Honestly, why publish it. They çan simply do it internally, maybe there's another reason for excluding nigerians.

Hmm, maybe they have alot of Nigerian working or applying , and want Africans from other countries besides Nigeria, most likely.

Better to ask the recruiters the reason behind, than assuming Nigerian are not wanted.
