It's time to do exploits, to subdue the wicked one, reject his bribe, turn down and tune out his voice of lies and his words of deceit.

Here comes the enemy, in a bid to deceive and deny you your place in divine plan. Never listen to the voice of lies!. This is the last days, the time appointed, the time of the promise. Therefore stand fast and resist the lies of the lying ones.

Read your Bibles like never before!. For hidden mysteries of the divine will shall be unveiled to you. Do not lose your guard by wallowing in assumptions. The snake is subtle, but his cover is blown away, arise you sons of light and wage war against the enemy of your souls. Victory is yours!

God ALMIGHTY is everything in EXISTENCE and Existence itself. It is not created and can never go into extinction. Yahweh is one out of the uncountable creatures of God Almighty.
Without God(EXISTENCE) we cannot even be here not to talk of dying.

By meditating regularly, one can connect with that part and receive inner strength. The design of everybody on earth is unique, so there is no general method of alternating the heartbeat rhythms.
