy appointments? What is juicy in a government appointment if not corruption? |
Bobloco:These illiterates again? 25% in FCT a must... Obi's case is not only illiteracy, he seems to be morally bankrupt in equal dimension. |
The suspended CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele and other top officials of the bank may face trial afterall. This follows the stalling of the plea bargain move between the Federal Government and Emefiele. Emefiele and the affected officials of the apex bank have “not made substantial concessions on some refunds expected from them.” Sources said that trillions of naira were being tracked by a federal agency but only a few billions of naira was offered as refundable by some of those linked to the suspicious transactions. some interceding forces and Emefiele have not made progress on the plea bargain terms. The Presidency was shocked by the “massive scale of fraud and flagrant violations of the CBN Act,” following interventions, the government’s investigation, initially coordinated by a security agency, had recommended plea bargain option with Emefiele, who wanted it. Despite Emefiele’s offer to step aside in August, the other aspects of plea bargain process were “not substantially met.” A source said: “Where trillions were being queried, some of those affected have offered to refund about N32 billion only. “The engagement of the Special Investigator has also uncovered more mismanagement of resources and questionable expenditures in CBN than what some security agencies dug up. “The findings of the Special Investigator have uncovered a massive rot.”

Benwallt:Igbos are not ready for the hard work. They just want to be president using ethnicity, religion, and primitive emotions. I really pity them . They may never rule this country with the look of things. |
The petitions were high on emotions, conjectures, moral posturing, grandstanding, logical absurdities (such as insisting that candidates must win 25 percent of the FCT to win a presidential election thereby making Abuja more important than every part of Nigeria, that Tinubu should be disqualified for a voluntary civil forfeiture of drug money in the US more than three decades ago, that Tinubu should be disqualified because of false and ignorant claims that he didn't graduate from Chicago State University, or for perjuries he committed more than 20 years ago, etc.) than on legally sound, substantive arguments about the election itself. Why is everybody whipping Obi like this? I really pity the man and his poor supporters. Someone would read this and still expect the SC judges to declare pandoraa Obi as the winner. Anyway, Gbejues (like prof called them) are only trying to hoodwink Nigerians and the judiciary. Obi and his co-Gbajues know what they are doing... more than 90% of their illiterate supporters also know. |
I still couldn't believe the video of Obj, commanding the Yorubas Obas in a disrespectful manner, was a real-life scene. It was jaw-dropping and looked more like a Nollywood movie scene. The way he shouted at them was an assault on the kings and the people of that area. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUPVQPZruv8 |
fr3do:It will come with heavy penalty to LP and Obi especially. He will regret going to SC. |
epondudu: It is Obi that can be trusted? |
flokii:Nobody can fault Prof on this... He is absolutely correct |
Thonyb2:This "Gbaju e" again... |

What happens to the dumbos that are currently there as deputy governors? I hope they will be joining their oga in DSS cell. |

Following the explosive interview in which Professor Wole Soyinka called LP/Obi and its supporters "Gbaju e", I deem it necessary to explain the meaning of this phrase to the non-Yoruba speakers who might not know the meaning, its weight, and imports of it for Obi and his supporters. "Gbaju e" is used in Yoruba language to describe fraudsters. The use of the phrase became popular during the raise of "419" and scammers in the country. When we call a person "Gbaju e", nobody wants to have anything to do with you. It is an indelible social stigma that nobody wants. Calling Obi/LP "Gbaju e", therefore, is a serious issue as it robs Obi/LP of credibility now and in future. It puts a toga of dishonesty on the person of Obi and those supporting him. "Gbaju e" are those who don't care how they get anything including hoodwinking others. They just want to get it... This is what fraudsters, 419, scammers, etc, do. For a presidential candidate to be tagged a "Gbaju e" (i.e. a fraudster), it speaks volume. And this label is coming from Professor Wole Soyinka. I, therefore, don't know how this won't stick, and how Obi wants to remove this indelible negative mark from his forehead. |
DaddyJapan:These "Gbaju e's" again... They still have the temerity to respond to a very strong voice of truth? |
grandstar:Who cares if Igbos love Tinubu? They hated him, he still won the presidency... To hell with their love. You're surreptitiously asking for the government to free your criminal brothers who are in UAE prison. That won't work... Whoever is in prison will remain there for as long as they want to keep him. |
Anonymous0001:Here is one of them. Chukwudi wan go abroad to hustle ![]() |
opamoses1:Nigerian government now need to deploy anything possible to prevent those motherfuckers from further tarnishing our image including stopping them from stepping out of their enclaves. |
